Nokia launches its third Android TV in India

Nokia already brought its two Android TVs of 55 and 43 inches screen sizes. Now, it launches the 65 inches model in India. You will get this on Flipkart. But, before you go, have a look at the specifications.

The new Nokia 65 inch TV model has a 4K screen with 480 nits brightness, 16:9 aspect ratio, and Dolby Vision support. It can also offer 178- degree of viewing angle and enabled with intelligent dimming features that take care of the accuracy of the dark shades as well as the highlights. The screen is surrounded by very thin bezels.

To power the television Nokia added a PureX quad-core Cortex A53 process with Mali 450MP4 for graphical purpose. A 2.25GB of RAM and 16GB of storage are also there inside. Forget to mention the OS, it’s Android TV 9.0.

The audio part is also interesting and exciting as this part is managed by JBL itself. The two JBL speakers generate an audio output of 24W and have the support of Dolby Atmos along with the DTS TrueSurround Sound to create a 5.1 channel surround sound output.

Apart from all, you can command your TV through your voice as there is the support of Google Assistant.

Jio Cinema releases ‘Inside Story: A season with Rajasthan Royals’ showcasing their 2019 IPL campaign

Rajasthan Royals has a special place in the Indian Premier League (IPL) history book. They are the winner of the first edition of the IPL in 2008.

‘Inside Story’ is a three-part documentary series which showcases the Rajasthan Royals 2019 IPL campaign. The series has been produced by Red Bull Media House.

The documentary series features interviews and never-seen-before footage from the Rajasthan Royals’ camp. Captain Steve Smith, Ben Stokes, Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag all features in ‘Inside Story’. The filming of this series started in March last year. A camera crew was allowed inside the camp for filming this documentary series.

‘Inside Story’ has now premiered on Jio Cinema on 1st August. You can watch the documentary exclusively on Jio TV, Jio Cinema and Jio TV+.

Although Rajasthan Royals didn’t perform well last time, finishing seventh among the eight teams, the series will definitely excite all the fans.

Rajasthan Royals COO Jake Lush McCrum said: “We are delighted to launch this documentary to entertain both Royals fans and sports lovers around the world during this challenging time. We hope this will increase the excitement and anticipation of the 800 million IPL fans.”

BCCI has planned to host IPL 2020 in UAE from 19th September but is due to be approved by the Indian government. So until IPL starts, the fans will get to cherish some never-seen-before moments from the previous edition of IPL.

LFP will allow 5 substitutions as the 2020-21 Ligue 1 season starts from 22nd August

The 2020-21 Ligue 1 season is scheduled to start from 22nd August. Ligue 1 ended their previous season due to the Coronavirus pandemic unlike the other league so they will start the new season towards the end of August.

Paris Saint-Germain will start their Ligue 1 title defence on 23rd August against Metz. But the matchday clashes with the Champions League final. So if PSG manage to progress to the final, the Ligue 1 match has to be postponed. PSG are due to face Atalanta on 12th August in the Champions League quarterfinals.

Before the start of the new season, Ligue 1 governing body, LFP has confirmed that the 5-substitution rule will be there in the upcoming 2020-21 season. The rule was first introduced to protect players from injuries as the football calendar was affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

LFP relaeased an official statement stating:

  • Five substitutions authorized during the match and a maximum of 20 players registered on the Ligue 1 Uber Eats scoresheet.
  • Five substitutions authorized during the match and a maximum of 18 players entered on the Ligue 2 BKT scoresheet.

Earlier, the International Football Association Board (IFAB) had announced that the five-substitutes rule will be valid for the next season too. The football world hasn’t still been able to be back to normal after the Coronavirus pandemic. So LFP has decided to protect the players and give some advantage to the teams.

Paris Saint-Germain has been one of the most successful Ligue 1 clubs domestically in recent times. They have once again stamped their authority in France.

In August 2019, PSG won the first title of this season when they had beaten Rennes by 2-1 in the Trophee des Champions (French Super Cup) match.

The Coronavirus pandemic halted the 2019-20 Ligue 1 season in March. Ligue 1 decided to end the season and declared PSG as the winners on a points-per-game basis.

A week ago, PSG won the Coupe de France final against Saint-Etienne by Neymar’s solitary goal. But the win was overshadowed by Kylian Mbappe catastrophic injury followed by a mass brawl. The injury may now result in Mbappe missing the Champions League ‘Final Eight’ tournament in Lisbon from 12th August.

PSG has now won the Coupe de la Ligue on Saturday. They reigned supreme against Lyon at the Stade de France.

The Coupe de la Ligue final match was locked at 0-0 and went into extra time where Lyon was reduced to 10 men. But PSG failed to take advantage and the match went into the penalties. Keylor Navas saved Betrand Traore’s kick while Pablo Sarabia netted the decisive spot-kick as PSG completed their domestic quadruple win.

Sarabia told Canal+ Sport: “It was an especially difficult game. But it’s true that we won four titles this season. It was important to give a good impression and show good rhythm before the Champions League.”

“This win will give us confidence. There’s a great confidence in the team. Now we want to make sure we’re physically ready for the game against Atalanta.”

PSG will now take on Serie A side Atalanta, who has been in exciting form this season, in the Champions League quaterfinal on 12th August.

Francisco Trincao wants to play as many matches as possible at Barcelona

Portuguese youngster, Francisco Trincao is one of the latest young talents coming to Barcelona. He will officially join the club before the 2020-21 season.

The Catalans signed the 20-year-old forward from Braga for a reported fee of €31 million in January but he remained in Braga for the remaining part of the season. Trincao has signed a five-year contract until 2025 and has a massive release clause of €500m.

All the formalities have been done and just before joining Barcelona ahead of the 2020-21 season, Trincao has given a club interview to Barca TV+.

On becoming a Barcelona player: “When Barca signed me I didn’t know what to say, I had no words. I was speechless. Arriving at FC Barcelona is a source of pride and a very important step for me. I can’t wait, I’ve been to Barcelona twice and I really like the city a lot. I want to go back there again.”

On his player profile and preferences: “I prefer to play on the right side, but I’ll do whatever the coach asks from me. I’m very strong mentally, I look for goals and make assists and help the team. I want to play as many games as possible, help the team and win as many titles as possible.”

“From now on people will pay more attention to me, both on and off the pitch. But it doesn’t matter. I will keep on doing the same: I do my best to keep improving every day.”

On his experience about joining Barcelona so far: “Since January I have been learning Spanish and I’m trying to improve with Abel Ruiz, who has taught me a lot about the club. He says everything will be alright.”

“Griezmann sent me a message saying: ‘Come on, teammate’. Semedo also texted me. It means a lot to me.”

Francisco Trincao is considered as one of the best young prospects right now in the world of football. Barcelona described the Portuguese wonderkid: “The young Portuguese forward can play anywhere up front although he usually features on the wing, on either flank despite being left-footed. Trincao is quick and technically gifted with a vision that means he is a great creator of goals as well. The new Barca player also has the ability to take defenders on with his dribbling skills.”

It would be interesting to see Trincao playing alongside Ansu Fati at Camp Nou.

The 22-year old Argentine has been the star striker of Inter and a potential replacement of Luis Saurez in Barcelona. Lautaro’s technical abilities, his speed, finishing, and his physique makes him a perfect striker to fit into Barcelona’s squad.

The board has to work within the limits of Financial Fair Play and the club’s salary limit, so they want to make more swap deals and has even put a dozen of players for transfer. As Sport points out, Lautaro is very much aware of the club’s situation and is waiting for Barça to get everything in order.

This has also made critics point out the Argentine’s poor form in the Seria A after the lockdown because of the transfer talks between the two clubs and how obsessed the player is to play with his fellow Argentine at the Camp Nou.

As Sport says the talks between Inter and Barça are going well and also an agreement in principle of €65m-70m plus Junior Firpo has been going in the opposite direction. Barcelona also wants to sell one of the club’s existing stars such as Semedo, Dembele, or Coutinho but, however, as the Premier League will finish later than other leagues, it’s causing delays across the entire transfer market.

Lautaro Martínez, as said previously, will be leaving leave Inter only for Barça and is even willing to wait another year if that’s necessary as he isn’t interested in a move to England. Serie A will be ending this weekend but Lautaro’s future won’t be resolved until the Champions League gets over.

Although Lautaro has already agreed with Barcelona over personal terms and is just waiting for the transfer deal to be over between the clubs. Antonio Conte won’t mind if he loses his star striker as he has a healthy squad now and can always look for alternatives but if the deal goes through they will be benefitting a lot in this economical crisis due to the pandemic.

We reported earlier that iQOO will showcase a phone that will support 120W fast charging and now here we are with an exclusive video where they showcased the insane fast charger that fills up the 4,000mAh battery phone within just 15 minutes.

Well this 120W (max) fast charging tech is literally faster while charging a 4,000mAh battery. The 125W fast charger of Oppo takes almost 20 minutes to fully charge a 4,000mAh battery but this one completes in only 15 minutes.

Oppo and iQOO took different approaches to come acquire the same goal. Now form the above video you can see that it takes only 5 minutes 20 seconds to charge 50% of the phone. While the company also claims that it will announce 120W supported phone within August.

The iQOO 3 Pro can be seen recently in several certifications and it has been listed with 55W charging so it can’t be the one. But it might be aplus version of it or maybe another series. We don’t know yet but we are sure something extraordinary will come in August.

According to Sky Sport Italia, transfer talks between Barcelona and Sassuolo could reopen again in this market session. They have a good track record with the Blaugranas, like Boateng and Marlon transfers.

The Nero Verde club seems to be interested in the talented Barca B captain Monchu, a midfielder, and wants to land him to Italy, who is currently training with Quique Setien’s team for the preparation against Napoli for the Champions League round of 16.

The player demands more experience, playing against bigger clubs will give so and if Barcelona loans him to some La Liga club would have been ideal, but selling him will be another blunder which the board can never forget.
