Chelsea are internally discussing the prospect of signing Everton’s Anthony Gordon. The player has made 51 appearances in the Premier League, scoring four goals for the Toffees. He is now their new number 10 with Frank Lampard favouring the 21-year-old to spearhead their attack.

Wesley Fofana remains a target for the club as well, despite having two bids rejected. They are also in the running to sign Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona, despite the uncertainty surrounding his situation.
