iOS 11.3 Finally Released With Awesome Speed & Battery Gains & Tons of Features! Everything You Need To Know Before Updating. Full iOS 11.3 Review: https://youtu.be/h2_zIoBvCRI iOS 11.4 Preview:
New AR Experiences
The introduction of ARKit with iOS 11 put augmented reality into the hands of hundreds of millions of iPhone and iPad users, making iOS the world’s biggest AR platform. With iOS 11.3, apps can now deliver AR experiences that use vertical surfaces like walls and doors, in addition to horizontal surfaces like tables and chairs, and more accurately map to irregularly shaped surfaces like circular tables.
Using advanced computer vision techniques to find and recognize the position of 2D images such as signs, posters, and artwork, ARKit can integrate these real-world images into AR experiences such as filling a museum with interactive exhibits or bringing a movie poster to life. The view of the real world through the camera now has 50 percent greater resolution and supports auto-focus for an even sharper perspective.
Animoji
Four all-new Animoji bring iPhone X users’ expressions to life as a lion, bear, dragon or skull. The A11 Bionic chip and TrueDepth camera give users the ability to record and send Animoji messages (and even create Animoji karaoke videos) using their voice and more than 50 different facial muscle movements.
Business Chat is a new way for users to communicate directly with businesses using the Messages app on iPhone and iPad. Starting today, Business Chat will be available in beta in the US and top businesses in retail, finance, and hospitality will begin rolling out this new messaging feature for customers. When searching for a business in Maps, Safari, Search or Siri on iPhone and iPad, users will see the option to contact the business using Messages to ask a question about a product or service, or make a purchase using Apple Pay. These conversations can be continued on Apple Watch or Mac. Users are always in control of whether they share any contact information with a business on Business Chat.
Health Records
The new Health Records feature helps patients of more than 40 health systems including Duke, NYU Langone, Stanford and Yale view their medical records from multiple institutions right from their iPhone. With the inclusion of these new institutions, patients have greater access to their medical information including lab results, medications, conditions and more. Health Records data is encrypted and protected with a passcode.
iOS 11.3 and macOS 10.13.4 introduce updated data and privacy information that makes it easier than ever for users to understand how their personal data may be used. A new privacy icon and detailed privacy information will appear whenever Apple asks for access to personal information to enable features, secure Apple services or personalize an iOS experience.
Batteries and Performance
iOS 11.3 adds new features to show battery health of an iPhone and recommend if a battery needs to be serviced. These can be found in Settings -> Battery and are available for iPhone 6 and later.
Additionally, users can now see if the power management feature that dynamically manages maximum performance to prevent unexpected shutdowns, first introduced in iOS 10.2.1, is on and can choose to turn it off. This feature can be found in Settings -> Battery and is available for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
Progressive Web Apps
Progressive Web Apps are those apps that are based on web technologies which can help websites act like a native app and can also help them work offline to a certain extent.
Apple has quietly added support for the basic set of new technologies that make PWAs work on mobile devices. The PWA runs inside as any website or platform would on an iPhone, but it isn’t using web view if you want to look at it from a developer’s perspective.
PWAs can access, they’re free to gain access to geolocation data, sensors, camera, audio output, Apple Pay and more. It does not, however, have access to features such as Bluetooth, serial, Beacons, Touch ID, Face ID, ARKit and several other. It cannot execute any code in the background or access private data on the device, store no more than 50MB, provide notifications or Siri integration.
Apple Music now streams music videos uninterrupted by ads. Users can watch the hottest new videos, classics or ones from their favorite artists back-to-back in new music video playlists.
Apple News makes it easier to stay up-to-date on the most important videos of the day with a new Video group in For You, and improved Top Stories.
Commuters in Beijing and Shanghai can begin using Apple Pay on their iPhone and Apple Watch for an easy, fast and secure ride on Metro and bus lines.
Apple TV app, a unified place for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV users to discover and start watching the best shows and movies, will launch in Brazil and Mexico. These markets join Apple TV app users in the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the UK.
Brazil will gain Siri support on Apple TV 4K and Apple TV (4th generation), making it possible to search for and access movies, shows, songs, apps and more, using just your voice.
HomeKit software authentication provides a great new way for developers to add HomeKit support to existing accessories while protecting privacy and security.
Support for Advanced Mobile Location (AML) to automatically send a user’s current location when making a call to emergency services in countries where AML is supported.
With all these great features, surely from now, your old iPhone won’t lag at all… 🙂

Verdict:
The Moto G6 is expected to sport a 5.7-inch ‘Max Vision’ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is listed with a full-HD display protected by a Gorilla Glass 3, along with “Attentive Display” support.
Interestingly, the Moto G6 is said to come with a new ‘Cutout‘ feature that will let users swap backgrounds in images. Also, users can apply “animated face filters,” the report says. Similar to the Google Lens, the Moto G6 will let users point the camera to an object to learn more about it. The whole cricketing fraternity was shocked by the incident. The Australian cricket team was involved in a ball tampering scandal in the 3rd test match of the South African tour !!!!
Australian opening batsman Cameron Bancroft faces tampering claims. After being spoken to by umpires about an object in his pocket during Saturday’s play in the third Test against South Africa. Television footage appeared to show Bancroft take on object out of his pocket while fielding on the third day of the Test at Newlands. He was then seen tucking the object down the front of his trousers. before he spoke to on-field umpires Nigel Llong and Richard Illingworth. Shane Warne, the Australian spin bowling great, said on Twitter he was “very disappointed” by the pictures and called on Australia captain Steve Smith to clear up the “mess” in the post-play press conference.
Then the Cricket Australia, started its own investigation. And then verdicted these things :
Steve Smith and David Warner hit with 12-month bans by CA
Cameron Bancroft handed nine-month ban for ball-tampering
Cricket Australia confirms sandpaper used, not sticky-tape
Warner, the instigator, instructed Bancroft
Lehmann’s walkie-talkie message: ‘What the hell’s going on?’
Smith and Warner are barred from playing in this year’s IPL
Steve Smith and David Warner have been banned by Cricket Australia for a year. They were involved in the Cape Town ball-tampering scandal. It has been confirmed sandpaper was used in an attempt to rough up the ball.
Cameron Bancroft, who had claimed he used sticky yellow tape, has been banned for nine months. While coach Darren Lehmann has resigned from his job. Though, the investigation have found that he did not know about his players’ plans and actions.
Warner was found to have been responsible for “development of a plan to attempt to artificially alter the condition of the ball”. and “instruction to a junior player to carry out a plan”. He was also charged with providing advice to a junior player on how to tamper with the ball “including demonstrating how it could be done”. Smith also misled the Newlands match officials by concealing his knowledge of and involvement in the plan. He did not voluntarily report his involvement.
Damningly of Smith’s captaincy, his ban was based on him knowing of the plan but failing to take steps to prevent it. Further, CA’s investigation found that it was Smith who directed “that evidence of attempted tampering be concealed on the field of play” – in other words, Smith told Bancroft to hide the yellow object now known to be sandpaper in his trousers. He was also found to have “misled match officials and others regarding Bancroft’s attempts to artificially alter the condition of the ball” and “misleading public comments regarding the nature, extent and participants of the plan.”
Warner will never again be consider for any leadership position. While Smith and Bancroft must wait 12 months after serving their ban. Before they can be considered for a leadership role again.
The press conference :
Steve Smith broke down many a times during the press conference. “I don’t blame anyone,” said a teary-eyed Smith. “I’m the captain of the Australian team. It’s on my watch and I take responsibility for what happened last Saturday.”. He went on to add, “Cricket is the greatest sport in the world. It’s been my life and I hope it can be again. I’m sorry and I’m absolutely devastated.”. “If any good can come of this, if there can be a lesson to others then I hope I can be a force for change. I know I’ll regret this for the rest of my life. I’m absolutely gutted. I hope in time I can earn back respect and forgiveness,” he said. It hurts … I’m deeply sorry. I love the game of cricket and love entertaining young kids … I just want to say sorry for the pain I’ve brought to Australia, to the fans and the public,” added the 28-year-old.
