Apple iPhone 11 is on its way according to leaks and renders.

iPhone 11 kinda looks awkward, isn’t it?

The iPhone 11 range, like most of its predecessors, has been heavily leaked many times now, with the latest leak taking the form of CAD (computer-aided design) images, showing the possible designs of all three upcoming phones from both front and back. We have collected a few images and videos from the web. Now it’s up to you all which one will you chose or will like to have as iPhone 11.

Credit : Jane Zhuang

According to the recent leaks, there will be three iPhone 11 models this year – the Phone 11 R, iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Max – although the names of the devices might vary. The rear cameras of the upcoming iPhone 11 will be the main focus point of this year’s iPhones. Apple is reportedly developing a dedicated night mode camera for improving the low light photography of the iPhone 11. There is also news is that the upcoming iPhone 11 will have 128GB of internal storage as its base variant, and this can also mean an increase in the starting price.

Recently, the cases of the iPhone 11 Max, the successor to the iPhone XS Max from the case maker Olixar have surfaced online. The cases are currently on sale even months before the launch of the official devices. If you are interested, you can head to UK retailer MobileFun’s online store to find them. It looks as if the camera placed in the module will be protruding as the case maker has also released a camera protector to prevent it from scratches.

Other than back covers, Olixar is also making and selling screen protectors for the upcoming iPhone 11 as well. Looking at their design, it seems as if the Cupertino-based technology giant will be adding additional sensors at the front of the smartphone.

No Description

A recent leak suggests that the upcoming iPhone 11’s triple-rear camera setup will pack the main camera, a telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide lens. There are also hints of packing a quad-LED flash and secondary microphone placed in the square camera cut out module itself. With iOS 13’s beta build released today, the company claimed that the Face Unlock is 30% faster. So we might see a better face unlocking mechanism in the upcoming iPhone.

With iPhone 11’s launch on the horizon, it remains to be seen what new technologies Apple brings to the market. As a number of leaks earlier suggest that the device will come with a new iPhone with 5G support, however, it is highly unlikely that we would see it before 2020.

We found that this guy spotted something between the renders and CADs, and here he is showing the difference between them. Is there any chance that any one of this design becomes the final design of the iPhone 11 or the design can still change, what do you all think?

Mateo Kovacic has permanently moved to Chelsea from Real Madrid

Mateo Kovacic has signed a five-year contract with Chelsea and has made his one-year loan deal permanent.

Mateo Kovacic played for Chelsea last season on loan from Real Madrid. He has impressed with his performances at Chelsea. So, now Chelsea have decided to make his one-year loan deal permanent for a fee reported to be in the region of £40 million. Kovacic has signed a five-year contract with Chelsea.

Chelsea is currently facing a two-window transfer ban because FIFA found they had breached regulations relating to the international transfer and registration of players aged under 18. But as Kovacic was already registered as their player because of the loan deal so they can sign him. Chelsea have signed the Croatia international permanently for five years.

Mateo Kovacic

Kovacic made 32 Premier League appearances for Sarri and helped them to finish third in the Premier League. He has also won the Europa League with Chelsea. But Sarri has left the club only after one season. Frank Lampard is the favourite to replace Sarri as the Chelsea manager. Lampard also seems to be impressed with the 25-year-old’s performances.

There had been suggestions that Kovacic could stay with Los Blancos after his impressive performances in England. But that is not the case. Real Madrid revealed via a statement that Mateo Kovacic has gone back to west London in a permanent deal.

Mateo Kovacic

Mateo Kovacic said to the official Chelsea website: “I really enjoyed my season on loan with Chelsea, I feel comfortable at the club and like London and the Premier League very much. I am very happy to be able to join permanently.
We had a successful year, winning the Europa League and I hope I can make a big contribution in the coming seasons.”

Kovacic joins Christian Pulisic to join Chelsea ahead of the 2019-20 season. But Chelsea have confirmed Gonzalo Higuain’s departure from the club. The striker will return to Juventus after the Blues opted not to pursue a permanent deal or take an option to extend his loan for a further 12 months. As it stands now, Chelsea will now recall Alvaro Morato from Atletico Madrid, who is on loan. They may be the only incomings at Stamford Bridge for the foreseeable future. Although Chelsea have lodged an appeal against their transfer ban to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super & 2070 Super 11% & 20% faster than its predecessors

NVIDIA’s upcoming “RTX Super GPUs” are on its verge of its launch which is predicted to be held tomorrow. Prior to that the upcoming upscaled version of the originally announced RTX GPUs have attained some healthy improvements from last year.

From the leaked specs, we can see not much of an architectural change but yes we do notice some performance improvements due to the presence of more graphical cores and higher clock speeds.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX Super GPU specs leaked

The newly introduced Navi GPUs aren’t that much powerful as we thought before and also lacks the Ray Tracing feature. The Radeon RX 5700XT has a competitive price than the RTX 2070 and claims to beat it by few fps in games.

NVIDIA is gearing up to enhance its yearly old GPU by branding with a tag of “Super” RTX GPUs. Some leaked benchmarks suggests that the new RTX Super GPUs are about 15-20% faster than the original RTX graphics cards.

The Ashes of the Singularity score for both the RTX 2070 Super and 2060 Super has been shared by leaker APISAK.

APISAK on Twitter

AotS E Crazy (1440p) Score RTX 2070S – 6200 RTX 2070 – 5500 RTX 2060S – 5200 RTX 2060 – 4700

The RTX 2070S has about 20% more faster than its predecessor while the RTX 2060S is only 11% faster than its older generation. This is quite a good improvement considering the fact that there’s no massive architectural difference or change in the 12nm manufacturing process.

If the leaks are true to an extent and if games perform 20% better than before then users will enjoy more frames per second as well as enjoy the Ray tracing capabilities which is getting more and more game support.

If the RTX Super cards have the similar pricing to that of the previous gen RTX cards then AMD has to find a better way to sell its new 7nm based Navi GPUs which considerably would be lagging behind these new NVIDIA GPUs.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is twice as fast as Intel Core i5-9600K in PassMark, has the best single core scores

The upcoming 6 core 12 threads budget 7nm Ryzen 5 3600 outperforms Intel Core i5-9600K & nearly equals the i9-9900K in PassMark, registers the best single core performance ever

The new Ryzen processors are totally crushing its Intel competitors due to its improved Zen 2 microarchitecture and due to the efficient 7nm process. Ryzen processors totally changed the CPU market in just a few years, a game-changing CPU ever built by AMD.

The best part of the Ryzen family is that these processors have intense power and fit your budget so that you can never compromise on performance. From the 1st gen Ryzen CPUs, AMD focussed on productivity and to an extent on gaming as well.

The multi-threading performance within the budget is absolutely amazing, this forced Intel to push its limits on its 5-year-old architecture, resulting in the increase in clock speed and cache memory only.

All you need to know about AMD's X570 motherboards

The fact still remains that Intel is still struggling with its way old micro-architecture and the Red team has shifted to 3 generations of processors in just 3 years! This has eventually made Intel processors prone to security threats and flaws.

Not only Ryzen, but AMD’s step into the workstation CPUs and data server market have also alarmed Intel. AMD’s 14nm architecture or the 12nm architecture brought some impressive performance in its budget-friendly price margin, but they never outperform Intel totally.

Now with 7nm Zen 2 architecture AMD has stood up to all the expectations which users were intensively waiting for more than a year now. It is the first time that AMD’s CPU has beat Intel’s single threaded performance.

Intel always boasted for its gaming performance with its CPU much due to its superior single threaded performance. But the Zen 2 architecture based on the latest 7nm process has totally changed the game.

AMD's $199 Ryzen 5 3600 CPU beats Intel's i7-9700K in Cinebench results

The IPC improvements and higher cache memory have resulted in much better single threaded performance. Higher clock speeds, lower power consumption and PCIe 4.0 support has changed the scenario totally for AMD.

The best part is that even the budget Ryzen 5 3600 CPU has the calibre to totally outperform its nearest Intel competitors and even equal the single thread performance of the highest end desktop processor like the Core i9-9900K which is simply amazing.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is twice as fast as Intel Core i5-9600K in PassMark, has the best single core scores

Already we have seen many Geekbench and Cinebench results of these upcoming Ryzen processors before and now there’s some leaked PassMark scores of the Ryzen 5 3600.

When the scores were compared with some popular CPUs like Core i5-9600K which has an almost similar price to that of Ryzen 5 3600, the AMD star almost has twice the CPU performance than the i5-9600K.

The PassMark score of i9-9900K is 20,208 and the Ryzen 5 3600 scores 20,134 which is nearly equal. It is great to see that a $199 CPU having almost similar scores to that of a $500 CPU.

The Ryzen 5 3600 easily beats the popular CPUs like the Ryzen 7 2700X and Core i7-8700K.

AMD launches new 7nm Ryzen 3000 CPUs based on Zen 2 architecture

If you notice the single core performance scores, the new Ryzen 5 3600 gains the number one spot even beating the high-end Core i9-9900K and easily beating its near competitor Core i5-9600K.

So, the complete specs of Ryzen 5 3600 are:

  • Number of CPU Cores: 6
  • Number of Threads: 12
  • Max Boost Clock: 4.2GHz
  • Base Clock: 3.6GHz
  • Thermal Solution: Wraith Stealth
  • Default TDP / TDP: 65W
  • Total L3 Cache: 32MB
  • PCI Express® VersionPCIe 4.0 x16

Benchmarks of the Ryzen 3000 series CPUs is quite impressive and it will be pretty interesting to see the real world performance for both productivity as well as gaming.

It’s now a matter of a week and on 7th July, Ryzen 3000 series processors will be made available for you.

Google Pixel 4 is now official.

Google’s strategy in making Pixel 4 official.

Google Pixel 4 is the upcoming pixel which looks way more different than previous Pixel devices. At first, we saw the leaks then the renders and now Google has finally revealed the most awaited Pixel smartphone. The official first look of the upcoming Pixel 4 is here.

Made by Google on Twitter

Well, since there seems to be some interest, here you go! Wait ’til you see what it can do. #Pixel4

Reason of revealing it so early?

Google’s strategy to reveal the design of its upcoming smartphone this early isn’t without a purpose though. Firstly, in this day and age, it is impossible to keep the phone designs secret, a fact that Apple, Samsung, and Google are completely aware of. The Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL were already on sale ahead of the launch. With the reveal on Twitter, Google wants to stay ahead of the game and control the narrative from the start.

Meanwhile, there is a flurry of ‘square-camera bump’ designs expected to arrive in the coming months. We already know Apple’s iPhone 11s will have a similar bump and once that’s out, every mid-range device is expected to copy the same. Google wants to lead and doesn’t want to come across as a follower or a copy-cat.

Lastly, the leak from Google suggests that the company’s flagship Pixel devices could land much earlier than the month of October. Google might want to hold the unveiling much earlier or close to the Apple iPhone event. The move might raise a few eyebrows as Google had launched its budget Pixel devices only recently in May, but since Google is serious about taking on the iPhones, the decision won’t be surprising.

Xiaomi officially showcased its Under-Display Camera phone.

The Future of Under-Display Camera Smartphone is here.

Xiaomi confirmed at the starting of this month it is working on an under screen front camera that finally eliminates the need of a notch, a hole-punch, or even a pop-up slider. The camera hides underneath a special low-reflective glass that doubles up as a camera lens on top as well. This technology is still under works, and Xiaomi Senior VP Wang Xiang has now detailed on how this technology will work. He says that the ‘Xiaomi’s Under-Display Camera Technology could be the ultimate solution for a Full-Screen Display coexisting with a front camera’.

The Future: Under-Display Camera

Do you want a sneak peek at the future? Here you go…introducing you to Under-Display Camera technology! #Xiaomi #InnovationForEveryone

For Xiaomi’s implementation of the feature, the camera is embedded in the top of the device, as usual. But instead of putting a border around it (a notch) or cutting a hole in the screen (a hole-punch display), the camera is covered with a “special-low-reflective glass with high transmittance.”

Oppo officially showcased the Under Screen Camera (USC) smartphone.

Xiaomi says the setup allows the area of the display to become transparent to take pictures, and the transparent display then cleverly doubles as the camera lens on top.

Wang Xiang on Twitter

Xiaomi’s Under-Display Camera Technology could be the ultimate solution for a Full Screen Display coexisting with a front camera! RT if you love it. #InnovationForEveryone

Xiaomi also notes that by not trying to make the camera (and, therefore, the inevitable notch) as small as possible, the transparent display system allows for a larger sensor and better image quality than its existing teardrop notches.

It doesn’t appear to be a perfect system yet: in Xiaomi’s slides, you can still see a faint outline of the camera lens underneath the active display, but it’s at least a useable area of the screen instead of one that’s obscured entirely by a monolithic notch on top. Compared to other notch-less solutions, like pop-up lenses or flipping cameras, there are no mechanically moving parts to worry about here.

All we need now is a phone that actually uses the new camera. All Xiaomi is saying for now is that it’s “currently exploring the possibility.” Although knowing the company’s love for experimental smartphones that push new form factors and technology, hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long.

Oppo : MWC Shanghai 2019 updates.

Oppo showed off a device at the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai, June 26 that proves to the mobile phone industry that under-screen front cameras are no longer a technology reserved for the future.

OPPO’s brand new solution for full-screen display – Under-screen Camera (USC) has just been unveiled here at #MWC19 Shanghai! 🤯 #MoreThanTheSeen https://t.co/c1FUEbXS0P

The teaser video, which was shared by Oppo’s official Weibo account and also in its official Twitter account, shows the evolution of a design with respect to the front camera adopted by Oppo phones over the years. It starts with a phone with thick top bezels and then shows Oppo’s rotating camera solution, a phone with a conventional boat-shaped notch, a waterdrop notch, the Oppo Find X’s sliding camera design, and the Oppo Reno’s shark fin pop-up camera design. Lastly, we see a phone with an under-display camera with a glowing ring around it.

As smartphone displays continue to grow and manufacturers try to utilize every square millimetre of their screens, notches have become necessary obstructions required to house front cameras.

OPPO on Twitter

The algorithms behind our USC technology showcased at #MWC19 include haze removal, HDR and white balance resulting in a bezel-less phone, yet with a selfie camera that rivals current smartphones in the market today. #MoreThanTheSeen

Oppo has a long history of trying to eliminate notches from their smartphones before finally arriving at this point: The Find X’s front camera is positioned on a device-wide slide-up mechanism, the Reno 10X Zoom Edition’s front camera has been placed on a component that slides up from behind the camera asymmetrically, and the F11 Pro simply features a small, lens-wide mechanism that pops up from the centre of the top edge of the phone.

In response to the unpopularity of these solutions, Chinese tech firm Oppo on Wednesday unveiled a smartphone with a full-screen display whose front camera has been placed beneath the screen.

The section of the screen where the camera is located beneath has been modified to improve the transmission of light. When the display is in use without the camera-enabled, this small section is a little darker than the rest of the screen, but it still offers users an unobstructed image.

At the MWC, Oppo did not say when this technology would be integrated into a commercial device, but they did note that it will hit the market in the “near future”. – AFP Relaxnews
