IPL 2020 – RCB vs CSK: Match preview, Fantasy XI team and Prediction

Super Sunday of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 will feature a fun matchup as Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on the Chennai Super Kings.

CSK will have to win all their remaining three matches to at least give themselves a rare chance. However, only once in history has a team qualified with 12 points. Therefore, CSK is pretty much out of the tournament. That being said, they are more than capable of spoiling the RCB party and prevent them from getting into the top 2 positions. CSK is coming off yet another disappointing defeat against the Mumbai Indians.

RCB, on the other hand, is coming off a dominating win over the Kolkata Knight Riders.

Chennai Super Kings

When official, this would be the first time that CSK hasn’t qualified for the playoffs. However, they can always play for pride and focus on their positives. CSK is coming off a massive 10 wicket loss against the Mumbai Indians. Batting first, half the CSK team was back into the pavilion for a mere score of 21 runs. Sam Curran played a good knock of 52 to take the side to 114 in 20 overs. That obviously wasn’t enough as CSK failed to take even a single MI wicket.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

RCB, on the other hand, did something even brutal to KKR than what MI did to CSK. RCB bowled phenomenally to restrict KKR to a score of mere 85 runs. Mohammed Siraj stood out as he became the first bowler ever to bowl two back-to-back maidens overs in the history of IPL. Not to forget, both of them were wicket maidens as well.

Fantasy XI team

VIRAT KOHLI (10.5) (C) – Kohli is back in form and that’s bad news for bowlers! He’s always an inning away from gaining confidence. He’ll be our captain.

CHRIS MORRIS (9.5) (VC) – Morris has looked great so far and picked up wickets at crucial stages of the game. He contributed handsomely with the bat as well. He’ll be our vice-captain.

AB DE VILLIERS (10) – AB de Villiers has been extremely consistent with this IPL.

SHANE WATSON/ AMBATI RAYADU (9) – CSK is expected to bring Watson back in the side. If that does not happen, we go with Ambati Rayadu.

AARON FINCH (8.5) – Aaron Finch has given some really good starts to RCB.

SAM CURRAN (9) – Sam Curran has bowled consistently this IPL. He also scores crucial runs in the lower middle-order. There are chances that he can be promoted as well.

RAVINDRA JADEJA (9) – Jadeja has been in great form with the bat. He has been giving CSK the punch they always needed. He can be useful with the ball as well.

YUZVENDRA CHAHAL (9) – Chahal has developed into a phenomenal and intelligent limited over spinner.

MOHAMMED SIRAJ (8) – After what he did in his last match, Siraj makes it into our team.

DEEPAK CHAHAR (8.5) – Chahar has been contributing with crucial wickets especially in the powerplay overs.

SHARDUL THAKUR (8.5) – Thakur has looked in decent form in the chances he got this IPL.

PREDICTION

CSK is finding it extremely difficult to find any combination whatsoever. RCB, however, has one of the most stable combinations of all teams this season. Royal Challengers Bangalore will therefore defeat the Chennai Super Kings.

The club from the capital are always expected to win whenever they take the pitch. Apart from other European giants, a defeat any time during the season is unacceptable to the passionate fans.

Although Zidane’s future at the club is safe for the time being, due to the 3-1 victory against Barcelona, a move for the French forward will not be affected by Zidane’s presence or absence at the club.

Diario AS originally reported the news and they went on to say that Mbappe would not extend his contract beyond next summer. Hence, the Parisians will be wise to cash in on their most valuable asset rather than risk losing him for less than a bag of chips.

ISL is growing rapidly day by day, season by season. This year it is the 7th edition of ISL. In 2013 when it was first started every team had signed marquee players. In that season, some legends like Luis Garcia, Del Piero, Trezeguet, and many others played in the league. Later on, Postiga, Anelka, Elano also played in this league.

ISL clubs have started scouting in A-League for some exciting foreigners. Last year ISL champion ATK brought Roy Krishna and Williams from A-league. The deadly duo outplayed every opponent on their way to the title.

Jordan Murray, the 25-year-old Australian forward joined Kerala Blasters FC from A-League side Central Coast Mariners. In 41 appearances for the A-League side, he has scored 7 goals in the last two seasons.

“I’m extremely grateful to have been given this opportunity to play for one of the biggest clubs in India. I’m really looking forward to meeting my new teammates and I’m excited by the challenge that lies ahead.”- Murray said after joining Kerala Blasters FC.

“Jordan is a very exciting player who has loads of energy. He has great attributes in attack, does a lot of running by pressing from the front and tracking back to help the defence.”- said Kerala Blaster’s Sporting director Karolis Skinkys.

Jordan will join the Kerala Blasters FC’s training camp in Goa in next few days.

As per the reports, Xiaomi is in the working to bring a foldable slider smartphone, named as the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4. This phone is expected to be launch this year. But unfortunately, until now, it has not happened. So, we can expect that Xiaomi will launch this phone either the end of the year or in the next year.

If we look out for its predecessor, the Mi Mix 3, it has a fully integrated slider camera solution. As of now, we don’t have any complete view regarding the working or the technology of the Mi Max 4 as it is still in the works. But it is quite sure that Xiaomi will definitely come with some innovative technology.

Moreover, Xiaomi has also shared several patent drawings which show a full display on the interior, while there is also a secondary screen on the exterior. The sliding mechanism is quite fancy, like it offers a secondary display. But the thing is you can not locate the selfie camera every time. It will only be revealed when it is required (No under-display selfie camera). So it is quite a good thing for the company.

Coming to the foldable smartphones, now it is becoming the future like the world has changed from the keypad to touch. Every renowned company is now making this type of smartphones, like Samsung, Motorola, Xiaomi, and so on.

Unfortunately, we have no further information about the design or the internal specifications regarding the Mi Mix 4. We can expect that the company will reveal more and more about this phone and will launch it sooner.

Intel announces its next discrete GPU dubbed the DG2

We already know the latest rumor going around Silicon Valley about intel. The semiconductor giant is losing its crown as the king of the wafer manufacturing market. But it seems that hope is still not lost the company. Let’s not forget that intel has been leading its $400bn industry as the best for almost three decades.

With its 10nm process-based Tiger Lake CPUs launch, Intel has already made a comeback in the notebook processor market. Its desktop-grade CPUs, however, still need some major revamp.

Intel, however, announced its new DG1 GPU and that the new GPU has officially started shipping. The company also announced its next GPU, which is named DG2, that will be based on their upcoming Xe-HPG architecture.

The DG1, which started shipping today, is commercially known as the Iris Xe Max GPU. The card is the company’s first discrete GPU in over two decades, and the wafer manufacturer has been advertising its new GPU since the the first time it announced its Tiger Lake line-up.

Intel is already shipping its new integrated GPU to notebooks. We have already seen many OEMs announcing to adopt Intel’s new Tiger Lake processors and sporting the new GPU.

Intel also announced its next discrete GPU, which is dubbed as the DG2. Although the semiconductor manufacturer is still to tell the new GPU specifications, sources claim that intel has already finished fabbing of the original silicon and has powered on the new GPU in its lab. The fabric seems to be ready to be taken on test drives, as reported by the sources.

Intel’s CEO Bob Swan has claimed that the new DG2 isn’t the successor of the company’s DG1; instead, it is high performing GPU based on its Xe-HPG gaming architecture.

Intel isn’t revealing too much at this time. For now, the company is merely saying that the DG2 will increase the performance and capabilities of its discrete GPUs.

Sony’s Playstation 5 is much awaited next-generation console from the company. We have already seen many details regarding the new console. We know what to expect from the machine to start shipping in November. But there is no doubt that one of the most attractive features of the next-gen console is the availability of many exclusive gaming titles.

Reports indicate that the most famous game to be exclusively made available on PS5 is the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. As the tradition dictates, players using sony’s PlayStation 5 will receive special treatment with the new game’s launch. However, this time the players won’t get early access to the fun. DLC; instead, they are getting a timed-exclusive mode- the Zombies Onslaught.

The new Onslaught mode is a two-player co-op mode, in which player teams have to fend off waves of zombies on the games various maps. You and your teammate will be deployed to several locations derived from different Multiplayer maps with custom load-outs. Games can carry their preferred primary weapon, an LMG, a heavy-hitting sniper rifle, or a fully kitted tool to destroy zombies.

Once you are dropped in, the fun begins; your duo will be confined to a specific space on the map, where the armies of undead will soon start spawning. Killing these zombie waves will power the Aether Orb. If enough Zombies are killed, then the Orb will move. One rule is that the duo won’t take Dark Aether damage from outside the map zone once inside the Orb. The Orbs feature is to help keep players alive as they continue their fight against the undead.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will arrive on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on November 13. However, the Zombies Onslaught mode will be exclusive to PlayStation platforms for one year.
