What Is Alliance?

Alliance is the Indian adaptation of a Dutch reality format created by John de Mol. In Season 1, 16 celebrity Allies entered a mysterious HQ run by “The System.” They tackled physical and mental challenges, formed alliances and tried to outsmart each other, because in this game, the smartest mind wins. It was also Prime Video’s first daily reality series globally, with new episodes dropping every day at noon.

What’s New in Season 2?

The season brings 16 new Allies, the same HQ and fresh twists from The System. The producers promise tougher decision-making and relationship-building tasks, while keeping the show’s original vibe and adding a few surprises. Details on the contestants and gameplay haven’t been revealed yet, so expect more announcements closer to the premiere.

Why the Quick Return?

Prime Video’s Nikhil Madhok said the response to Season 1 proved that Indian audiences are ready for a smarter kind of reality entertainment. He added that the love for the first season inspired the team not to make viewers wait a full year. Fans debated strategies at dinner tables, so it’s no surprise the show is back so soon.
