IPL 2020 – SRH vs MI: Match preview, Fantasy XI team and prediction

Match 56 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 will feature the last match of the league state as table-toppers Mumbai Indians will take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Mumbai Indians have not only qualified for the playoffs but already sealed the first position of the points table. This means MI will get an extra match to qualify for the finals.

Sunrisers obviously do not have that luxury. Winning this match would skyrocket them at the number 3 spot. However, losing the match would eliminate them and make way for the Kolkata Knight Riders. IPL 2020 is probably the best season of its 12-year history so far as it still isn’t confirmed which team is going to make it.

MI is coming off a dominating win over the Delhi Capitals. SRH, on the other hand, is coming off a relatively easy win over RCB.

Mumbai Indians

The defending champions have looked flawless in their dominating reign this year. As said earlier, having already locked the first spot, MI is expected to test their bench strength. However, they won’t like to go overboard as winning a match would still help them with the momentum.

Sunrisers Hyderabad

SRH would be extremely proud of their win over the Delhi Capitals. Skipper Warner scored a brilliant fifty and Wriddhiman Saha justified his selection over Johnny Bairstow by scoring two back to back fifties.

Their lower middle-order namely Samad and Priyam Garg should take responsibility as well. Their lack of form puts unnecessary pressure on David Warner, Manish Pandey, and Vijay Shankar.

Their bowling, however, has been great. Jason Holder has been a breath of fresh air for them. Rashid Khan has been picking up timely wickets. Sandeep Sharma and Natarajan have been doing their respective roles. Also, Vijay Shankar is providing a full quota of 4 overs.

Fantasy XI team

JASPRIT BUMRAH (9.5) (C) / DHAWAL KULKARNI (8) – Bumrah has been superb as the tournament progresses. He’s among the top wicket-takers of the tournament. He’ll be our captain. If Bumrah gets rested, we’ll have Kishan as captain and David Warner as vice-captain.

ISHAN KISHAN (8.5) – Kishan scored an impressive fifties against CSK and DC. He has the responsibility to open in the absence of Rohit Sharma. He’ll be our vice-captain.

DAVID WARNER (10.5) – David Warner has been in phenomenal form and has been consistent as well.

SURYAKUMAR YADAV (9) – Yadav scored a phenomenal 79 against the RCB. He’ll do even better with added responsibility in the absence of Rohit Sharma. He’ll be our captain.

QUINTON DE KOCK (9.5) / CHRIS LYNN (9) – De Kock has been getting good starts, he’s at a cusp of a bigger inning anytime soon. If De Kock gets rested, we’ll go ahead with Lynn.

WRIDDHIMAN SAHA (8) –  Saha justified his selection over Johnny Bairstow by scoring a phenomenal 87 off just 45 balls against the dangerous DC bowling lineup. He also scored a great fifty against RCB.

MANISH PANDEY (9) – Pandey has been fairly consistent this season. However, he’ll have to take more responsibility.

JASON HOLDER (8.5) – Holder picked up wickets consistently and can bat a bit as well.

TRENT BOULT (9) / MITCHELL McCLENAGHAN (8) – Boult has been among the top wicket-takers of the tournament. Again if he’s rested, we go ahead with McClenaghan.

RASHID KHAN (9.5) – Rashid Khan has always been among wickets. He bowled one of the most impressive spells in the history of IPL taking 3 wickets and conceding only seven runs in his four overs.

SANDEEP SHARMA (8) – Sharma has been in good form and has been consistently among wickets.

PREDICTION

Already despite the absence of Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians have been really consistent in their approach. They’re still batting and bowling phenomenally. Their bench strength is phenomenal as well with the likes of the dangerous Chris Lynn who has played T20 cricket all across the world. Mitchell McClenaghan has been one of the highest wicket-takers for them in the last few seasons. They also have the likes of veterans Dhawal Kulkarni and Aditya Tare. Not to forget young guns like Anukul Roy. Mumbai Indians will therefore defeat the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

0

Nvidia is the leading manufacturer of graphics modules. The cards manufactured by the company are the best in the market and have been seen for years. But things are changing, and the company’s biggest rival, AMD, has taken the lead. Advanced Micro Devices has launched several of its next-gen cards that seem to leave Nvidia’s latest innovation in the dust.

Owing to all this, Nvidia is still planning to release its RTX 30 series cards real soon. But according to sources, the company has allegedly postponed the launch of its upcoming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti till December 2nd. The graphics card was due to launch on November 17th.

On the other hand, this delay cannot be termed as postponement of any kind. It is merely because the company itself never officially declared the initial launch date of the RTX 3060 Ti.

According to sources, the RTX 3060 Ti will be a new upper mid-range graphics card under a 400 USD price tag. The graphics card is expected to feature the GA104 GPU along with 4864 CUDA cores, which is 1024 cores fewer than the RTX 3070. Apart from GPU modifications, the RTX 3060 Ti comes with 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM at 14Gbps of speed. It is the same memory configuration which the GeForce RTX 3070 boasts.

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is said to be faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER. We already know that the RTX 3060 Ti matches the RTX 2080 Ti in terms of performance and will even surpass the RTX 2080 SUPER. If this is all true, then Nvidia could soon be releasing a powerhouse among graphics processors.

Nvidia will be launching its GeForce RTX 3060 Ti on December 2nd and is expected to be available in the retail stores. The company has also decided to release a Founders edition model of its RTX 3060 Ti as to whether it will move ahead with its plan remains to be seen.

iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max will use LiDAR sensor and wide-angle camera to help Visually Challenged Users finding proximity from the obstacles

After the launch of the iPhone 12 series, every day we are getting to know some of its pros and cons. Now another report has come out that the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 Pro Max are going to have a new feature called “People Detection”. By this feature, the device will allow visually challenged users to detect the proximity of other people. This new feature will be available in a new iOS 14.2 beta release.

To execute this feature, the device uses the LiDAR sensor and wide-angle camera to precisely detect the distance between the users and their nearby people. This is a kinda must-have feature for visually challenged people. This feature works with a combination of augmented reality (AR) and machine learning. That’s why at first the device will sense & detect the obstacle and then it will give a signal to the control system to measure the distance. If the distance is much less, then the user will get a signal from the device by which he/she can make his/her path carefully. Moreover, this feature will also be very useful in current scenarios where everyone has to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from each other for the COVID-19 crisis.

Apple has been working on this technology since September and finally in the update of iOS 14.2, the company will provide this facility to the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max users. Beta users will get the first opportunity to use this feature. This is a great leap in terms of technological advancement from Apple. Yes, it is true that to buy an iPhone 12 Pro or the iPhone 12 Pro Max, you have to spend a lot amount of money. But in terms of the byproduct of that process, you will get some serious great technological help from Apple, whether it is the chipset or such kind of proximity detection features. In terms of that, Apple has never failed to amaze us.

As of now, this amazing facility will only be available in the iPhone 12 Pro and the Pro Max variants. The company will not provide this service on the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Mini. So, you have to pay some price to get this facility.

Mi 10 Ultra charges at 80W instead of 120W, revealed in Battery charging test

0

Xiaomi has launched Mi 10 Ultra outside India and the most interesting thing about the phone is its charger. This phone carries a monster 120W fast charger with it. That means it is one of those few smartphones in the market that supports 100W+ fast charging, credit to the Quick Charger 5. But a recent charging test has shown us that the Mi 10 Ultra charger at 80W, not at 120W.

As per the battery charging test, the testers have found that in spite of having a 120W fast charger, this phone chargers at a comparatively slower rate. It was quite faster than the other smartphones right now in the market. But in terms of the 120W, it was too slow. After getting this shocking result, the Android Authority has done some extra tests and has found that the Mi 10 Ultra actually charges at just 80W compared to the 120W advertised by Xiaomi.

bb Mi 10 Ultra charges at 80W instead of 120W, revealed in Battery charging test

If we breakdown the charging, we find that the charger begins drawing 92.3W of power when first plugged. But for the most part of charging duration, it falls to 86.4W. But as we said that it was comparatively slower, but way faster than any of the smartphones in the market. It takes just only 21 minutes to get the phone charged from o to 100 percent. You can also charge this phone with an 18W adapter. In that case, it will get fully charged at 68 minutes, and with a 50W, it will get fully charged at 29 minutes.

In terms of the battery temperature, at the time of 80W charging, the temp reaches 43.8°C whereas the ideal temperature is 40°C. But the good thing is, the device does not maintain a high temperature throughout the charging duration. The temperature dropped when the charging gets to 70%. In the case of a 50W charger, the temperature reaches 39.1°C. So, if the phone is being charged at the highest 120W charger, the temperature will be too much. So, using 80W in place of 120W is not that bad for an option as it will be better for the phone’s battery life and safety.
