ISL always give us some immensely talented foreign players to watch from very close. Some legends like Luis Garcia, Del Piero, Trezeguet, Roberto Carlos, and many others played in the league. Later on, Postiga, Anelka, Elano also played in this league. This year also the clubs are going to sign some talented foreigners who can offer much more to the club.

After a long wait, East Bengal is finally going to play in ISL this year. East Bengal has already started to make their team better for the ISL. They have signed some Indian talents like Lalramchullova, Mohammed Rafique, C.K.Vineeth, Balwant Singh, Cavin Lobo, Eugeneson Lyngdoh, Jeje, and many more.

As per reports, East Bengal is interested to sign Bournemouth midfielder Andrew Surman. The 34-year-old midfielder can be the marquee signing of East Bengal.

It's Andrew Surman. As promised, here's information on the next two foreign signings for East Bengal. Both are from Ireland. Both played in Premier League. Bye. https://t.co/KaJVMeR7bD

Bournemouth was relegated from Premier League last season and now playing Championship [Second division League of England].

Andrew Surman joined Bournemouth in 2013. He played 198 matches for the English side. He has scored 5 goals for them as well.

Andrew has also played for other Premier League clubs like Southampton and Wolves.

Though the transfer is not done yet. But if he finally arrives it will be a great addition to the East Bengal side. Because his experience and ability will surely be a valuable thing for East Bengal.

The addition of East Bengal makes Kolkata the first city to have two teams in ISL. East Bengal’s fierce rival Mohun Bagan AC has already merged with 3 times ISL champions ATK. They will play in ISL as ATK Mohun Bagan FC from this season.

ISL will enjoy one of the greatest rivalry in Asia from this season. The famous ‘Boro Match’ between these two rivals will surely add more excitement to the league.

ATK Mohun Bagan is already enriched with so many talented foreigners. East Bengal will surely need some of them to challenge their rivals and fight for the title.
