The Indian Audio market leader boAt was teasing for something over the past few days. With the new boAthead Diljit Dosanjh the company was saying the word GOAt. The meaning of it becomes clear when boAt posted a video announcing the launch of this new product. GOAT is the abbreviation of ‘Greatest Of All Time’.

Earlier, there was no clear indication of the product. Though boAt is mainly an audio product focused company, there are some other products like power banks, smart bands too. So, guessing what is coming was really difficult.

After releasing the video, now, it’s crystal clear that the upcoming product is an audio product. The banned, in the back, confirmed it will be a Bluetooth neckband, it’s visible in black and red combination. Though boAt mentioned the name nowhere in the video, in the webpage tab it’s written as boAt Rockerz 335.

Going through the video, the first highlighted feature is the battery life that can go for around 30 hours long and users can recharge it “really fast”. Next comes the audio part, this product will provide the “most optimum voice quality with skittering beats”. There will also be the boAt signature sound.

There is no information about the battery capacity, driver size, and obviously the pricing. Only three days left to reveal (9th September) all these. It will launch on both Flipkart and Amazon India. So, you can set the reminder on Amazon, the link is given below.

How will they perform in IPL 2020?

BATTING – How can a team with Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers fail? However, with RCB, it has always been the players around these two. Starting with the positives, getting number 3 ranked T20 batsman Aaron Finch for a relatively low fee, was probably one of the best buys of the IPL 2020 Auction.

RCB, however, still faces the same problem which they’ve always had with their batting order. The only keeping options they have are of Parthiv Patel and Josh Phillipe. Phillipe might not make the team due to the restriction of four foreign players. Patel, on the other hand, is fruitful only when used at the top order. This will have Patel opening with probably Finch and push Kohli and de Villiers down the order where they might not get many balls. They may have Kohli to open with Patel, de Villiers at 3. This will have Finch at 4 where he won’t be relatively effective as well.

Moeen Ali has shown good potential in the middle order but will need the support of Shivam Dube, Gurkeerat Singh, and lower middle-order options like Chris Morris and Washington Sundar.

BOWLING – Bowling has always been the sinking factor for RCB, especially their pace bowlers. However, the basic structure of their pace bowling is still the same. They purchased Chris Morris for one of the highest bets of the auction. The bet surprised everybody keeping in mind Morris hasn’t been actively playing in the South Africa national team.

He will have to justify this value and lead the bowling attack especially taking charge of death overs. Other pace bowlers like Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Siraj have struggled in death overs. Navdeep Saini has shown potential and will be the one to watch out for.

Spin bowling, on the other hand, looks balanced as always. Yuzvendra Chahal will be a key asset keeping in mind the pitches in UAE. He will be assisted by Washington Sundar and Pawan Negi.

RCB will have to sort out their batting order and death bowling issues, elsewhere it would be difficult for them to make the playoffs this time around as well.

Manchester United has recently signed Donny Van De Beek from Ajax. Now they are considering three more signings in this transfer window.

United Boss Ole Gunnar Soskjaer already identified some key areas from last season. Central midfield is one of those. That’s why they have already bought the Dutch midfielder from Ajax.

Other three key areas are right wing, centre back and left back position.

Jadon Sancho is highly linked from the start of the transfer window with Manchester United. But Borussia Dortmund is asking €120m for the English winger. Manchester United is struggling to pay this high amount of transfer money but they are still in touch with Dortmund to come to an agreement. They are also monitoring  Moussa Dembele, Joshua King, and other forwards if the ‘Sancho Deal’ breaks down.

For the centre back position they are considering RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano, Valencia defender Pau Torres and some other.

Last season United’s defence was decent but conceded some goals for their own flaws. Ole now wants a solidity in the United’s backline this season.

For the left-back position, United wants Real Madrid’s Sergio Reguilon. According to multiple reports Sergio has been offered to Manchester United for €30m by Real Madrid. Reguilon has completed a loan spell at Sevilla last season and has put in an excellent performance for them. He has won UEFA Europa League with Sevilla. They had beaten Manchester United in the semi-final. Reguilon caught the eye of United boss Ole and now he wants the young left back in his team.

They also considering Porto left back Alex Telles and Vitaliy Mykolenko of Dynamo Kiev.

Premier League is going to start on 12th of September. Manchester United will start their campaign a little late on 19th September when they face Crystal Palace at home. United wants to strengthen all their weak areas before the new season starts.

Everyone has been waiting for the launch of the next-gen consoles by Sony and Microsoft. Sony’s PS5 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X (and S) is scheduled to come out later this year.

Microsoft has now revealed the price of Xbox Series S will be the entry-level edition of the new Xbox series. It has been priced at just $299. They have set a very affordable price for the smallest Xbox ever.

The Xbox Series S is rumored to pack just 4 teraflops, which is a fraction of what the Xbox Series X offers and less than the Xbox One X’s 6 teraflops.

It shows a white console that looks somewhat similar in design to the Xbox One S. It’s depicted in a vertical orientation, though the rotation of the Xbox logo suggests that may not be the primary configuration. It also shows that the Xbox Series S is much thinner than Xbox Series X.

Microsoft has made the Xbox Series S an affordable and attractive console for anyone who doesn’t think 4K is necessary to enjoy gaming.

It is expected to be around as powerful as Xbox One X. There has been no further news regarding the console’s capabilities. Though it is expected to have NVME drives and ray tracing features.

The question though is how the performance will be of Xbox Series S, considering its smaller size and budget-friendly price. Speculations have been made as to whether Microsoft’s next-gen entry will be able to deliver on its promise of next-gen performance. Xbox Series S is set to be launched on November 10, 2020, but Microsoft has promised to reveal more details soon.

Both the youngsters were handed their England debut by Gareth Southgate in the UEFA Nations League match against Iceland.

But on the weekend, the Manchester players were found guilty of breaching COVID-19 rules and regulations. They have been alleged to have brought girls into their hotel room while on England duty in Iceland over the weekend.

According to reports in the Icelandic media, the players met two girls in a separate part of the Reykjavik hotel away from where the England team were staying and invited them to their room.

Manchester City player Phil Foden was the first to issue an apology letter. He took to Twitter to apologise to Gareth Southgate, his England team-mates, staffs, supporters and also to his club and family.

Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood was next in line to issue an apology for his conduct during international duty. He said: “Having now had the chance to reflect on what’s happened, I can only apologise to everyone for the embarrassment I have caused.”

“It was irresponsible of me to break the COVID-19 protocols which are in place to protect players, staff and the public.”

“In particular, I want to apologise to Gareth Southgate, for letting him down, when he had shown great trust in me. Playing for England was one of the proudest moments in my life and I only have myself to blame for this huge mistake.”

“I promise my family, the fans, Manchester United and England that this is a lesson I will learn from.”

England boss Southgate told reporters on Monday: “It’s a very serious situation and we have treated it that way and have acted as quickly as we have been able to. We have dealt with it appropriately. I recognise their age but the whole world is dealing with this pandemic.”

“We are still getting to the depths of all the information because it was only brought to my attention only a couple of hours before training. “We had to decide very quickly that they couldn’t have any interaction with the rest of the team, wouldn’t be able to travel to training.”

“Given the procedures that we have to follow now, they’ll have to travel back to England separately.”

The Sun has now reported that the pair have arrived back in Manchester on Monday night. They have been handed a 4 match ban by the England FA.

They will miss England’s game against Denmark on Tuesday. They will also not be considered for the matches against Wales, Belgium and Denmark again next month as punishment.

The Icelandic police have also fined the duo 250,000 Icelandic Krona (£1,300) for the rule breach during the coronavirus pandemic. This fine must be paid by the individual players themselves and not by the FA or their clubs.

Therefore, it is safe to say that Diego Simeone will once again take to his 4-4-2 to display one of the best defences in Europe once more.

Atletico have shown enormous signs of quality last season. For example, their victory against Liverpool both at home and away. Shutting out one of the best sides in Europe really does take something special, and Simeone’s men have what it takes to make it.

Challenges

Defence is the most important aspects of the game, and that has been taken care of with Simeone at the helm. However, the problem lies in the other areas of the pitch.

Atletico are sometimes caught out when they have to break down oppositions that sit deep. There has to be a more consistent creative element in midfield. If that doesn’t happen, they run the risk of falling prey to their own tricks.

In conclusion, my prediction is that they will take the fight to the rest of the league. However, they will have to be content with 2nd place. That is, unless Simeone can get it all right this time out.

Poco X3 NFC has been launched globally yesterday. The tipster Mukul Sharma has twitted to let us know that the POCO X3 NFC Indian variant has received the TUV Rheinland certification. He has also posted a copy of the TUV Rheinland certificate, where the model number of the Poco X3 NFC (Xiaomi M2007J20CG) is clearly visible. The type of this certificate is “Q”, which reveals that this upcoming handset has passed the safety as well as the quality test.

According to the certificate, the TUV Rheinland tests a product sample and also observes the regular production, and the Poco X3 NFC phone may be labelled with a test mark. Safety test is the basic and main test before launching a product, the safety certificate is used as a benchmark for meeting safety standards. The certificate reveals that the Poco X3 NFC has passed the criteria such as user-friendly, durability, maintenance, and low-noise design.

The Poco X3 NFC features an AI-powered quad-rear back camera setup, which includes a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor, inside a semi-curved rectangular shaped camera module. It has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor, and the others are 5-megapixel depth sensors and 2-megapixel macro sensors. In the case of the front camera, the phone has a 20MP snapper housed inside the top-centre positioned punch-hole on the screen.

According to a twitter post from Poco’s official account, they have expressed to introduce the Poco X3 NFC model in India soon, they also revealed about the expected price of the phone in India on that tweet. According to the tweet, the Poco X3 NFC will be priced at Rs. 20,000 + taxes in India. It is expected that the Poco X3 NFC will launch in India sometime later this month, so willing Indian buyers will have to wait to use this amazing handset until the product launches in India.

Exciting news has come out from LG Electronics, as they are expected to introduce a dual-display smartphone, named as LG Wings. Surprisingly, a leaked video of this phone has been tweeted by the tipster Ishan Agarwal. It is reported that the company had narrowed down the options to LG Wing and LG Swing, but chose the former as the official name as it had already picked up and archived brand familiarity among customers over the past few months.

According to the leaked video, the phone has swiveling display in motion, rotating. The rumor sites, the LG Wings will be announced officially on 14th September.

If we look at the leaked video, we can see that the handset is set in a T-shaped form with the top screen horizontally, and the vertical screen size is shrunk, and the horizontal display blocks the top half of the screen. LG will introduce the Wing model with a very attractive look.

According to the source, the phone may have 6.8″ main screen and 4″ of the secondary screen. Users will get the facility to perform two tasks at a single time on LG Wing, due to the dual display. It is expected that this upcoming phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765 Soc. But no other specifications are known yet.

According to the report of the Korea Herald, the LG Wing is expected to be priced at $1,260 ( roughly Rs. 92,138). The LG Wing is set to be introduced through a virtual event on LG’s official Facebook and YouTube channel, scheduled for 14th September at 7:30 PM IST.
