Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya May Reunite TV Screens in a Brand-New Family Drama

Television’s favorite faces might be teaming up for something fresh. According to reports, Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya are being considered to lead a new romantic family drama — a pairing that, if confirmed, would mark both actors’ return to the daily soap format after their respective successful runs.

The project is reportedly being developed under Ektaa Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, with early details pointing to a show centered on romance, relationships, and family dynamics — the kind of quintessential family drama that has long been Balaji’s bread and butter.

What We Know So Far on Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya?

Where Are They Coming From?

Gaurav Khanna became a household name playing Anuj Kapadia in Anupamaa, and since leaving the show, he’s stayed firmly in the spotlight — winning Bigg Boss 19 and currently competing on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. A return to fiction would bring him back to the format that made him a star.

Shraddha Arya, best known as Preeta in Kundali Bhagya, has largely been away from regular television since her marriage and the birth of her twins, aside from a brief appearance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. If this casting comes through, it would mark her second collaboration with Ektaa Kapoor and introduce audiences to an entirely new on-screen pairing.

Should You Get Excited Yet?

Not officially — nothing has been confirmed by Gaurav Khanna, Shraddha Arya, Ektaa Kapoor, or Balaji Telefilms as of now. But given both actors’ track record of anchoring hit shows, this is one to watch. For more TV casting news and updates, check out TechnoSports.
