HMD Pulse Pro, HMD Pulse+, and HMD Pulse are the initial smartphones to be launched under the Finnish firm’s branding. All three are reasonably priced costing less than EUR 200, and focused on repairability using iFixit’s self-repair kits. In addition, each of the three models will have Android 14 installed and will be updated to the next two Android OS releases guaranteed. The Unisoc T606 processor powers the devices, which have a 6.65-inch LCD screen at 720p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The HMD Pulse Pro is available in Black Ocean, Glacier Green, and Twilight Purple and costs EUR 180 which is about ₹16,000 The HMD Pulse+ is available in Apricot Crush, Glacier Green, and Midnight Blue for EUR 160 around (approx. ₹14,240). The most affordable HMD Pulse costs EUR 140, which is about ₹12,460. HMD Pulse will soon become available in Atmos Blue, Dreamy Pink, and Meteor Black. All three devices are now available for purchase at HMD.com in Europe.

The entire HMD Pulse series works on Android 14 and is expected to get two main Android OS updates as well as three years of quarterly security updates They all feature a 6.65-inch HD+ (720×1,612 pixels) LCD screen with 600 nits peak brightness and a 90Hz refresh rate. Powered by an octa-core 12nm Unisoc T606 chip, paired with up to 6GB of RAM.

The HMD Pulse Pro boasts a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, along with a 50-megapixel selfie camera. The HMD Pulse+ also offers a 50-megapixel primary camera, while the HMD Pulse model is equipped with a 13-megapixel shooter. Both phones feature an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The HMD Pulse series offers at least 128GB of internal storage and expandable storage through a Micro SD card slot of up to 256 GB. All the above models also have 4G LTE, Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS connectivity. The models also have a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C slot. These products have accelerometers, ambient light sensors, electronic compasses, and proximity sensors.

All the HMD Pulse series will have a 5,000mAh and 59 hours battery life. The Pro model is 20W fast charge enabled, while the others are 10W. All products have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on power for biometric.
