The Vvaan Trailer: Sidharth Malhotra Stops Disbelieving When The Forest Starts Talking Back

Some legends don’t ask to be believed. They just wait for you to come home. That’s the premise fueling The Vvaan – Force of the Forrest, and its new trailer makes that wait feel worth it.

What Vvaan Trailer Reveals?

Running 2 minutes and 44 seconds, the trailer follows Sidharth Malhotra as a man who dismisses the myths tied to a legend from his hometown — until he returns with his wife and mysteries start unraveling around him, hinting at forces beyond his understanding.

As the story unfolds, his skepticism gets tested piece by piece. A brief glimpse near the end hints at something bigger: his own destiny tangled up with the ordeal he’s facing.

The film blends fantasy and folklore with adventure and humour, leaning heavily on its forest setting and atmospheric music to build the mystery.

Why This One Feels Different?

Folklore-driven thrillers are rare in Bollywood right now, and pairing that with a genuinely eerie forest setting gives The Vvaan room to stand apart from typical horror fare. The mix of humour and dread in the trailer suggests a film that isn’t taking itself too seriously — while still respecting the mythology at its core.

Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Param Sundari opposite Janhvi Kapoor, while Tamannaah Bhatia is set to headline Purushan next. This role gives both actors a genre they haven’t fully explored together before — and that novelty alone makes the September 25 release worth watching.
