Huawei Nova 7, Nova 7 Pro and Nova 7 SE may become official on 23rd April

The Huawei Nova 7i, the first phone of the Nova 7 series was launched in February and now it is almost time for the other members to surface officially. As most of the launches have been delayed amid Coronavirus pandemic, but we have seen all the Huawei devices are on time and have been launched on the exact date mentioned.

Few rumors have surfaced stating that the company will launch the Huawei Nova 7, Nova 7 Pro and Nova 7 SE on 23rd April. As the days are nearing Huawei will surely drop some hints about the launch of some new devices from the side in order to gain the hype as they do.

it is assumed that the three models will come with HiSilicon chipsets, with either two between them (the Kirin 985 and Kirin 990 5G), or, more likely, three – the Kirin 820, 985, and 990 5G. As we have seen in the Huawei Nova 7i the device packs HiSilicon Kirin 810 so the assumption may hit bull’s eye this time.

According to the assumption, the Nova 7 SE will go with the Kirin 820 (since its predecessor employed the Kirin 810), while the Nova 7 may have the Kirin 985 on board, and the Nova 7 Pro model would get the top of the line Kirin 990 5G. All the three chipsets are top-notch to consider according to performance but as the numbers suggests if we compare we will see that Kirin 990 5G is the best among these three.

Reportedly the Huawei Nova 7 Pro will be priced at CNY 3,500, which right now translates into approximately $493 or €456 or Rs.38,000 approximately. Likewise, the other two devices will be cheaper than the Pro version among which the Nova 7 SE will be even cheaper than the Nova 7. All the three devices will come with 5G connectivity which has gained popularity within a very few timespans all over the world.

Javier Zanetti wishes Lautaro Martinez to have a long Inter career

All the major football leagues around the globe have been suspended which have given time for the clubs to assess their summer targets. As a result, many transfer speculations are coming up.

Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is all over the news nowadays. He has been linked to all top European clubs. Among all of them, Barcelona seems to be the closet to get his signature. They want to unite Messi with his fellow Argentine striker.

Martinez arrived at Inter from Racing Club for a reported €22.7 million in 2018. Since then he has gone on to establish himself as a world-class striker. The 22-year has scored 16 goals in 31 games in all competitions this season.

He has helped Inter sit third in the league table, nine points behind leaders Juventus when the season was suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti told Sky Sport on Thursday: “I’m happy to talk about [Lautaro] because when we signed him we had been following him for some time. He was one of the most promising players in Argentine football and [Diego] Milito thought he’d have a big future.”

“Now he’s an asset for us and he’s grown a lot. I see him training every week. He’s happy with us and I hope he stays for a long time.”

Italy is one of the most affected countries in the world due to the COVID-19 outbreak. More than 13,900 people have died.

Zanetti said about Italy’s current situation: “Thinking about recovery is very difficult today. Until April 13 it is right to stay home to allow the epidemiological curve to go down, then we will return to normal life gradually.”

“We are in a dramatic situation all over the world. The coronavirus is affecting many populations and should not be underestimated.”

Juventus may be forced to sell Cristiano Ronaldo

The Coronavirus pandemic has hit hard the economies of all the football clubs. With all the major football leagues suspended, the clubs have no earnings. There are no match fees as well as sponsorship fees.

According to Italian outlet Il Messaggero, the outbreak of COVID-19 could affect Juventus’ ability to afford their star man’s huge wages. Ronaldo currently earns £28m-a-year. To help the club fight their financial problems, Ronaldo has already taken around £3.5m salary cut.

All the players have accepted salary cuts which will allow Juventus to save around £100 m. But sadly that amount may not be enough. Juventus may then be forced to sell Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to Mirror, a study recently published by the CIES Football Observatory has said that owing to the Coronavirus, transfer fees will drop by around 28 per cent. That means Juventus will only recoup around £60m of the £100m they paid Real Madrid in 2018.

Juventus bought the former Real Madrid star to guide the Old Lady back to the top of European football. They have last won the Champions League in 1996. But Ronaldo failed to deliver the Champions League trophy in his 1st season, though he helped Juventus to their 8th straight Serie A title.

According to Calciomercato, Cristiano Ronaldo still misses his former club Real Madrid and a reunion with his former club is not just a suggestion.

Ronaldo is reportedly unhappy at Serie A champions Juventus amid links to Paris Saint-Germain and another of his former teams, Manchester United. However, Calciomercato’s report claims Ronaldo has his eyes on Real Madrid where he has spent the most successful days of his career.

The Core i9-10980HK draws more power than the Ryzen 9 3950X on an XMG Apex 15

Recently, the new Schenker launched their new XMG Apex 15 gaming laptop which can be configured with up to the Ryzen 9 3950X Desktop CPU on a laptop. A recent power draw comparison shows that Intel’s latest Core i9-10980HK draws more power under load than a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 3950X desktop CPU found in the Schenker XMG Apex 15.

According to a HardwareLuxx editor, the Core i9-10980HK draws around 135W of power at peak load which is huge, this is nearly 30% higher power draw than the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X found in the Schenker laptop.

Also, we should keep in mind the Core i9-10980HK is an 8-core mobile CPU whereas the 16 core Ryzen 9 3950X is a desktop version running in Eco mode. It is surprising to see Intel’s CPU draw significantly more power with just half cores and threads than the AMD desktop CPU which clearly wins due to the 7nm process advantage.

Intel claims the CPU to draw a nominal TDP of just 45W but in real-life scenario, it draws far more power under a heavy workload. While the Ryzen 9 3950X performs well under suppressed TDP, it delivers 95% of stock performance, and these power draw figures were obtained running Furmark.

Of course, the 7nm architecture will play a key role for cooling and TDP of any device running these CPUs. So, Intel who was relatively boasting of its high single-core clock speeds needs to amend the fact that apart from gaming, these old 14nm SKUs have no competition in front of these efficient AMD CPUs.

One of the most surprising facts remain the Comet Lake-H CPUs to have drastically higher power consumption, laptops with poor cooling and the low battery can quickly get out of juice while doing heavy tasks. It seems the Ryzen 4000H APUs to be more worthwhile considering its efficiency and higher price/performance ratio with respect to Intel.

Everyone knows the fact that the Blaugranas want to offload their star signing Philippe Coutinho to bring cash so that they can finally bring Neymar Jr back to the Camp Nou. Barcelona remains firm to sign Neymar and Lautaro by selling some it’s players which includes Coutinho as well.

It is said that the Blaugranas are willing to sell Philippe Coutinho in the summer transfer window and will take a financial hit on the Brazilian but do want at least €80 million for the Brazilian.

Coutinho is currently on loan at Bayern Munich and it looks certain that he will return to the Camp Nou as the German giants will not pay his hefty €120 million purchase option. This means Barca will have to reduce their asking price but as the situation occurs, they would be considering bids in the region of €80m, according to the Evening Standard.

The Blaugranas are determined to big-money bids for Neymar and Lautaro Martinez this summer but the club needs to make at least one big sale to finance such a move. Also, it is said other ageing players like Rakitic, Vidal will be used to sweeten the deal for them.

No one can deny of Coutinho’s quality, his skills and his glorious time at Liverpool so he still remains a player who could command for a decent transfer fee. On the other hand, reports also say Barca can offload Griezmann as well to bring Neymar back to Camp Nou which makes the future of many players in the club uncertain.

MSI updates its entire gaming and creative portfolio with Comet Lake-H CPUs & RTX 20 Super Mobile GPUs

After giving a hint in CES 2020 of what we might expect from MSI this year, the company has updated its entire range of gaming as well as a creative portfolio with the latest Intel Comet Lake-H gaming processors and NVIDIA’s new RTX 20 Super mobile GPUs.

MSI has got three laptop lineups for you quipped with latest hardware specs: the GS66 Stealth, GE66 Raider, and the Creator 17. Let’s talk more about these laptops in details:

MSI GS66 Stealth

If you are familiar with the G65 Stealth laptop then the new GS66 Stealth is almost look-alike of it but has been praised for cramming in a 99.9 Wh battery and an FHD 300 Hz IPS-level display in a slim chassis.

The laptop can now be configured with CPU options up to 8-core/ 16 threaded Intel Core i9-10980HK and GPU options up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Max-Q. The GS66 Stealth laptop comes equipped with a new Cooler Boost Trinity+ system made of 0.1mm fan blades to maximize airflow.

Now it features a Thunderbolt 3 port with 40 Gb/s data transfer rates and 8K display-out. The GS66 Stealth is already available for pre-order from Newegg from $1,599 onwards with a broad availability across other e-tailers from April 15.

MSI GE66 Raider

The GE66 Raider is a healthy upgrade to last year’s GE65 Raider and it also comes in a slimmer chassis with the same huge 99.9 Wh battery along with a 300 Hz display.

On the hardware front, the laptop features Comet Lake-H CPUs & RTX 20 Super Mobile GPUs like the GS66 Stealth. The GE66 Raider also sports a customizable RGB LED light bar across the front edge similar to the GT76 Titan but yet more prominent.

The GE66 Raider will also be available in limited edition skins designed by Collie Wertz. The gaming laptop will be available online from April 15 with prices starting from $1,799.

MSI Creator 17

MSI is quite fond of designing professional laptops for content creators and professionals, the new MSI Creator 17 is more or less similar to its P75 Creator lineup. The laptop uses mini LEDs for improved local dimming and better brightness.

The laptop’s UHD display is HDR1000-certified and also offers full DCI-P3 coverage. The Creator 17 can also be configured with up to the Intel Core i7-10875H CPU and NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super Max-Q GPU, respectively.

Apart from the new display backlighting and internal updates the new laptop series is quite familiar to the P75 Creator lineup. The MSI Creator 17 will also be available from April 15 onwards with a starting price tag of $1,799.

Apart from these new laptops, MSI has also upgraded its entire gaming laptop lineup including the GT76 Titan, GS75 Stealth, GE75 Raider, GP75 Leopard, GL75 Leopard, GF75 Thin, and the GF65 Thin/GF63 Thin with the new Intel Comet Lake-H and NVIDIA RTX 20 Super Mobile configurations.

Rivaldo thinks Barcelona should prioritise on bringing back Neymar rather than signing Lautaro Martinez

Former Barcelona player Rivaldo thinks Barcelona should go all out on bringing back Neymar to the Camp Nou and reuniting him with Lionel Messi rather than signing another striker, Lautaro Marinez.

Barcelona already has world-class strikers in the form of Luis Suarez and Antoine Griezmann. So they should bring in a wide man to add more dynamic to their play.

Neymar moved to PSG for a world-record fee of €222 million in 2017. But the move hasn’t worked out for the Brazillian. He has always spoken of returning back to Barcelona ever since.

Barcelona wanted a deal for Neymar last season but the transfer didn’t materialise. Barcelona have now set their eyes on Inter striker Lautora Martinez. They see him as a long term replacement for the ageing veteran Luis Suarez.

Rivaldo wrote in his column for Betfair: “The rumours are growing about Barcelona’s intention to sign Neymar and Lautaro Martinez in the next transfer window. Although the young Argentinian is a good player, I think that only Neymar is a certain bet to claim a place in the starting XI side by side with Messi.”

“Looking at the last few years we have seen many valuable players who didn’t manage to play alongside Messi – failing to perform under the expectations.”

“But Neymar – like Luis Suarez – is one of the few players in the world that doesn’t feel pressure on the pitch, always playing with plenty of personality. He never gets frightened and it would be a safe option for the club while Martinez is a young, talented forward that perhaps in two or three years may become a good signing.”

“For now I think the club should prioritise Neymar. I’m a fan of his qualities and personality and I know that sometimes I’m liable to criticism as some Barcelona fans didn’t like the way Neymar decided to leave the club.”

“But the truth is that he is a different player now who should be a nice help to Messi and co. in trying to win another Champions League.”

Mi AirDots Pro 2s with 24hr battery life launched at 399 Yuan

Xiaomi is expanding its accessories portfolio by launching its new TWS earbuds called the Mi AirDots Pro 2s in China and will be the successor to Xiaomi’s Mi AirDots Pro 2 launched last year.

The new Mi AirDots Pro 2s features bigger 14.2mm drivers along with Bluetooth 5.0 along with support for LDHC, SBC, and AAC codecs. The earbuds have a semi-in-ear design which Xiaomi claims would give you a comfortable fit in your ears.

On the side of the earbuds, there are touch controls for easily switching tracks and adjusting the volume. If you’re using a Xiaomi smartphone running on MIUI, the earbuds will automatically show you a prompt to connect as soon as you open the case.

It is equipped dual microphones for Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) and smart voice controls. The sensors on the earbuds support wear detection which means it automatically pauses media when you remove them from your ears, quite handy for TWS earbuds these days.

On the battery front, the Mi AirDots Pro 2s offers 5 hours of playback which can be extended up to 24 hours with the USB-C charging case. Interestingly, the earbud case also supports Qi wireless charging, whereas the AirDots Pro 2 offered 4 hours of playback with an extended 14 hours of playback with the charging case.

Xiaomi claims that the earbuds can completely be charged in 1 hour via wired mode. The Mi AirDots Pro 2s has aggressively priced it at 399 Yuan, which converts around Rs.4,200 or $56. The Mi AirDots Pro 2s will be available in White colour variant from the 9th of April through Mi.com in China.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are undoubedly the two best players of this generation. But it is a never-ending debate – who is the best among the two!

Football players and football analysts have tried numerous times to rate the two players. This time it was Kaka’s turn to choose his personal best among Messi and Ronaldo.

Messi has won 6 Ballon d’Or while Ronaldo is on 5. Whereas, Ronaldo has won more Champions League trophies than Messi. Ronaldo also has two international trophies compared to Lionel Messi’s none. So it’s pretty difficult to choose the best among them.

2007 Ballon d’Or winner Kaka played with Ronaldo during his Real Madrid days. Messi was his opponent. But he has chosen ‘genius’ Messi over ‘machine’ Ronaldo.

Lautaro Martinez considered being the ‘great No. 9’ for Lionel Messi

Lautaro Martinez is on the radar for Barcelona for quite some time now and the board is firm on its decision to land the Argentine this summer at any cost. Also the 22-yeat old considers Barca as it’s only choice to play alongside Messi.

Martinez is a natural striker and a goal poacher with strong physicality, quite similar to Luis Saurez, who is already at the limelight of his career. Lautaro is the ideal replacement for the Uruguayan who can carry forward Barcelona’s legacy.

The scout who discovered him considers Lautaro as the ideal no. 9 for the Barcelona captain. Fabio Radaelli, the man who discovered the striker, has been talking about the Inter Milan forward and how he could be a great team-mate for the GOAT.
