Neymar is coming home – Camp Nou

According to reports, PSG and Barcelona have reached an agreement over the Neymar deal.

The Brazilian superstar has been heavily linked with a return to the Catalan giants two years after he joined Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record €222million deal.

Mundo Deportivo journalist Francesc Aguilar reported on Tuesday afternoon that Paris Saint-Germain have accepted an offer worth around €160m from Barcelona for Neymar.

According to Aguilar’s information, the fee will be paid in two separate installments and surprisingly the deal will not include any players moving from Barcelona to PSG. The report also states that Neymar has been determined to return to Camp Nou all summer and never had any intention of joining the Blaugrana’s fierce rivals Real Madrid.

Another Mundo Deportivo journalist, Fernando Polo reported that an agreement has not quite been reached between the two clubs yet, although there is confidence on both sides that something will happen.

French outlet Le Parisien also reported on Tuesday that Barcelona officials had traveled to Paris in the hope of thrashing out a deal and were willing to pay as much as €170m for the Brazilian.

Former Barcelona player Rivaldo wrote on Instagram: “Everyone knows what happened with Neymar. His exit from Barcelona was wrong; he never should have left one of the biggest clubs in the world. But now he is anxious to return and accept his mistake.
I hope the president and the other members of the board don’t let him go to another club and that everything is resolved with PSG and he can return to where he never should have left.”

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique also contacted Neymar last night amid talks that the Brazilian could return to the Nou Camp.
Pique has been competing at the European Poker Tournament (EPT) in Barcelona and he scooped second place in a £22,555 (€25,000) buy-in event to take home a healthy sum of £318,364 (€352,950).

Pique said to Express Sport: “For sure, yesterday I was very lucky to finish second and I shared it with him because I know that he loves poker, and so do I. We shared this hobby.”

The 32-year-old added when asked if they also discussed Neymar’s potential transfer: “We have spoken yeah. But obviously, it is a private conversation.
I don’t know. It is pretty difficult to know. I know that the club are working very hard to get him. It is not easy, he is not a player of Barcelona right now.
I can just say let’s see what happens in the next week. Let’s see if he comes back.”

The transfer window closes on 2nd September so there is still plenty of time left to get the deal over the line. It may be good news for all the Barcelona fans because it looks like Neymar could be coming home.

India beat the Windies by 318 runs on Day 4 to take an unbeatable 1-0 lead in the two-match series and begin their ICC World Test Championship campaign in style.

The victory helped Virat Kohli become the joint-most successful captain for India in Test cricket. With India taking an unassailable 1-0 lead in the series, Virat Kohli equals MS Dhoni’s record of 27 wins as India captain in the longest format of the game. 

This win against the Windies is also India’s fourth biggest win (in terms of runs) in Test cricket overall.

MS Dhoni played 60 Test matches to reach the feat. Dhoni has a win percentage of 45, he won 27, lost 18 and 15 drew.

Kohli’s win percentage is 55.31, which is the best among all other Indian captains in the format. In the 47 Tests under Kohli, India have 27 wins, 10 losses and 10 draws.

Virat has the most number of wins away from the sub-continent. He has leaded in 26 test matches and had won 12 of them. Ganguly has played 28 test but have won 11out of them.MS Dhoni has played 30 away tests,but have won only 6.

After Dhoni retired from the longest format of the game during the tour of Australia in 2014, Kohli took over the captaincy.

In 2018, Kohli-led India to their first ever series win in Australia as his team defeated the hosts 3-1 to seal a historic win in the Border-Gavaskar series Down Under.

“It’s a blessing that I am in a position to contribute to my team in more than one way,” Kohli said. “I am taking the decisions but it is up to the individuals to do the execution.”

India beat the Windies by 318 runs on Day 4 to take an unbeatable 1-0 lead in the two-match series and begin their ICC World Test Championship campaign in style.

Jasprit Bumrah took 5 wickets in 8 overs,by giving only 7 runs. Ishant Sharma took 3 wickets for 31, Shami took 2 wickets in his 5 overs. As India bowl out Windies for 100 in their second innings.

India declared their second innings on 343 for 7, and set 419-run target for Windies.

Ajinkya Rahane was the top scorer of the match with 81 runs in the first innings and 102 runs in the second innings. Rahane was dropped on 17, he utilised the oppertunity to the fullest.

Hanuma Vihari scored 93 runs, skipper Kohli scored a half century in the second innings. KL Rahul started the innings well but was not able to convert it into a big innings. Rahul scored 44 runs and 38 runs.

PV Sindhu becomes the 1st Indian to win gold in the BWF World Championships

Indian shuttler PV Sindhu has created history by winning the gold medal in BWF World Championships.

World no. 5 PV Sindhu became the first Indian to win a gold in BWF World Championships. She comprehensively defeated world no. 3 Nozomi Okuhara of Japan on Sunday to win her first gold at the BWF World Championships.

The India star-shuttler made an impressive start to the match with incessant attacking and extremely positive badminton, mixed with a lot of variety and solid defense and raced to an 11-2 lead in the first set, when Okuhara looked in some discomfort, seemingly with a niggle in the neck and had a word with her coach.
Sindhu won the final by 21-7 21-7, that lasted just 38 minutes.

For the last two years, Sindhu had reached the World Championship finals only for Okuhara (2017) and Carolina Marin (2018) to prevent her from crossing the final hurdle. But this time PV Sindhu was bang on. She defeated Okuhara very dominatingly.

This is Sindhu’s fifth World Championships medal. She now holds the record for the highest no of World Championships medal won by a woman singles player, along with former Olympics and world champion Zhang Ning of China.

Sindhu has also won an Olympic silver in 2016 Rio Games, a silver at Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, an Asian Games silver at Jakarta and the BWF World Tour Finals last year.

Sindhu was quoted as saying by the Badminton World Federation’s (BWF) official website after her crushing win over Okuhara: “This is my answer to the people who have asked me questions over and over. I just wanted to answer with my racket and with this win – that’s all.
I felt really bad after the first World Championships final and last year I was angry, I was sad. I went through all my emotions, asking ‘Sindhu, why can’t you get this one match?’ but today came and I told myself to play my game and not worry – and it worked out.”

Sindhu further said: “Everybody was wanting this win from me. After the Rio Olympics silver medal, the expectations from me is really high. Every time I go to a tournament, everyone expects me to win gold. After a year I also thought what should I do for it and instead of thinking about others, I thought maybe I should just play for myself and give my 100 percent and automatically I win because thinking about others would put extra pressure on me.”

On Sunday as she moved to the top of the podium and stood there with the gold medal around her neck, beaming with pride. But as the national anthem played and the Indian flag rose the highest, Sindhu stood singing along with moist eyes, all the emotions clearly visible on her face.

The BAI announced a cash reward of Rs 20 lakh for PV Sindhu following her historic win at the World Championships in Basel on Sunday.

PV Sindhu now hopes to win the Olympic crown in Tokyo 2020. She said: “People are already asking ‘Sindhu, what about gold in Tokyo 2020?’.
Olympics is not so far but right now it is step-by-step for me. I know the Olympic qualification is going so I hope I do well, but right now I just want to enjoy it and don’t want to think anything else.

Antoine Griezmann scored a brace in his Camp Nou debut to hand Messi-less Barcelona a much-needed win.

Antoine Griezmann had a disappointing debut last weekend as they succumbed to a surprise 1-0 defeat to Athletic Bilbao. But the €120million signing from Atletico Madrid – leading the line in the absence of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez – announced himself to the Camp Nou faithful in style by scoring a brace and providing one assist.

Griezmann told Movistar: “We have improved a lot and we still have details to improve, although this is going in the right direction. In the end, when many important people are missing, everyone takes a step forward and today it has been like that. After a defeat, there are many comments and we had to work hard this week and in the end, we played a great game. We have enjoyed it.”

Griezmann said about his second goal celebration: “I saw Leo (Messi) do that in training and I copied him.
I like the ritual that LeBron James does before the games and I tried to copy him. I hope I can keep copying him for many more games, that would be the best signal.”

Carles Perez, Jordi Alba and Arturo Vidal were also on target for Barcelona. And for the visitors, Nabil Fekir and Loren Moron added two superb goals on either side of Barcelona’s five goals.

Ansu Fati, just 16-year-old was brought on to replace Carles Perez in the 78th minute. He became the second-youngest player to feature in LaLiga in the club’s history behind Vicente Martinez, who was 18 days younger when he played against Real Madrid on October 1941.
Ansu was born in Guinea-Bissau. He arrived at Barcelona in 2013 at the age of 10. Since then he has impressed at every level. He has also recently signed a deal that will keep him at the club until June 2022.

Ansu’s father said to RAC1 after the game: “I have seen him make his debut for Barca; I can die quietly. It will not be the first time, there will be many more appearances.”

Messi congratulated Ansu by posting an image of him hugging Ansu on Instagram and wrote: “Very happy to see the boys fulfilling their dreams of reaching the first team and playing at Camp Nou in an official match.”

Ernesto Valverde told a news conference via Marca about Griezmann: “I have to recognize that it was an important day for him due to the injuries we had. He reacted perfectly. He dropped into the midfield to help and he made an impact. We know that if attacking players trackback, we have a better chance of winning.”

Valverde also commented on Messi’s absence: “There wasn’t a positive feeling. He hasn’t had a relapse of the injury. We already said that we wouldn’t rush any player. What we wanted to avoid was a relapse.”

Gerard Pique also made his 500th Barcelona appearance against Real Betis on Sunday and he sits proudly among the greatest defenders in the club’s history. The most decorated Barcelona defender of all time, Pique trails only Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta when it comes to the number of honours won. Though he has lifted no fewer than 29 trophies.

This one phone will come with four rear camera sensors with Hybrid Zoom. The rumored devices in this series will be Oppo Reno 2, reno 2z and Reno 2F.

Oppo Reno 2 series will include Oppo Reno 2z and recently 91mobiles. It shows that the Reno 2z will come with four camera setup with hybrid zoom which will be capable of zooming up to 20X.

James Rodriguez was almost certain to leave Real Madrid but now he is starting matches at the Bernabeu.

James Rodriguez started a Real Madrid match for the first time since May 2017 as Los Blancos drew 1-1 at home to Real Valladolid in LaLiga action on Saturday.
Unfortunately, Real Madrid have started this campaign from where they left the last campaign. Benzema trying to bail Madrid out but absolute horrible defending is letting them down. The story of last season is still haunting the Bernabeu.

James spent the last two seasons at Bayern Munich on loan. But they decided not to sign him permanently and now he has returned to the Bernabeu. After returning to Madrid, James was set to make a move to either Atletico Madrid or Napoli.
Rather, the 28-year-old played 57 minutes for Zinedine Zidane’s men in the Spanish capital. It was his first start in a Real Madrid shirt since May 2017.

It has been over a month now that AMD launched their 7nm Ryzen 3000 CPUs to the market. Indeed the Ryzen CPUs have seen some amazing sales since its launch and even beat Intel in CPU sales for the past month in a lot of countries.

In the month of August AMD also announced their much-awaited EPYC high computing CPUs. The Red Team is injecting their superior 7nm process in every field they can and so it seems AMD is planning to widen its budget range CPUs.

The price of proper 7nm Ryzen 3000 CPUs starts from $249 which can be hefty for many budget gamers. On top of this, the huge amount of sales has made this CPUs much more expensive, the top of the line Ryzen 9 3900X is being sold at a price of around 15-20% in India.

The 7nm Zen 2 architecture has helped AMD to deliver superior gaming performance from the previous gen and nearly equals to the single-core performance by its rival Intel. So launching a new 7nm gaming CPU for budget gamers isn’t a bad idea.

Famous industry insider TUM_APISAK has spotted the Ryzen 5 3500 with 6 cores/ 6 threads and with 4.1 GHz boost clock and a 3.6 GHz base clock speed. If this is true, then this will be the first CPU from AMD in the Ryzen 5 series that will lack Simultaneous Multi-Threading.

Many people intend might not need such great horsepower that 3600 gives you so to give them a cheaper option can be a smart move for AMD especially when AMD is falling short in meeting the demands.

It is said that the alleged Ryzen 5 3500 will give comparable performance to Intel’s i5-9600K and if that’s so then it might be a steal deal for gamers if this CPU is priced around $200.

TUM_APISAK also provided a 3DMark Physics score for the CPU where the processor scores approximately 12,800 which is fairly underwhelming but we do not really know in what conditions the test has been conducted. In the coming days, we expect more leaks which can give a better idea of Ryzen 5 3500’s performance.

Renato Sanches has finally made his move from Bayern Munich to Lille

Lille have signed Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches for a reported €25million.

Bayern Munich had signed Renato Sanches in 2016 as one of Europe’s brightest prospects. The Portugal teenager looked like one of the world football’s most exciting talents when he starred on the big stage at Euro 2016. The impressive performances earned him a lucrative transfer from Benfica to Bayern. But he struggled to build on his impressive performances and later fell out with manager Niko Kovac. He also endured with an unsuccessful loan in the Premier League with Swansea City
Sanches have scored only 2 goals in 53 appearances for the Bavarians.

Sanches has now officially joined Lille on a five-year deal, for a reported fee of €25m initially plus €5m in bonuses.

Renato Sanches wanted to stay at Bayern provided he has more minutes of first-team football. But when he came off the bench for five minutes in the Bundesliga opener against Hertha Berlin, he vented out his frustrations. He bemoaned Bayern Munich’s apparent refusal to sell him twice. And now Bayern Munich have finally granted him his wish to leave for another club in search for more first-team matches.

Bayern’s chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said: “Renato Sanches asked us to transfer because he wanted to join a club where he would like more games. Unfortunately, we could not guarantee him this at Bayern. Match practice is also important to him because he wants to claim his place in the Portuguese national team for Euro 2020.
I would like to thank Renato for his achievements and wish him all the best for his future on behalf of Bayern.”

Renato Sanches told Lille’s official website: “My wish was to join Lille so I’m really happy to be here. I was very well received and I hope everything will be fine for me. I have been in contact with [sporting director] Luis Campos for a long time already. His words and the project they carry with [president] Gerard Lopez convinced me, as did the confidence they show in me.
I talked a lot with Jose Fonte, I always got on well with him. I do not know all my other team-mates well, but I cannot wait to meet them all. Go LOSC!”

Lille finished second in the Ligue 1 behind PSG last season. But they lost their star Nicolas Pepe this summer to Arsenal. So they wanted to sign someone like Sanches to improve their squad and challenge the Ligue 1 title again this season.
