Varisu OTT Release: Everything We know so far

Thalapathy Vijay’s Tamil language drama film has had a huge response from the audience. The movie is now set to hit the OTT platform. For the first time, the movie was released in theatres on 11^th January 2023 and got huge box office success.

The film will hit the theatres in Pongal, and the entire film is going to occupy a record number of screens around the entire globe. For Varisu’ Dhilip Subbarayan hold the steering for Vijay in ‘Varisu’. The main reason behind the interval and climax scenes is the director, Dhillip Subbarayan.   

The story of the movie is really very emotional as it says the house is always made up of brick and sand, but a family is not like it. In this generation, we will mostly see a nuclear family, the people are very lucky who live in a joint family.  The movie mainly represents an interpersonal relationship with the impact of losing a father figure. The film has presented a distinctive perspective on grief that is really worth a watch.

The most interesting fact is there are only two introduced as the sons of a part of the family, but it does not say anything about the younger son. In the role of this younger son, we will see Thalapathy Vijay, who is born to rule, he is dancing like a storm, greeting like the hero of eternity. For him, each and all places are close to him.  

The family faces a tough situation when their business gets a rival who just knows how to hunt. He promised to feel the heat of the seat. At this time, Vijay enters the scene and proves powers are not lie in the man who holds the chair, but in the man.  

After the power-pack action sequence, the love starts with the appearance of gorgeous Rashmika Mandana who plays the female lead in the film. Everything was moving fine until the villain came, and things became complicated. The entire family has been broken down. Thalapathy Vijay is unstoppable he is smashing one by one, he said whatever you give me, I will return it in triple.  

We can’t deny that the ending of the movie is really heart-touching with the feel of comedy, romance, and sentiment for making this entertaining film. Following the success of two dance numbers ‘Ranjithame’ and ‘Thee Thalapathy’. the makers of ‘Varisu’ have unveiled the third song from the film.  

The song has been titled ‘Soul of Varisu’, and Chitra’s vocals will make you want to meet your mother right away. ‘Varisu’ deals with a strong mother sentiment, and the latest song has confirmed it as well. ‘Soul Of Varisu’ sung by KS Chitra is a soulful sentimental song that explains the bonding of a mother with her child.   

KS Chithra has sung a song in Vijay’s film after 21 years, and the legendary singer’s last song for the actor was ‘Angel Vanthale’ in the 2001 Tamil film ‘Badri’. Vivek has penned the lyrics for ‘Soul Of Varisu’ and the emotional song is composed by Thaman.   

‘Varisu’ audio launch has been planned to happen this weekend in Chennai grandly, and several leading stars from across the industries are expected to grace the event. Anirudh Ravichander will be performing his song live at the audio launch, while ‘Varisu’ composer Thaman will perform all songs of the film. Fans are excited to catch the speech of actor Vijay at the audio launch since it will be the actor’s speech at a public event after 3 years.   

Varisu: Release Date  

Varisu was dropped on Amazon Prime Video in the Tamil language on 23^rd February. The fans who are really eager to watch the film in Hindi have to wait for a little. Amazon Prime Video has exposed Varisu to be available in Hindi from the beginning of 8^th March. With the anticipation of the release, the recent Twitter account of Amazon Prime Video just tweeted, “no more holding back! This ultimate entertainer now comes to you in Hindi #VarisuOnPrime, Mar 6 in Hindi!”
