After weeks of fiery confrontations and emotional breakdowns, Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa finally crowned its champion — and it was an emotional, hard-fought victory that had the entire house in tears.

The Winning Moment

Content creator Shreya Kalra was declared the Season 2 winner, defeating runner-up Shivangi Joshi in the grand finale. Along with the trophy, Shreya took home a cash prize of Rs 1 crore. Overwhelmed by the announcement, she broke down on stage, while fellow contestant Shilpa Shinde was also seen in tears celebrating alongside her.

How the Finale Unfolded

The night kicked off with intense Agnipariksha rounds testing contestants physically and mentally. Ram Kapoor was eliminated first after finishing fifth. The competition then shifted to the Bluff Master challenge, where Yogesh Rawat successfully tricked Shilpa Shinde into surrendering her safety band, knocking her out and securing his spot in the top three alongside Shreya and Shivangi.

The remaining trio then faced a jury of celebrities and journalists who grilled them on their gameplay and relationships inside the house. Shivangi was questioned about her bond with Harshad Chopda, while Yogesh faced criticism over his attitude. Shreya, meanwhile, was confronted by Awez Darbar, who told her fans had painted her as the season’s villain, and she was repeatedly criticized for exposing fellow contestants’ secrets. Despite the heat, Yogesh was eliminated next, setting up a final showdown between Shreya and Shivangi.

Conclusion

The winner was decided through combined votes from jailers, former contestants, and the Janta Ki Jury. Shreya ultimately triumphed, with a visibly emotional Shivangi gracefully congratulating her in defeat — a moment that closed out one of the most talked-about seasons of Indian reality television.

Reality competition formats built around confinement and psychological pressure have become a defining trend in Indian television in recent years, and Lock Upp’s format continues that tradition with its unique blend of confrontation and redemption arcs.
