POCO has officially declared the launch of their new device in February

0

POCO has finally tweeted and has officially declared that their next smartphone will launch next month. According to reports POCO F2 series will be launched next month and the series will comprise three devices. Here is the official tweet from @IndiaPOCO.

A few days back POCO has declared itself as an independent brand, Poco was actually a sub-brand of Xiaomi whose first smartphone was POCO F1 which was a major hit at that time. Time has passed and POCO has a 100k community on twitter with only one smartphone in the brand name. After almost two years POCO is again launching a new series which will definitely be a successor of the POCO F1. No clear date of launch has been mentioned by the brand so far, stay updated with us for more details regarding this.

According to the reports POCO is working on three different smartphones as it is going to debut after almost two years as an independent brand. When POCO was a sub-brand of Xiaomi it launched its first-ever smartphone POCO F1 and now it is working on the POCO F2/X2. The brand is most probably going to launch three different models of the POCO F2/X2. The models are likely to be named as POCO F2/X2 Lite, POCO F2/X2, and POCO F2/X2 Pro. Though the source from which all the details have been gathered is still not the most trustworthy, we can guess that the device can look more or less the same as the images leaked.

There’s more experience to fall back on in the batting department for New-Zealand, with Kane Williamson, who returns after missing the T20Is against England, Martin Guptill, Ross Taylor and Colin Munro making the top and middle order.

The series will also be the first big one for both teams in the year of the T20 World Cup later this year, with over 20 matches to go for each.

Mohun Bagan Extend Lead On Top Of The Table

Mohun Bagan registered a 3-0 win over Neroca. Goals were scored by Nongdamba Naorem, Papa Diawara and Komron Tursunov.

Mohun Bagan registered an emphatic 3-0 victory away from home against Neroca FC at the Khuman Lampak Stadium on Thursday. By winning this match Kolkata Giants have extended their lead to six points and remains at the top of the table in an I-League encounter.

Nongdamba Naorem scored the first goal in the 27th minute before creating the second goal for Papa Diawara in the 53rd minute. Substitute Komron Tursunov added the third, deep into stoppage time, to seal the deal for the Mariners.

Neroca head coach Gift Raikhan made one change to his previous match line-up, with Ronald Singh coming in for Zico Sekle, while his Mohun Bagan counterpart Kibu Vicuna named an unchanged eleven.

Neroca had its first attempt against the run of play in the 16th minute, when a Marvin Phillip goal-kick found Boubacar Diarra, who went for glory from the half-way line after spotting Mohun Bagan keeper Sankar Roy off his line.

With the win, Mohun Bagan remains ahead of the chasing pack, taking its tally to 20 points, while Neroca drops to ninth in the I-League standings.

In the 42nd minute, Moiranghthem Meitei handled the ball just outside the box and conceded a free-kick. Diawara’s effort was parried away by Marvin.

In the fourth minute of stoppage time, late substitutes PM Britto and Komron Tursunov combined well for the team’s third goal. Tursunov made a great run to receive a through ball from Britto and squared it past Marvin to score his first goal for the club.

In the 53rd minute, Naorem delivered a cross that found a completely unmarked Diawara for Mohun Bagan’s second goal of the day.

Neroca failed to pose any real threat whatsoever, as the league leaders closed in on another victory. Despite being up by two goals, they were hungry for more and made no mistake in adding another goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

The league leaders remain ahead of the chasing pack, taking their tally to twenty points while Neroca drop to ninth in the standings.

Realme’s new flagship device breaks all AnTuTu records, reported to come with Snapdragon 865 SoC

0

From a fresh report, Realme is going to launch a new smartphone with Snapdragon 865 SoC as promised by Realme’s Chief Marketing Officer, Xu Qi Chase, had said last month that the company will be one of the first to launch a phone with the Snapdragon 865 SoC. Keeping the promise, a picture showcasing the AnTuTu benchmark score of a new device of Realme with model number RMX2071 has already surfaced on the internet. The picture showcased the outstanding AnTuTu benchmark score of the device which is a whopping 574,985.

The score showcased is already creating records and it is said that the number occurred because the device is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and it is powering the device. Usually, there are details around the device, tested at AnTuTu, but we have practically nothing on the specs side. However, the result itself is very impressive – in comparison, the Realme X2 Pro scores 467,653 on AnTuTu 8 – that’s over a 20% jump in overall performance.

Realme has also confirmed its presence at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2020) in Barcelona, and it’s hosting an event on February 24 at 10 am local time. As per the event description, the company is looking to launch ‘new 5G phones with power and style to global users’. The company could be launching this flagship phone at its event then. If we were to fathom a guess, the Snapdragon 865 SoC phone may be the Realme X50 Pro 5G.

POCO is ready for a “Second” season and hints name of next device

0

POCO recently teased a video in their official twitter account where it specified that the brand is here after a long two years declaring that it is ready for a “Season 2”. It’s been a few days that Xiaomi and POCO together officially declared that the later brand is a separate brand from now on. POCO was a sub-brand under Xiaomi and its first device came with the name POCO F1 and was a major hit in the market. Among all these, in the recent teaser, the brand hints the name of its next device.

In the first setup of the teaser, the name “POCO X2” is hinted. But we need to look closely to see it. The characters of the name are scattered about. Check out the following tweet to have a clear idea of it.

YouTube channel named RevAtlas received an email about the Pocophone F2/X2 Lite with three photos attached along with some basic specs. The phone will allegedly be powered by a Snapdragon 765G chipset with 6GB of RAM, 5,000mAh battery and it will feature a high res camera, though no further details were given about it.

Griezmann says Barca is still adapting to playing with three centre-backs

0

After a poor performance last night against Ibiza in Copa del Rey, the hero of the match Antonie Griezmann has spoken out about his team. Last night the Blaugrana made an awful start and played very bad in the first half even though they were leading in the possession stats.

Barcelona trailed by 1-0 in the first half and the team was looking an unprofessional one but eventually won 2-1 to avoid the elimination in the first round of the cup due to the Frenchman’s brace. It was a humiliating first half after which with some changes like Jordi Alba, Arthur and Vidal gave Barca the win.

Griezmann says Barca is still adapting to playing with three centre-backs

Players like Semedo, Junior Firpo, Carles Perez and Rique Puig just struggled in the worst pitch they ever played on. Even though there could be excuses like the floodlight of the stadium was disastrous but as a team, Barcelona was not up to the mark.

Like Sunday’s match against Granada, in this match too we saw Quique‘s three centre-back formation led by Junior Firpo, Sergi Roberto and Clement Lenglet, but this formation was not that impressive.

The bad performance by Firpo and Lenglet gave the early lead to Ibiza, Roberto still tried his best, if the second goal by Ibiza wouldn’t be called off by the referee due to the foul then we might have had a different result from the last night.

If Griezmann would not step up to score the brace, Barca could really have been humiliated by their fans. He said after the match:

“They came in to the match better than us, They knew the pitch. It was hard to create chances, we didn’t take a shot in the first half. It’s a new system with 3 CBs, we have to get used to it, we have to work hard.”

The 3-4-3 attacking formation works well during the attack but struggles if there’s any lack of urgency shown by the defenders as well as the midfielders. De Jong did play a great role but was not supported by his subordinate Ivan Rakitic who was replaced by Vidal in the dying minutes.

Griezmann says Barca is still adapting to playing with three centre-backs

“We are adjusting to the tactics of the new coach, and we have to continue to work,” Griezmann said. “We have to gain confidence with the ball, create spaces in the attack”

“I thank my teammates for their passes, without them, it’s difficult for me to score. I was playing higher up the pitch, I had to wait for my chances. I got two, and scored two.”

Jordi Alba and De Jong showed their first team class with their great assists and even though Griezmann did not play well in the first half as he not been provided with key passes when he got the opportunities he scored twice, what we could expect from a world-class striker.

WhatsApp is getting the most awaited feature we have been waiting for

WhatsApp is finally getting the most awaited feature for the first time. The app is getting a Dark Theme inbuilt within the app settings. This feature is the most awaited and the most wanted for its users for a very long time. This feature allows the user to switch between light theme, dark theme and a Set by battery saver options. The light theme is the normal theme which everyone is using from the beginning, the dark theme makes everything dark. The white portions get dark and the green ports get a darker green hue on it and make it a great visual treat.

Important: But before we go ahead on how the feature is activated, it must be noted that dark mode is currently available only to the beta testers as of now. There is no word as to when the feature will be rolled out via the stable channel, but it shouldn’t take very long. Currently, the beta version of the app is available in the Play Store. Users can access the dark theme mode in the current WhatsApp version 2.20.13.

How to enable Dark Mode in WhatsApp?

Enabling dark mode or dark theme in WhatsApp is very simple. Follow the steps mentioned below to quickly activate the new look. Apart from being easier on the eyes in low-light environments, it will also help you save battery on OLED screen phones.

  1. Download the latest WhatsApp v2.20.13 (Beta) update and open the app.
  2. Once you open the app, tap on the three-dot menu icon at the top right corner of the screen and select Settings from the menu.
  3. Once you are on the Settings page, tap on Chats, and then tap on Theme. Doing so will open a window where you choose the theme.
  4. Tap on Dark in the window that appears. This will enable the dark mode interface across the app.
  5. You can select the Set By battery Saver option to automatically switch between dark and light mode based on system settings.
