Fauzi Glimpse: Prabhas Turns Rebel Soldier, Hits Theatres March 19, 2027

Birthdays usually mean cake. For the Rebel Star, they mean a glimpse that sets the internet on fire. On his 47th birthday, Prabhas gave fans a first taste of Fauzi, and the film now has a firm new date.

Fauzi : Overview

What Does the Glimpse Show?

The glimpse, titled File No. 25, opens in the middle of World War II. Subhas Chandra Bose meets Adolf Hitler to seek help in the fight against British imperial rule. Hitler rejects the idea of an alliance.

Then comes the twist. An intelligence operative works alongside Bose, and he has reportedly cracked a code stronger than Germany’s famous Enigma. When Hitler asks for his name, Bose says he has none and is known only as “Fauji.” The German-style pronunciation turns that into “Fauzi,” and that is where Prabhas makes his entrance.

He plays a soldier in the Azad Hind Fauj, and his look is striking: lean, intense, and unmistakably rebellious.

Why Fans Are Excited?

• A fresh era: It’s a rare period action drama set against a global war.
• A clever hook: The name “Fauzi” comes straight from the story, which is a satisfying touch.
• A strong ensemble: Veterans like Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, and Jaya Prada add weight.
• Prabhas in a new avatar: A faceless, lean poster had already got fans talking before this glimpse.

What’s Next for Prabhas?

Fans have plenty to look forward to beyond Fauzi:

1. Spirit: A Sandeep Reddy Vanga action thriller with Triptii Dimri, now moved to October 23, 2027.
2. Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam: In the pipeline.
3. Kalki 2898 AD Part 2: Also lined up.

His last release, The Raja Saab, got a mixed response and an underwhelming box office run, so Fauzi arrives with a lot riding on it.
