Samsung Galaxy Z Flip to feature Snapdragon 855+, dual 12MP cameras and a 1-inch external screen

A few days ago we came to know about the name of the new folding device of Samsung. The name that the internet is flashing right now is Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and is is the successor of the Samsung Fold. This folding device is going to come with Snapdragon 855+ and an external 1-inch display. In the previous model, the Samsung Fold has a 4.6-inch external screen, which gets activated when the device is folded. This time the Galaxy Z Flip is rumored to have a 12MP dual-rear camera and a single front selfie camera mounted at the top-middle of the display as a punch-hole design.

Starting with the display, we are getting a Dynamic AMOLED panel covered with Ultra Thing Glass (UTG) and it will apparently feature a crease at the folding point. This is to be expected with foldable devices but the UTG solution should be far more durable than the Galaxy Fold’s plastic. The phone will also come with a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner. Weinbach also shares the device will run on the Snapdragon 855+ chipset instead of the previously rumored Snapdragon 855.

Another key detail is the outward notification screen which should be a 1-inch panel. This screen will show charging speeds, battery info, time, date and will also serve as a camera viewfinder. The Z Flip will come with two 12MP shooters on the back which are revealed to be regular (wide) and ultrawide modules. Wired charging speeds are confirmed at 15W, there’s also wireless and reverse wireless capabilities but we don’t get info on their charging speeds.

Vivo iQOO phones to launch in India next month, 5G will be included in one

Vivo has decided to expand its business with its brand iQOO in the Indian market. In an interview with The Mobile Indian, the marketing director of iQOO India revealed that we will see two phones of the brand next month or by the second week of February. According to reports, both the smartphones will be the same in design but one of them will have 5G connectivity and this might be the first 5G enabled smartphone to launch in the Indian market.

Reports suggest that iQOO is going to launch a normal and a pro version of their new device to be launched in India. We didn’t hear anything about the 4G device, but we are assuming it could be the same Snapdragon 865-powered smartphone, but without the crucial Snapdragon X55 modem that enables the 5G connectivity. There’s also the possibility it might arrive with Snapdragon 720G – the new chipset that was recently introduced specifically for the needs of the Indian smartphone market.

Inter have signed Victor Moses and are on the verge of signing Christian Eriksen

Inter are having a busy January transfer window. They have earlier signed Manchester United veteran Ashley Young. Young became the 3rd United player to join Inter since last season. He has now been reunited with his former Manchester United teammates Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.

The versatile wing-back has made his move from Manchester United to Inter for a reported €1.5m fee. He has signed a six-month deal with the option for a further year.

Now, Antonio Conte has signed one of his former players. Inter sign Victor Moses from Chelsea on a loan deal with an option to buy. Moses has spent the 1st half of the season with Fenerbahce in the Turkish Super Lig on loan.

Moses was a key player under Antonio Conte when Chelsea last won the Premier League title in 2016-17. He joins Inter for a reported fee of €10million. He is now again reunited with his old boss at San Siro as Conte looks to win their first Scudetto since 2010. Inter currently lie second in Serie A behind champions Juventus.

According to a report from Sky Italia, Serie A side Inter now expect to complete the signing of Danish international attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window.

The Christian Eriksen transfer saga could end as soon as Monday. As things seem to stand right now, the midfielder’s move to Inter is all but complete and a medical has been scheduled.

CalcioMercato claims Tottenham owner Daniel Levy has accepted an offer from Inter worth €15million (£12.6m), plus €5m (£4.2m) in add-ons. Eriksen’s provisional four and a half year contract with Inter will see him earn £260,000 a week. He is expected to travel to Milan for a medical in the next few days.

Antonio Conte is building a team that has all the qualities needed to dethrone Juventus from the top of Serie A. Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus will face tough competition from Inter in their bid to retain the Serie A title this season.

A few days back POCO has declared itself as an independent brand, Poco was actually a sub-brand of Xiaomi whose first smartphone was POCO F1 which was a major hit at that time. Time has passed and POCO has a 100k community on twitter with only one smartphone in the brand name. After almost two years POCO is again launching a new series which will definitely be a successor of the POCO F1. Virat Kohli-led Indian cricket team will go up against Kane Williamson-led New-Zealand in its next assignment in the five T20Is, three ODIs and two Test starting January 24.

As Shikhar Dhawan is ruled out due to left shoulder injury, India picked Sanju Samson for the five T20I matches and Prithvi Shaw for the three ODI matches.

India have not won a T20I series against the Kiwis in New Zealand. Out of 12 T20I matches played in New-Zealand, India have won only three games.

According to head coach Ravi Shastri winning a World title is an “obsession” for his side and the upcoming ODIs against New Zealand could be used as a platform for his team’s preparations for the global T20 championship in Australia this October.

Mohun Bagan registered an emphatic 3-0 victory away from home against Neroca FC at the Khuman Lampak Stadium on Thursday. By winning this match Kolkata Giants have extended their lead to six points and remains at the top of the table in an I-League encounter.

Nongdamba Naorem scored the first goal in the 27th minute before creating the second goal for Papa Diawara in the 53rd minute. Substitute Komron Tursunov added the third, deep into stoppage time, to seal the deal for the Mariners.

Neroca head coach Gift Raikhan made one change to his previous match line-up, with Ronald Singh coming in for Zico Sekle, while his Mohun Bagan counterpart Kibu Vicuna named an unchanged eleven.

Neroca had its first attempt against the run of play in the 16th minute, when a Marvin Phillip goal-kick found Boubacar Diarra, who went for glory from the half-way line after spotting Mohun Bagan keeper Sankar Roy off his line.

With the win, Mohun Bagan remains ahead of the chasing pack, taking its tally to 20 points, while Neroca drops to ninth in the I-League standings.

In the 42nd minute, Moiranghthem Meitei handled the ball just outside the box and conceded a free-kick. Diawara’s effort was parried away by Marvin.

In the fourth minute of stoppage time, late substitutes PM Britto and Komron Tursunov combined well for the team’s third goal. Tursunov made a great run to receive a through ball from Britto and squared it past Marvin to score his first goal for the club.

In the 53rd minute, Naorem delivered a cross that found a completely unmarked Diawara for Mohun Bagan’s second goal of the day.

Neroca failed to pose any real threat whatsoever, as the league leaders closed in on another victory. Despite being up by two goals, they were hungry for more and made no mistake in adding another goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

The league leaders remain ahead of the chasing pack, taking their tally to twenty points while Neroca drop to ninth in the standings.

From a fresh report, Realme is going to launch a new smartphone with Snapdragon 865 SoC as promised by Realme’s Chief Marketing Officer, Xu Qi Chase, had said last month that the company will be one of the first to launch a phone with the Snapdragon 865 SoC. Keeping the promise, a picture showcasing the AnTuTu benchmark score of a new device of Realme with model number RMX2071 has already surfaced on the internet. The picture showcased the outstanding AnTuTu benchmark score of the device which is a whopping 574,985.

The score showcased is already creating records and it is said that the number occurred because the device is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and it is powering the device. Usually, there are details around the device, tested at AnTuTu, but we have practically nothing on the specs side. However, the result itself is very impressive – in comparison, the Realme X2 Pro scores 467,653 on AnTuTu 8 – that’s over a 20% jump in overall performance.

Realme has also confirmed its presence at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2020) in Barcelona, and it’s hosting an event on February 24 at 10 am local time. As per the event description, the company is looking to launch ‘new 5G phones with power and style to global users’. The company could be launching this flagship phone at its event then. If we were to fathom a guess, the Snapdragon 865 SoC phone may be the Realme X50 Pro 5G.

It’s been a few days that Xiaomi and POCO together officially declared that the later brand is a separate brand from now on. POCO was a sub-brand under Xiaomi and its first device came with the name POCO F1 and was a major hit in the market. Among all these, in the recent teaser, the brand hints the name of its next device.

YouTube channel named RevAtlas received an email about the Pocophone F2/X2 Lite with three photos attached along with some basic specs. The phone will allegedly be powered by a Snapdragon 765G chipset with 6GB of RAM, 5,000mAh battery and it will feature a high res camera, though no further details were given about it.
