Arturo Vidal is Inter’s primary transfer target now

Antonio Conte will be resuming his stay at Inter Milan and is making up his mind to keep which players and to go for which players in the upcoming transfer window.

As Sport point outs, as per various media outlets in Italy, one of those being ‘Corriere dello Sport’, who are almost certain that Vidal will be playing for Inter Milan for the upcoming season. This came just after Antonio Conte was confirmed to be staying as the coach for the club.

So, he has made Vidal his number one priority this transfer window alongside that of Kolarov. Even though Vidal is aging, his physicality and experience make him an ideal midfielder in Conte’s set up to compete in Serie A.

Obviously, Inter won’t go for Barça’s €20m initial asked price and will try to get him as cheap as possible. The Chilean international also attended the PCR tests today morning in Barcelona as he awaits for his transfer move. Also, if Barcelona goes down the Lautaro road this transfer window, Vidal can rightfully be part of the deal as well.

Lionel Messi has already informed the club about his decision to leave this summer. He wants to terminate his contract with Barcelona. This news has shaken the Barcelona fans while others are drooling at the idea of seeing Messi play for their favourite clubs.

Now, the main debate is whether Messi will be allowed to leave for free or will he have to pay his release clause in order to leave the club.

Messi had a clause in his Barcelona contract that allowed him to leave at the end of the season but that expired on June 10, so his ‘free clause’ ends technically. However, like what happened with other transfers, FIFA had to extend due to the anomaly in timings due to the COVID-19, so it may happen that he could be allowed to leave for free.

Now, LaLiga has released an official statement on Sunday where they have clearly stated that “Current deal is still valid and paying release clause for €700m is the only way out.”.

The official statement read: “In relation to the different interpretations (some of them contradictory to each other) published in recent days in different media, related to the contractual situation of the player Lionel Andrés Messi with FC Barcelona, ​​LaLiga considers it convenient to clarify that, once the player’s contract with his club:

  • The contract is currently in force and has a “termination clause” applicable to the event that Lionel Andrés Messi decides to urge the early unilateral termination of the contract, carried out in accordance with article 16 of Royal Decree 1006/1985, of June 26, by which regulates the special employment relationship of professional athletes.
  • In compliance with the applicable regulations, and following the corresponding procedure in these cases, LaLiga will not carry out the prior visa process for the player to be removed from the federation if they have not previously paid the amount of said clause.”.

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Messi isn’t going to change his mind even after the official statement by LaLiga. He is determined to leave Barcelona this summer.

Messi wants to leave for free as he thinks due to the season extension his contract termination date has also been extended automatically. But LaLiga has given their verdict in favour of Barcelona.

Messi’s next possible destination Manchester City are even ready to pay a reasonable transfer fee for Messi. But Barcelona doesn’t want to sell him and the only way out for any club is to pay his release clause.

But the Argentine is hell-bent not to play under Bartomeu and his board. He feels mistreated and is frustrated with their project. He doesn’t like Barcelona’s vision of the future and wants to play under Pep Guardiola once again.

This transfer saga is heating up with both the sides sticking to their decisions.

Suresh Raina returned to India on a yesterday morning flight from Dubai to New Delhi. Team management said that he was in fear as around 13 CSK members have tested positive.

CSK landed in Dubai on 21st August and stayed in 6 days of quarantine period according to the BCCI rules. But around13 members of CSK were tested positive in the last couple of days. Suresh Raina was getting concerned about his family after hearing the news.

According to a report by Inside Sport, Raina called all his good friends after hearing the news. He also called CSK captain MS Dhoni and expressed his fear. But no one was able to convince him to stay.

A member of the team said: “On Friday night, in fact, there was a huge ruckus. He tried calling all his teammates, coach Stephen Fleming, skipper MS Dhoni again and again to share his concerns. MS, in fact, also tried explaining things to him but nothing worked. He was badly psyched up and worried. Eventually, everybody else realized there was no point holding him (back) from travelling back because he was totally gripped by fear”.

CSK management realized that it was not possible to convince him to stay there. So they allowed him to leave the camp.

One of the close friends of Raina said: “Suresh (Raina) called me back after repeated messages from me during the day. He decided to leave the CSK camp suddenly as he was getting concerned about his wife Priyanka and their two young children, four-year-old daughter Gracia and four-month-old son Rio in view of the pandemic situation.”

He also said that Raina will tell everything to press after his quarantine period is over. At present, he is staying with his parents in Ghaziabad, UP.

Suresh Raina is one of the best batsmen in IPL history. He is playing CSK from the start of IPL. His records in this competition are phenomenal. It will be a great blow for CSK before the tournament.

CSK all-rounder Shane Watson said in social media: “You are going to be sorely missed from CSK. You have been with the CSK from the start, you are the heartbeat of the team. You are also going to be missed by IPL tournament as well. You are such a star of IPL. But, most importantly, is your well-being and hope you are going okay.”

IPL is going to start on the 19th of September in UAE. We have to wait to see how CSK finds an answer after losing their most consistent player.

Apple made a historical decision previously by announcing their shift from traditional x86 based Intel CPUs to their in-house Apple Silicon chips i.e. ARM-based processors. Now, it seems that although Apple will give Intel options for its MacBook Pro 13, however, its budget MacBook Air will be powered only by the Apple Silicon SoC, currently, the speculated Apple A14X chip most probably.

Obviously, the architecture for ARM processors are different and this will cause various apps to malfunction maybe but the Cupertino giant is trying to make the transition smooth and fast working alongside developers on the software front and now with recent reports, it seems they are also working on the hardware as well.

Apple’s iPadOS and iOS are fully compatible with ARM SoCs, so the macOS with a lot of similar apps like the other two makes it easier for Apple to switch its own apps but work is needed for other apps which need some changes to utilize all the cores in an ARM chip. So the new macOS Big Sur will be the key to make this upcoming MacBook functional and useful.

So, as per the reliable Apple tipster, @komiya_kj, who previously speculate there will not be any launch event for the new MacBooks, has now confirmed the specs of the upcoming MacBook Air. The tipster believes the new 12-inch MacBook Air will house the Apple Silicon along with 8GB & 16GB RAM options along with SSD options up to 512GB (for sure) while the 1TB option, as for now, seems unclear.

It will retain the Retina display, however, the form factor will shrink to 12-inch and providing excellent battery life of up to 15 to 20 hours. The new MacBook Air will feature a 720p Facetime HD camera like its predecessor while retaining a single USB-C port and should support charging as well. The new Apple laptop shall be very light, just 2 pounds or 0.9Kg, making it the lightest MacBook Air ever.

However, there’s not a huge drop in pricing as its new 13-inch MacBook Air that costs $999 with Intel CPUs, but I expect the 5nm based Apple Silicon to be powerful than the current Intel Ice Lake chips. Even though @komiya_kj confirmed that the MacBook Pro 13-inch will launch and ship from October, the 12-inch MacBook Air’s availability is in question but the launch might be together.

The things have taken another turn today when Messi didn’t appear for the COVID-19 PCR tests at Barcelona.

Mundo Deportivo has now confirmed that the Argentine, as his lawyers reported this Saturday, has not attended the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, where all the tests have been carried out before the Koeman era officially starts this Monday with the first training session this Monday at 5:30 p.m.

The footballers have been summoned from 8 to 12 hours to prevent them from getting in contact with other layers so that in case there are any positives it does not spread in the squad.

Jordi Alba and Martin Braithwaite were the first players to appear for the PCR test. Messi was expected at 10.15 am for the test but he hasn’t appeared.

Key specifications of Realme 7 Pro

The key specifications of Realme 7 Pro are leaked by tipster Mukul Sharma. According to him, the phone has 6.4″ full-HD + super AMOLED display with (1,080 x 2,400) pixels of screen resolutions.

The phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G SoC with 2 types of RAM options – 6GB RAM with 128GB storage or 8GB RAM with 128GB storage support.

If we enlighten to the camera part, it is expected that the handset is coming with a quad rear camera setup with 64 MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP portrait sensor, and another 2 MP macro shooter, which is as same as the Realme 7 handset. Some days ago, Samsung had announced its Samsung Pay card facility in Samsung pay. With this technology, anyone who uses Samsung Pay can add his/her credit card, debit card details on the phone and that’s it. That person can do variable card payments just by Samsung Pay Card.

Now Google is following this path. Google Pay is a very well known and well-reputed online payment application. Now Google has upgraded this app and Google Pay in India is rolling out a new feature where users can add their NFC-powered credit cards and debit cards as a payment method with the existing bank account option. This is nothing but a Pay Card system by Google. We can easily make different kinds of credit or debit card payments without carrying that particular card with us. The offering that was announced at Google for India last year to enable secure online payments via Google Pay using credit and debit cards.

As reported by Android policy, Users need to verify their cards by entering the OTP they get from the existing bank to add their card to the app. Once registered, there is nothing to do more.
