The Two Big Firsts

HP OmniPad 12 is HP’s entry into a brand-new category — a tablet-PC hybrid running Android on a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, with a detachable keyboard for switching between touch and productivity modes. Its 12-inch multi-touch display and up to 18 hours of battery life make it a compelling pick for students, first-time PC users, and MSMEs who want portability without compromise.

HP EliteBoard G1a is arguably the more jaw-dropping launch — billed as the world’s first AI PC built into a keyboard. Powered by AMD processors with up to 50 TOPS of NPU performance, it’s designed to simplify computing in hybrid workplaces where space, portability, and collaboration are everything. Just plug it in, and your keyboard is your computer.

AI Runs Through Everything

HP IQ, the brand’s new on-device AI engine, ties the portfolio together. It brings contextual assistance, document analysis, and meeting note capture — all processed locally for faster, more private experiences. It also introduces HP NearSense, enabling proximity-based device pairing and seamless screen casting across the HP ecosystem.

Across the EliteBook and OmniBook lineups, AI performance reaches up to 85 TOPS, paired with HP Wolf Security and HP Sure View for enterprise-grade protection. The OmniBook range adds lifestyle-focused AI features like posture correction and gesture controls — useful additions for creators and remote workers alike.

On the print front, HP AI Optimize Print Formatting tackles a surprisingly common frustration — misaligned, wasted prints — by intelligently improving formatting and output quality across home and office inkjet printers.
