YouTube is the world’s largest video platform that provides access to millions of digital content online. It supports every operating system, and its app is exceptionally famous across Android and iOS devices. But on its latest iOS, it has been missing an important feature. It lacked the support for HDR playback on some of its latest tools. But things are finally changing.
YouTube for iOS now supports HDR playback on all Apple devices. Apple’s latest smartphones, namely the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max, support this feature.
HDR YouTube has been around for iPhone X, iPhone XS, and iPhone 11 Pro. But now, YouTube for iOS has also been upgraded to support Apple’s latest smartphone, namely the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The feature works. Any HDR video on YouTube can be searched and played. Upon running, it will start instantly playing in HDR. Users can quickly determine an HDR video as the video portion on display will exclusively go up in brightness.
The feature has been launched for all users and is available as of today. But some might still find some technical issues. In that case, a refresh of the app is recommended. As of now, the feature only supports devices that have an OLED display, so if your device meets the criteria, then head over to the app store and download the YouTube for iOS that is available for absolutely free.
One of the more exuberant and loyal fanbases across the entirety of the nation, Kerala Blasters have been blessed to have that kind of support. But as the pandemic plagues the protocol against any kind of fans entering the stadium, the Blasters will have to carry their campaign on to provide enough cheers for them.
However the question remains, can they put up a good enough fight to challenge the ISL royalty? We take a brief look at how they stack up ahead of the season –
TRANSFERS
One of the more prolific signings happened at left-back for Kerala, with a record fee for Bengaluru defender Nishu Kumar. The Blasters have also supplemented it with ex-Sparta Praha centre-back Costa Nhamoinesu and Sandeep Singh from I-League club TRAU. Bakary Kone also recently signed up for the 2020-21 season.
Among the departures, none were more significant than Ogbeche and Sandesh Jhinghan who have moved to Mumbai and ATK Mohun Bagan respectively. But regardless, Kerala have enjoyed a decent transfer window ahead of the start of the league.

STRENGTHS
Kerala have never had any discomfort in scoring goals with some good attackers gracing the club in recent times. Even this time they have the likes of Gary Hooper, Jordan Murray and Naorem Mahesh, who are very much capable of taking on the goalscoring burden on their shoulders. Considering last season they scored 29 goals in 18 games, this should be a position of strength for Kerala.
WEAKNESS
They have been continually let down by defensive and goalkeeping mistakes, with miscommunication also a factor in that process. There has also been culpability of conceding goals late into the games wherein there was a sense of complacency as well. Hence, with a renewed defence there should be an improvement in this regard.
KEY PLAYER
23-year-old Sahal Abdul Samad has really emerged from the academy ranks to become a senior first-team player at Kerala. Recently also becoming a part of the Indian national team, the attacking midfielder has everything in his arsenal to become a top star for the team. Although he has to improve on his attacking output, there is no doubt that Samad has the potential to fulfil that and be Kerala’s talisman.
PREDICTED TABLE FINISH
6th Place – Kerala definitely have a good squad and will grow further into the competition, but they might lack the experience needed to finish Top 4.

2016 marked an unprecedented year when the impossible and unthinkable happened. Underdogs Leicester City emerged from the ashes of being nearly relegated, to put together a superb effort which saw them lift the title at the end of it.
Across the gameweeks, many experts tipped them to fall off or lose momentum which would have seen one of the Big Six clubs take home the championship. But that did not happen, and Claudio Ranieri’s men gave it their everything and broke the shackles to do so. However, nearly 5 seasons on, can the Foxes do it once again and repeat history?
Leicester head into the international break on the back of a 1-0 win against Wolves. They have won 6 games so far and sit top of the table with 18 points after eight matches being played.
Brendan Rodgers has done a good job in recent times building a capable squad with relatively lesser financial resources and smart scouting abilities. However, there has been scepticism and criticism of his management style and motivation.
At the end of the day, Leicester do not have a consistent track record of winning the bigger trophies year in and out. Rodgers who once coached Liverpool had a great chance to win the league with them in 2014 but ultimately surrendered with a meek challenge.
Even last season, they were right in the race for a Champions League spot and had built great ground ahead of the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea. But the players just couldn’t get into the right frame of mind and coupled with the pandemic uncertainties, they were left reeling with 5th and had to contend with a Europa League place.
Leicester albeit very talented and creative, have lesser experienced players compared to their 2015/16 squad. That might see them struggle to notch up results in crunch games, and their morale could go the other way.
So all in all while Leicester are definitely a fabulous contender and their league win achievement will always be remembered by everyone in the footballing community, it might just be tough this time around with a close title race in the works and rivals continually improving to produce wins as well.
Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson is considering a loan move in January. The English goalkeeper has featured only in 3 games this season, two games in Carabao Cup, and one in UEFA Champions League. After a fantastic season with Sheffield United in Premier League last season, he is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season.
As per reports, England boss Garry Southgate has told him that he must get more game time to be considered as England’s goalkeeper in the upcoming Euro which is postponed until next year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dean Henderson is eyeing his place in England’s Euro squad. So, he may ask his club for a loan move in January till the end of the season.
If Dean Henderson finally leaves the club in January on a loan then a situation will arise where Manchester United will need to rely on Sergio Romero as their backup goalkeeper again. The relation between the club and the Argentinian goalkeeper has not been good in the last couple of months. Sergio Romero was not even included in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League squad.
Last month Sergio Romero’s wife in her Twitter handle stated, “Sergio Romero worked hard for his club. The last trophy they won, they lifted it with him. He helped the team reach 4 finals and semi-finals and then he was left on the bench only to lose them all. It is time for them to return the opportunity and let him go. RESPECT FOR ONCE!!!!”
Now the question will be, how much committed Romero will be if he gets back his chance in the squad, after not being treated well by Manchester United.
Our very own WhatsApp is upgrading day by day with various kinds of new functions. A few days ago, we’ve come to know that very soon we can do money transactions via WhatsApp just like Google Pay or Paytm. Recently we have got another report that WhatsApp is going to add a new button in place of the voice call button. The new button is said to be a business button, by which the user can find what are the businesses are going on through this app. This is basically a shopping button by which various businessmen can showcase their products and other people can see those. If anyone is interested in any business, he/she can easily contact the business owner via instant messaging. WhatsApp has added this feature back in September. But currently, it is only available for beta users. The regular users will soon get access to this feature in the upcoming updates.
The shopping button can be found in place of the voice call button. It looks like a small ‘home’ type structure as the icon. If the user presses it, it will bring the user certain business catalogs. If the user is interested in any one of them, then he/she can instantly connect to its owner via the messaging facility of the app. But there is a certain twist. One can see this icon only if the other person has established some business via WhatsApp. You will not able to see this button if you are normally communicating with your friends and family members on WhatsApp.
It is for the first time that WhatsApp is bringing such a useful feature via its regular messaging app. For many people who are wanting to do small business, but they are not able to make such publicity, this business feature will be surely an important feature for them to showcase their business. In the case of voice calls, there is a call icon you can find just beside the business icon. If you tap the call icon, it will give you two options for a voice call or video call. Then you can choose any one of them as per your needs. As per the statistics, WhatsApp claims that on a daily basis, more than 17.5 crore users message via WhatsApp Business account, which is definitely a key step to expanding every kind of business all over.

Indian Super League [ISL] is growing rapidly day by day, season by season. Many exciting foreigners are playing in the league in the last few seasons. Now ISL is catching the eyes of big names as well.
Yesterday some reports suggested that Inter Milan midfielder Radja Nainggolan was offered to an ISL club. But he was asking for a salary of around 5 million Euros (approx. Rs 42.5 crore). Inter Milan representatives were told, “No Indian club is in a financial position to pay such an amount.”
Day 5
A representative for Inter Milan medio Radja Nainggolan offered the ‘world class’– exact words – player to ISL club. His salary expectations were 5 million Euros (approx. Rs 42.5 crore). He was told, “No Indian club is in a financial position to pay such an amount.”
FSDL has set some financial rules for all the ISL clubs. All the clubs have to respect the rules. The violation of rules can lead to serious punishment.
According to the rules of ISL, clubs cannot spend more than Rs. 16.5 crores on player salaries. The salary cap does not include the transfer fees of the players. Loan wages are included in this cap though.
There are mixed reactions to this rule. The rules are made to balance up between the squad. This salary cap ensures no club will have an advantage by spending more than its rivals. But this rule restricts ISL from attracting a player beyond a certain profile.
ISL is now one of the top leagues in Asia. The topper of the league gets the chance to play in AFC Champions League. To compete with Chinese and other top teams in Asia ISL should re-think these rules as the ISL clubs are falling behind their Asian counterparts in signing world-class players just because of this salary cap.

The full 23-race Formula 1 season calendar for 2021 has been revealed!
Finally some good news for Formula 1 fans after the dreadful year of 2020. F1 could arrange only 13 of the planned 17 races of the 2020 season and 12 of them happened without fans which led to a massive loss.
The season is expected to start in Australia on March 21. But the calendar will not include the much-anticipated and hyped inaugural race in Vietnam.
The British Grand Prix will be held on July 18 next year to avoid a clash with the Wimbledon men’s singles final and football’s Euro 2020 final at Wembley. The intended round in Hanoi is off due to political complications. Police have arrested Hanoi’s People’s Committee chairman Nguyen Duc Chung for the alleged appropriation of ‘documents containing state secrets’.
That vacancy is expected to be filled with a race at Imola or Istanbul. Portimao, in the Algarve, is an alternative, but it is doubtful whether they have the infrastructure to accommodate a GP with a full quota of fans.
An F1 spokesman said: ‘We will not comment on the provisional calendar until it is made public and confirmed.’
