What Happened Inside the House of Lock Upp 2?

The atmosphere in the Lock Upp Season 2 house has been emotionally charged since the premiere, after Akanksha Chamola openly shared that she and Gaurav Khanna are heading for a divorce, revealing they’ve been living separately for the past year in a mutual decision.

Then came the twist nobody saw coming. When Gaurav entered the house, the other contestants were stunned, and Akanksha broke down in tears the moment she saw him.In the promo clip, he’s seen walking up to her cell and telling her, “Band baja diya tune,” after which she starts crying.

Why Are They Getting Divorced?

Akanksha explained the separation comes down to differing visions for the future — specifically around starting a family, sharing that Gaurav wants kids and she can’t give him that, so she didn’t want to put him in that position.

Despite the split, the two haven’t turned bitter. Gaurav has remained supportive throughout, publicly stating he still loves and supports her, will always stand by her since she is his wife, and won’t turn his back on that.</cite>
