Fernando Torres regrets the way he left Liverpool

Torres revealed that he still has regrets over his move to Chelsea from Liverpool.

Fernando Torres still regrets his Liverpool exit to this day. He signed for Chelsea for a then-British record fee of ยฃ50million in January 2011. Torres forced through the move after submitting a transfer request but somewhat failed to rekindle the form he displayed in three and a half seasons on Merseyside.

torres

Fernando Torres told Liverpool’s official website: “One of the regrets I have is the way I left the club. With time, I think I could explain the reasons. I’m really happy that every time I go anywhere in the world, I see Liverpool fans and they come to me and thank me for my time here. It should be the opposite way. I always thank them for the way they made me feel when I was here, and even now.”

torres

“I’m really proud to say I will support Liverpool forever, it doesn’t matter what happened. Even when things between us were not at their best, I felt that I needed to support Liverpool. The city, fans and club will always be in my heart because it’s the way I feel and I cannot change that.”

Torres bid goodbye to Premier League in 2014 as he moved to AC Milan on loan. After that loan stint, he made a permanent move to his boyhood club Atletico Madrid in his homeland Spain. He then went on to play in Japan’s J.League with Sagan Tosu. He has last played for Sagan Tosu on 23rd August 2019 and has now retired from professional football.

gerrard torres

Torres still now closely follows Liverpool. He will return to Anfield and wear Liverpool’s red colour for the 1st time since his controversial move to Chelsea. He will represent the Reds in a legends charity game against Barcelona in March.

He said: “Since Jurgen Klopp came, things have got better and better. Liverpool added some amazing players to the squad, some of them are the best in the world.”

“They are in the right way to become better. It’s difficult to say after getting 97 points and winning the Champions League, but the potential of the team can still be better and that’s huge. Hopefully, that happens.”

Zinedine Zidane talks about his relationship with Gareth Bale

Zidane insisted that he has a good relationship with Bale and they are on good terms.

Gareth Bale was in the midst of controversy regarding his future in the recently concluded summer transfer window. He was almost certain to join the Chinese Super League team Jiangsu Suning. But the transfer was called off at the last moment.

Zidane also went public during the summer transfer window. He wanted Bale out as Real Madrid was about to enter a transition phase. Bale’s agent was quick to counter reply to Zidane’s comment.

Now standing almost 2 months after the transfer window closed, one thing is very much clear that Bale forms an important piece of this Real Madrid team. He has shown that he still has that quality and speed on the ball.

Bale

Wales international Bale traveled to the English capital two days before his club’s LaLiga game against Leganes, which he will miss through injury. The former Tottenham winger reportedly used the trip to meet with his agent, Jonathan Barnett, as rumours surrounding his future has started to re-circulate again. But Zidane insisted that Bale had permission from the club to travel to London on Monday and they are on good terms.

Zinedine Zidane told at a news conference on Tuesday: “It’s good to be asked this because a lot of things have been said. I have to say we have a good relationship. He’s here with us, he trains well and works well when he’s available. He’s not available at the moment because he’s got an injury, that’s all.”

“The problem is, there is a lot of talk about lots of different things. The important thing is that he’s ready when he’s 100 percent. He’s a good player, you know what kind of player he is. At the moment he’s not available. You’re all trying to create something that isn’t there in our relationship.”

“He had permission yesterday to go [to London]. It was a personal issue and he went. There’s nothing else to say. He went also because he’s not available to play. I don’t think he ever talks about leaving. When he’s available he trains and plays. He’s played a number of games.”

Zidane Bale

The Bale transfer saga has resurfaced again after the transfer to Jiangsu Suning failed to materialise last July. This time Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham have been mentioned as possible destinations for Bale, along with Shanghai Shenhua.

Zidane commented on the transfer rumours: “That was the situation at the time and at the end of the day he stayed. That was better for everyone. It doesn’t help what’s said about him and the club. He’s an important player in this squad. It’s important for us that he plays and does well.”

“The same thing [transfer speculation] will happen in January. If he says he’s going to stay, there will be more talk about the summer window. He’s happy here.”

Ronaldo: “I have a healthy rivalry with Messi”

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, the two best players of this generation, have a healthy rivalry.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are the two best players of this generation. They have won the highest individual football honour 11 times among themselves.

This year again both of them have been shortlisted for the Ballon d’Or. Cristiano Ronaldo gave an interview with France Football. He told the magazine: “My goal is to stay young even as I get older. It’s always nice to be spoken of in a flattering way. It’s nice if they say I’ve been the best, a fantastic player.”

“Today, I hear everything they say about me, but when it’s all over, at the end of my career, I won’t mind because I’ll disconnect from everything. To stay among the best you have to be smart. My 700 goals? An impressive number, Iโ€™m proud, few have reached that figure.”

ronaldo

โ€œMy favorite goal? You ask me to choose, I would say the goal against Juve: the overhead because itโ€™s a goal that I tried to score for years.”

โ€œWhat is needed to score so many goals? Talent, in the first place, then work, because talent without work is useless and nothing falls from the sky. Tell me a player of the same age as me who plays for a team at the level of Juventus.
At the age of 19-20, I realized that football was made up of numbers, records, goals and titles.”

mr1 Ronaldo: "I have a healthy rivalry with Messi"

โ€œMessi? A lot of people said that we fed each other, that being together in Spain made us better. That’s certainly true. I felt his presence more in Madrid than in Manchester, so there was a bit of extra pressure. It was a healthy rivalry. We were the symbols of our clubs.”

Realme’s Q3 2019 shipment exceeds 10 million, Now ranks 7th globally

0

The Oppo separated brand had had an amazing start to 2019, growing just a year old it already made an impact in the world smartphone market. Inspired by the quality products its parent company Oppo manufactures, Realme managed to grab people’s attention with its cheaper yet quality products.

When the budget smartphone market was dominated by Xiaomi and Samsung, Realme entered into the market in March 2018 with its first smartphone Realme 1. It got a massive response by the audience for its value-for-money device.

Realme 3

Then they separated from Oppo to create its own identity and then they apparently never stopped making smartphones. Followed by Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro, Realme U1, Realme C1, Realme 3, Realme 3i, Realme C2, Realme 3 Pro, Realme X, Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro and finally the Realme XT. Next month the Realme X2 Pro will also be launching as well.

With so many smartphones in just a short span of time made them a giant in the smartphone market within one and a half year of its establishment. Now also launching accessories they are also expanding its market in India just like Xiaomi or OnePlus.

Realme's Q3 2019 shipment exceeds 10 million, Now ranks 7th globally

Realme’s focus to deliver quality products with best specs at affordable prices made the youth crazy. They made its mark with their Realme 2 series and the word of mouth just made people believe a new brand can also be so amazing and credits go to CEO Madhav Seth as well.

I have personally used Realme smartphones and I am satisfied enough, even research says people even are preferring Realme in terms of quality over its competitor Xiaomi. In 2018 when Xiaomi was stuck with the Snapdragon 636, a healthy competition laid by Realme pushed smartphone makers to bring chipsets like Snapdragon 675 and Snapdragon 710.

Realme 3 Pro

The mobile gaming market is increasing day by day, with better specs on a budget smartphone is indirectly helping people a lot these days. Even cameras have a strong point for Realme, stiff competition between Xiaomi and Realme has helped people experience awesome camera smartphones at a low budget.

2-3 years ago no one could ever think of a good smartphone in an Rs.6-8k price bracket and now with likes of Realme C2 or Redmi 7, the scenario has completely changed totally. Realme 3, Realme 5 have given customers huge battery smartphones with decent cameras at an Rs.10k budget.

Realme's Q3 2019 shipment exceeds 10 million, Now ranks 7th globally

Realme 3 Pro was a breakthrough in the Pro series of its smartphones for the company which eventually earned a lot of attention worldwide. Expanding from India, Realme has set its footprints in the Middle East and now in Europe as well.

Realme X series made a mark in “Realme’s premium segment” which eventually led consumers to experience great smartphones stuffed with a lot of new specs at a sub Rs.20k segment. With the upcoming Realme X2 Pro with Snapdragon 730G and a Snapdragon 855+ SoC, Realme is making a mark in the mid-range segment.

Now coming to sales figures, in India Realme has eaten up the market share of Xiaomi, Samsung and other key players like Huawei and Lenovo/ Motorola. In my previous article, I discussed the situation of smartphone market share as per sales in Q3 2019, in which Realme’s share jumped to 16% being fourth to Vivo, Samsung and Xiaomi respectively.

Realme's Q3 2019 shipment exceeds 10 million, Now ranks 7th globally
Realme’s new brand ambassador is Ayushmann Khurrana

Now, coming to global figures we see Counterpoint has revealed that Realme has shipped more than 10 million units in Q3 2019. It has achieved an incredible 808% YoY growth for and now ranks 7th in the top global smartphone list.

Back in Q2 2019, Realme made it into the top 10 smartphone brand list in the world and now after Q3 2019 it has reached 7 within 18 months of its establishment. This is truly incredible considering how stiff competition the smartphone market is facing.

Among its record amount of shipment, India and Indonesia alone contribute to nearly 80% of the companyโ€™s shipments. Realme has already established itself in over 20 countries and with the recent Realme X2 Pro launch, it now aims to crack the European market also.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super outperforms GTX 1660 Ti Max-Q in Final Fantasy XV

0

The announcement of the new GTX 1660 Super is near in fact it’s scheduled tomorrow and we have some benchmarks that will prove its capability compared to its predecessors. One of the key advantage for this GPU is the inclusion of GDDR6 memory instead of the GDDR5 memory.

Already we have the specifications leaked of the GTX 1660 Super, but for a quick recap: The new GPU will feature a 12nm Turing TU116 graphics processor with 1408 CUDA cores, 88 TMUs, and 48 ROPs.

NVIDIA plans to unveil GTX 1660 Super with GDDR6 Memory

It features a 6GB GDDR6 memory across a 192-bit memory bus featuring a higher 336 GB/s of maximum theoretical bandwidth with a faster 14 Gbps memory die. The healthy memory speed & bandwidth upgrade will help the GPU perform much better in games, both at 1080p and 1440p.

There are a couple of leaked gaming benchmarks of this GPU competing with others in titles such as Final Fantasy XV, Ashes of the Singularity along with Geekbench score as well. Let’s check the benchmarks:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super outperforms GTX 1660 Ti Max-Q in Final Fantasy XV benchmarks

Final Fantasy XV Benchmark

Here we see that the GTX 1660 Super is behind the GT 1660 Ti by few points but performs even better than the laptop edition of the GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q design and the GTX 1070 Max-Q as well.

Comparing with the original GTX 1660, the new Super variant just totally outperforms its predecessor by significant points proving how capable the new one can be at the same price as the original GTX 1660.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super outperforms GTX 1660 Ti Max-Q in Final Fantasy XV benchmarks

Ashes of the Singularity Benchmark

In this test we see the new GPU sitting between the GTX 1660 and the GTX 1660 Ti, having an edge towards the 1660 Ti. The test was carried out at 4K crazy preset which isn’t a great comparison to understand the real-world performance of the GPUs.

So, one thing seems clear that the new Super GPU will be a very capable one and at the same price as the GTX 1660, it will be a steal deal for gamers and what’s best is that you can comfortably game at 1440p with this new GPU, thanks to the faster GDDR6 memory.

Intel’s upcoming Quad-core 10th Gen Core i3 on par 8 threaded 7th Gen Core i7

0

Intel has been working hard on its upcoming desktop CPUs based on 10nm process, though they have been successful in implementing the new Icelake architecture in laptops, it seems that the desktop and server end CPUs have given Intel some huge trouble.

So, again Intel will be repeating its tik-tok method on its age-old 14nm Skylake architecture and implement the 10th Gen Comet Lake CPUs to counter AMD’s superior 7nm based Ryzen 3000 CPUs. Intel has no other option but repeating its same architecture for the fifth consecutive generation.

Slated for a launch in the first half of 2020, we expect Intel to launch the new CPUs at very cheap rates, with higher clock speeds and hyper-threading enabled across all of its new CPUs. Obviously it will not be efficient and modern as its Ice Lake CPUs are but the new Comet Lake will surely be much more affordable with relatively higher performance.

Intel's upcoming Quad-core 10th Gen Core i3 on par 8 threaded 7th Gen Core i7

To counter the dipping market of Intel, the blue team has no other option except to sell their CPUs at cheaper prices to attract more consumers as they can. It is surprising to see Intel lower the prices of their HEDT processors by 50% and sell their best budget CPUs like Core i3-9100F and Core i5-9400F at ultra-low prices.

The shortage of manufacturing the 10nm nodes has forced Intel to make the Comet Lake CPUs both for laptops and desktop lineups. Intel has no other option but follows its same old strategy: take the Skylake core, higher the TDP and see how much higher clock speeds can be achieved and then eventually stuff as many cores as the 14nm node allows.

We’ve got some leaks about the upcoming CPUs by Intel which has a lot of similarity to its 9th Gen brothers, albeit the fact that all of them will feature hyper-threading and come with higher clocks. Ryzen CPUs and APUs have been game-changing for AMD, the Red team has made huge progress, leaving behind Intel in the long run, so a new generation of CPUs by Intel was just a matter of time.

Intel's upcoming Quad-core 10th Gen Core i3 on par 8 threaded 7th Gen Core i7

The 10th Gen Intel Core i3-10100 will be a quad-core CPU with multi-threading enabled. It has a base clock speed of 3.6GHa and a boost clock speed somewhat higher than the Core i3-9100F at around 4.3 to 4.4GHz. Higher clock speeds at single-core enhance the gaming performance significantly, a segment where Intel still dominates the market.

This budget CPU features 6MB L3 Cache and the performance is impressive as well. It performances close to the 4 core 8 threaded 7th Gen Core i7 which is great for a low-budget CPU to attain and eventually be a great gaming CPU in future.

Intel's upcoming Quad-core 10th Gen Core i3 on par 8 threaded 7th Gen Core i7

The new Intel Core i5-10600K is a 6 core CPU that will hyper-threading and higher frequency uplift along with an increased L3 cache size of 12MB. This will be an overclockable budget CPU that will eventually be a value-for-money one, also the performance seems decent enough.

Now what will make these CPUs interesting enough to a Ryzen-minded market is the pricing, until and unless it can lure its consumers somehow, they have a lot of Ryzen options. Maybe Intel cannot cope with AMD in the performance race until their 10nm Sunny cove cores arrive but till then they need to offer something compelling to its fans.

Manchester United scored two more goals after the opening McTominay goal to take their Premier League goals tally to 2002 goals. They are the 1st team to cross the 2000 Premier League goals milestone. Arsenal are second on the all-time list with 1860 goals, while Liverpool (1795) and Chelsea (1793) are third and fourth respectively.

Manchester United’s milestone goalscorers:

NVIDIA to launch the new GTX 1650 Super on 22nd November

0

All you need to know about the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super & GTX 1650 Super

According to Videocardz, NVIDIA has revealed that both the GTX 1660 Super and a new GTX 1650 Super will land in the market in the coming days. We had an idea previously of the GTX 1660 Super which was much needed as AMD is gearing for something big in the budget segment.

Announcing the Radeon RX 5500 made NVIDIA more insecure and it seems they are ready to refresh the budget-oriented GTX 1650 GPU. The GTX 1660S is all set to launch on next Tuesday i.e. October 29th, while the GTX 1650 SUPER has been scheduled for a November 22nd launch (the official date provided under the embargo). The pricing details for the 1650 Super has not yet been disclosed.

We can expect the GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER will receive a much needed faster GDDR6 memory treatment. This GPU will feature modules rated at 12 Gbps (same as the GTX 1660 Ti), while the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER will sport a faster 14 Gbps memory speed.

NVIDIA to launch the new GTX 1650 Super on 22nd November

Let’s talk about the detailed specs of these GPUs as reported by Videocardz:

GTX 1660 Super: A healthy GDDR6 14Gbps memory upgrade with just the cost of 5W TDP

The GTX 1660 SUPER will feature a 12nm Turing TU116 graphics processor with 1408 CUDA cores, 88 TMUs, and 48 ROPs, same as the original GTX 1660. The main upgrade is the inclusion of 6GB GDDR6 memory across a 192-bit memory bus.

This, on the other hand, corresponds to a higher 336 GB/s of maximum theoretical bandwidth. Thatโ€™s even more than the high priced GTX 1660 Ti, thanks to the faster 14 Gbps memory die.

NVIDIA to launch the new GTX 1650 Super on 22nd November

The card obviously will not be available as a reference design, and the new GTX 1660S GPU can only be purchased from NVIDIA board partners. This is why NVIDIA is not providing the specs for the display and power connectors in their official specs sheet, although it has been mentioned that the GPU will require at least one 8-pin power connector.

If the GPU is priced at the similar price of GTX 1660, this could be a steal deal for gamers and it will not be surprising to see the GTX 1660 Super to match or rather outperform the GTX 1660 Ti. This type of strategy was applied when RTX Super cards were launched previously this year.

NVIDIA to launch the new GTX 1650 Super on 22nd November

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER: A much needed GDDR6 memory upgrade

The GTX 1650 SUPER will be equipped with 1280 CUDA cores, same as the GTX 1060 series. This model will be based on the 12nm Turing TU116 graphics processor.

This will be NVIDIAโ€™s cheapest SUPER model equipped with a faster 4GB of GDDR6 memory onboard. The card will be similar to the GTX 1650โ€™s 128-bit memory bus and 32 ROP count.

On the other hand, the higher specs will come at the cost of 25W higher TDP, as the GTX1650 Super will now require 100W of TDP. This model will also be clocked 50-60 MHz higher than the non-Super variant.

NVIDIA to launch the new GTX 1650 Super on 22nd November

The faster GDDR6 memory technology gives the GTX 1650 SUPER a huge boost and puts it right next to GTX 1660 non-SUPER variant if a maximum of 192GB/s bandwidth is to be considered.

Since the GTX 1650 Super is also based on the TU116 graphics processor, both of the GPUs will be supporting the Turing NVENC encoder. This is a new feature added by NVIDIA as the GTX 1650 non-SUPER was utilizing VOLTA NVENC encoder.

The new Super GPUs Launch date

NVIDIA will be launching the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER on October 29th at the price of $229 similar to the original GTX 1660. The GTX 1650 SUPER will be available from the next month, on November 22nd but NVIDIA has not yet provided any pricing info on this budget-oriented but we expect it to be costing similar to $150-$175 price bracket like its predecessor GTX 1650.

Xiaomi continues its No. 1 market position in India for Q3 2019

0

Xiaomi again leads the smartphone market maintaining the No.1 position in India for Q3 2019, Realme acquires 16% market share

According to recent Counterpoint Research’s report of Indian smartphone market of Q3 2019, the Chinese handset maker Xiaomi continues its unbeaten run in India.

While in other countries the smartphone market is observing a slowdown, India seems to be the ideal place where record sales of 49 million units have been achieved in the last quarter. This is mostly due to the heavy discount and offers that we saw during Flipkart and Amazon’s various sales excluding October.

Xiaomi continues its No. 1 market position in India for Q3 2019

Now as we see in the reports, Xiaomi was the smartphone brand that sold the highest number of units in the Q3. It managed to grab 26% of overall sales originally dropping from 27%, in comparison to last year.

However, we see the total number of units sold surged by 7% on a YoY basis. Xiaomi’s best selling devices were the Redmi 7A, Redmi Note 7s and obviously the Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Samsung maintains its number 2 spot in this quarter as well. Its YoY based shipments declined by 4% but grew 3% in comparison to the previous quarter. Samsung’s best selling devices were the old Galaxy A2 Core and the newly refreshed A series and M series smartphones including the A30s, A10s, A50s, M30s and the budget-oriented M10s.

Xiaomi continues its No. 1 market position in India for Q3 2019

On the other hand, the third, fourth and fifth spot is held by Vivo, Realme and Oppo, respectively. Vivo grew from 10% to 17% on a YoY basis basically due to its aggressive online focussed smartphones like Vivo Z1 Pro, Vivo Z1x, and Vivo U10.

Realme as a new smartphone brand gained some handsome amount significant share. The Opportunity separated brand accounted for 16% of the total sales which was just 3% in the same time period last year. This is mostly due to their latest budget and mid-range smartphones like Realme C2, Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro and Realme XT.

Xiaomi continues its No. 1 market position in India for Q3 2019

On the other hand, Oppo despite having a steady growth in 2019 it has maintained a steady 8% market share even though introducing some great premium smartphones like Oppo F11 Pro and the Oppo Reno series. It’s online Oppo K series smartphones and new A series of smartphones have attracted a lot of buyers as well.

Overall we see a healthy gain in the Indian smartphone market, premium smartphone brands like OnePlus and Apple are hidden under the likes of these 5 major giants. OnePlus 7 series have had some compelling sales in India and Apple is slowly paving its way into the top 10 list with it’s aggressively priced iPhone XR and the cheaper iPhone 11.
