Each Apple makes new iPhones and stuffs some mind-blowing stuff inside it; this year, 5G was a big factor for the new iPhones. Although no one needs that kind of insane performance, however, this helps to bring extra features like 8K video recording.
Apple has separated the normal iPhone 12 series and iPhone 12 Pro series, each offered for a certain set of people. However, every year, the need for storage on iPhones has increased, and without a MicroSD slot, people have no options but opt for higher storage variants shelling out more bucks.
Now, Apple already offers up to 512GB storage options. It seems that the Cupertino giant might offer up to an insane 1TB of storage on an iPhone as per reliable Apple tipsters. This isn’t that surprising because 8K videos and high-resolution RAW images can take an insane amount of space.
Many people who need an iPhone for professional users might need an extra bit of oomph to accommodate more things in one place rather than uploading to the cloud always. As for now, the exact price or availability details of these 1TB iPhone 12 series are not known yet.
Finally, the wait is over, AMD today will be launching their new RDNA 2 based GPUs at their graphics card event. This event is huge for gamers because this will reflect AMD’s true generational leap in graphical performance, also the same RDNA 2 architecture is found on the next-gen consoles.
The event will be held on October 28th, today, at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT / 5 PM BST or 9:30 PM IST. Today, all of the Indians can also get to see and experience the event where Dr. Lisa Su, the CEO of AMD, will be actually launching the new RDNA 2 GPUs.

What to expect from today’s event?
AMD started making 7nm based Vega and Navi GPUs, but they were not that convincing against the mighty NVIDIA RTX GPUs. However, things can change because the “budget-minded” AMD will be going for performance this time.
Multiple leaks and rumors have suggested a lot about these new graphics cards, and they will go head-to-head against new RTX 30-series GPUs that offer double the performance than last-gen. Naturally, the fight between the companies will be a key aspect to look out for, and it will be interesting to see who can give better value for money GPUs.

For the last month or so, we have been noticing multiple specs leaked along with live images, however, to sum all those, the leaked GPU specs include:
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT – Navi 21 XTX
The Big Navi will feature 80 compute units, which is equal to 5120 stream processors. It will be an AMD exclusive unit. According to sources, the Radeon RX 6900XT is said to be AMD’s flagship series and will be made available in limited quantity. The Graphics card will feature 16GB of GDDR6 memory along with a 256-bit bus. The menu is said to be clocked at 2040 MHz at game and 2330 MHz at boost speed.
AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT – Navi 21 XT
The Radeon RX 6800XT will feature 72 Compute Units 4608 Stream Processors, and units will be paired along-side 16GB of GDDR6 memory. The card will feature a 256-bit memory bus and is said to have a clock speed of above 2.0 GHz. The game clock will be 2015 MHz and will be reportedly under 2250 MHz for the boost clock.
AMD Radeon RX 6800 – Navi 21 XL
The Navi 21 XL, dubbed simply the RX 6800, will feature 64 Compute Units, 4096 Stream Processors. The card will also come with 16GB GDDR6 memory along with a 256-bit memory bus. The clock speeds are lower, with only 1815 MHz for the game clock and 2105 MHz for the boost clock.
Here are some results with a TGP of 255 W. Don't ask me what's the difference between 255 W and 289 W models. Probably more OC headroom and more stable boost clocks? 🤔
The leaker, Patrick Schur, has revealed the clock speed details about the AMD Radeon graphics card, reportedly the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT, which powers ASUS ROG STRIX device and comes with a boost clock which is beyond 2.5 GHz.
A lot of data is known as for now, however, it will be interesting too see how the horsepower of these GPUs perform in real-world application and obviously games! As the new consoles are coming, the pricing of these new AMD GPUs will be very important to determine for people to go for a console or a gaming PC with new RDNA 2 based GPUs.
Chelsea FC have included technical director Petr Cech as a fourth goalkeeper alongside Kepa Arrizabalaga, Edouard Mendy and Willy Caballero in their 25-man squad for the 20/21 Premier League season.
This sees one of the Blues’ best-ever goalkeepers make a comeback from retirement to help out his club. Petr Cech retired from professional football after the end of the 2018-19 season which saw Chelsea win the Europa League against Cech’s Arsenal. The keeper then moved back to Stamford Bridge and has taken up his role as a technical director at the club.
As of recently, the 38-year-old has been working with the keepers at the club, as shown in Chelsea’s training videos. The fact that he has been included in the squad itself now suggests an unbelievable foreshadowing of the Blues’ decision.
Former Chelsea shot-stopper Mark Schwarzer told Optus Sports: “I spoke to him two weeks ago and we were talking about lots of different things, talking about Mendy, Kepa and himself training,”
“And he just was saying that he felt so good.”
“He said to me that, had he have known that having time off he would have felt so good, he would have only had six months off and wouldn’t have retired.”
“He actually believes he’s fit enough and strong enough and good enough still to play in the Premier League.”
“So it’s an interesting one because he’s caught in two jobs at the moment, he’s Chelsea’s Technical and Performance Advisor and that his number one role.”
“But if an opportunity came along that was of interest to him, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Petr Cech coming back out of retirement and playing somewhere. I’m not saying it’s going to happen, but it would not be a shock to me if that happened.”
After a surprising turn of events, Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu has officially handed in his resignation from his post. The news comes after the update that Bartomeu had refused to resign following a massive no-confidence vote being passed against him.
Bartomeu has been in charge during the most tumultuous phase in Barcelona’s history. Along with several charges of harsh mismanagement, Bartomeu has also been accused of corruption by the local police.
The now ex-president’s term was supposed to end in March of next year anyway. However, fans were motivated to try and force elections as soon as possible.

Election dates of early November had been rumoured by the Barcelona administration, but the coronavirus pandemic pushed things back.
Since the vote would be conducted anyway, the president decided to call it a day along with his fellow board of directors at the Catalonian club.
Along with the resignation, Bartomeu confirmed that Barcelona had consented to participate in the proposed European Premier League that was put forth by Liverpool and Manchester United.
The former president gave a lengthy final speech, during which he acknowledged the widespread hate against him and his board of directors during their time in charge.
He also addressed the reason as to why he didn’t resign any earlier despite mass protests.
“The desire of this Board of Directors has never been to hold on to power at the Club, as we have heard repeatedly over the last few months. I can assure you of that.
So, why did we not resign before?
“After being knocked out of the Champions League, the easiest thing was to leave. The easiest thing was to resign. Yet the day after that painful defeat we had to take decisions that we could not put off any more, key to guaranteeing the sporting future and immediate sustainability of the Club.
“Furthermore, we had to do so in the middle of a global crisis without precedent. We could not leave the Club in the hands of an Interim Board with limited powers.
“Who would have found the new coach? Who would have handled transfers? Who would have fought for Leo Messi to stay? Who would have carried out the budget cuts? Who would have handled the salary adjustments of the professional sportspeople at the Club?
“As a Board we understood that, out of responsibility, we have to take those decisions. The majority of which were uncomfortable and unpopular.
“The most obvious sign that we were not holding on to power is that we called elections for the month of March. The earliest date allowed by the Statutes.
“That was because we believed that this would help to calm things down, allow teams to work and allow an ordered transition to the newly elected Board of Directors.
“I have always accepted criticism. They say I have a great capacity for resilience. I do not know. What I do know is that I have gained enough experience, together with my fellow board members, to know what reality to live with from the direction of the club.
“And I have always defended that our self-criticism makes us stronger, and that Barca is always reinforced by critical episodes.
“But what we have experienced in recent months exceeds any limit. My board members and I have been disrespected; I’ve been insulted, threatened even, me and my family. Also to all my fellow board members.”
Microsoft is seemingly adding new features for its software hosted on apple devices. Reports indicate that the windows maker is developing new software features previously unavailable on Microsoft apps for iPadOS.
We already know that Microsoft is in the works of revamping the looks of all of his apps. With bing search engine receiving a new icon and a new UI for Teams being reportedly in development, the Windows maker is reportedly trying to make its software more dominant and acceptable to the public.
According to sources, Microsoft is bringing mouse and trackpad support to its office apps running on iPad devices. Earlier Microsoft promised to update its Office iPad apps, and the company delivered on its promise. As of now, updates for Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are available on the App Store.
The update brings a significant new feature for Office on iPad. Users can now use the built-in trackpad on Apple’s Magic Keyboard, which was impossible until now. The trackpad can be used to navigate around photos, text, and other objects in Microsoft’s Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The cursor feature is also context-aware and can highlight text in word and supports resizing images and charts in PowerPoint, and can be used to select multiple cells in excel. The feature is almost similar to that of Office in Mac.
Microsoft is also bringing its Fluent UI to office apps on iPad devices. The new UI adds an updated ribbon of feature menus and a refreshed start screen for word, excel, and PowerPoint.
The software maker has promised to deliver more updates for its Office apps in the future. The company is reportedly working on bringing multiple document support to its Excel app and better contextual menus and support for offline cloud files.

Despite losing their previous match and the absence of Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians have been really consistent in their approach. They’re still batting and bowling phenomenally. RCB has been consistent as well, their top-order has lost form and lower middle-order isn’t contributing much. Mumbai Indians will therefore defeat the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Keeping to the topic of advertisements, 162 brands have been actively advertising during the broadcast timings of the IPL since the 12th edition of the tournament.

Since then, over 31 new categories have emerged in the advertising sector for the commercials aired during the cricket festival held annually.
According to a report published by TAM Adex data for the first 34 live matches (Period: 19th Sep’20 – 17th Oct’20 (IPL 13) and 23rd Mar’19 – 18th Apr’19 (IPL 12)), Oppo’s Reno4 Pro was the highest advertised product during the time period mentioned above.
The highest advertised category during the IPL during this sample time period was found to be wafers and chips. They were followed by eCommerce websites and pharmaceuticals, which were in turn followed by network companies such as Vi or manufacturing companies of the likes of Oppo and Vivo.
The same report mentioned that there were 37 distinct brands that aired advertisements during the recorded time period. During this time, Century Ply and Laminates, Ford Service, Pepsi and HDFC Mutual Fund were the companies with the most aired commercials.
As for IPL 13, the highest advertised brand across both English and Hindi telecasts came out to be Dream 11, the current title sponsor of the league.
The number of advertising companies grew by 4% in the 12th edition of the IPL. On the other hand, the 13th edition recorded a 9% growth in advertising.
From the past couple of years South Korean company Samsung has come with a lot of mid-range and a bundle of flagship smartphones into the market. Starting from S9, S10 and now it is the market of Galaxy S20. Samsung has launched three variants of S20. They are S20, S20+ & S20 Ultra. In the case of Note20, it has come with two variants. They are Note20 and Note20 Ultra. Now it will be the time of the S21 series. According to the report from The Elec Korea, Samsung Galaxy S21 will be the successor of the S20 series. As per the reports, the rear camera setup of this phone will include a primary 108MP ISOCELL HM2 Bright sensor assisted by a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 10MP (2x optical zoom) telephoto lens, and a second 10MP (5x optical zoom) periscope telephoto lens. There will be no under-display fingerprint scanner this time whereas you will get a 40MP punch-hole selfie snapper at the front.

Apart from the surprise of double telephoto lenses, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to feature a Galaxy S pen with it. In terms of the other features, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come in three variants with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage coupled with 12/16GB of RAM. This phone is expected to be powered by an Exynos 2100 SoC chipset which is definitely an improvement. We are not quite sure whether this phone will feature a 120Hz display or not.
