Deepak Chahar Ind v Ban 3rd T20I 380 AP opt Deepak Chahar became the First Indian male cricketer to Claim a Hat-trick in a T20I Match

Deepak Chahar scripted history as he became the first Indian male to claim a hat-trick in Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) during the third T20I against Bangladesh in Nagpur on Sunday.

Chahar’s sensational bowling figures at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur brought Bangladesh down on its knees as the Indian pacer shattered several records in a match that was once in visitor’s favour thanks to Mohammad Naim’s (81 off 48) blinder.

Chahar broke the back of Bangladeshi batting line up by bagging 6/7 in his four overs (3.2), taking a hat-trick to finish the business as Bangladesh tumbled and lost the match by 30 runs and series 2-1.

But it didn’t stop there. This was Chahar’s maiden five-wicket haul and his bowling figures on Sunday night happened to be the best T20I figures ever. He was awarded Man of the Match and Man of the Series for his invaluable contribution to the Rohit Sharma-led squad.

Chahar’s sensational bowling figures of 3.2-0-7-6 brought Bangladesh down on its knees. He is the 2nd Indian bowler to claim a T20I hat-trick.

Left-arm spinner and first International woman cricketer from Uttarakhand Ekta Bisht achieved the feat seven years ago in a T20I match against Sri Lanka.

Chahar went past Sri Lanka’s Ajantha Mendis who had taken six wickets for eight runs against Zimbabwe back in 2012.

Apart from Chahar and Mendis, who has picked up six wickets twice in T20Is, Yuzvendra Chahal is the only other bowler who has claimed six wickets in a T20I match.

In the match, India posted 174 for five after being put into bat by Bangladesh in the series-decider in Nagpur.

Shreyas Iyer top-scored for India with a knock of 62 while KL Rahul chipped in with a half-century.

Chasing 175 for the win, Bangladesh fell short by 30 runs as Deepak Chahar (6/7) and Shivam Dube, playing his third T20I, claimed three wickets.

Chahar finished the game in the last over by picking up two wickets in two balls to bowl out Bangladesh.

It is surprising to see that even though Realme is more of a budget-oriented smartphone manufacturer, still it has shipped more than 10 million units in Q3 2019 worldwide, India being its major market. After separating from Oppo, Realme never looked back, launching over 13 smartphones in just 18 months time.

Most of its smartphones deliver amazing specs at affordable price segments, which was in fact, the motto for Xiaomi. With the advent of Realme, the stagnant budget smartphone market got revived and we got to see some amazing smartphones from Realme, Xiaomi, and Samsung.

Realme’s best smartphone till date might be the Realme 3 Pro which truly shook the mid-range smartphone market, followed by the Realme X, Realme 5 Pro and Realme XT.

India is the only place that has an amazing smartphone market, that’s why we are seeing key players concentrating in India, even Apple is now looking to make iPhones in India as well. The premium smartphone is growing steadily in the country and OnePlus & Samsung are the key players in this segment followed by Apple, Oppo and Vivo as well.

OnePlus smartphones have also become quite costly these days especially the Pro ones, Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 series tried to eradicate this and got decent success in India. Realme now wants to make a bigger move this time, launching its much-awaited Realme X2 Pro which will be the company’s first-ever “true flagship” smartphone.

Both the Realme X2 and Realme X2 Pro has been launched worldwide, and now the wait is over, as Realme is teasing the launch of its new flagship series on November 20th. Most of the specs of these two smartphones are know and here the specs:

Honestly, the Realme X2 Pro is truly a flagship smartphone in every aspect, considering the fact that it will be priced around Rs.26,000 this will be a great deal for smartphone buyers. This smartphone’s three key specs are the 90Hz display, Snapdragon 855+ SoC and the 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge support.

In this price segment, this will be the first smartphone to offer a 90Hz display feature and featuring the best ever Snapdragon 855+ SoC at this price, gamers can get a really killer smartphone after the Poco F1.

Another important feature that generally smartphone vendors miss is the fast charge support and with the Realme X2 Pro Realme has taken the game up to some other level. It is because the 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge claims that it can fully charge the device in just 33 minutes, which is insane!

On the camera front, we have a 64MP Quad Camera with 20x Hybrid Zoom that seems to be promising. Realme have had never compromised on the camera quality and its user reviews say it all and we can expect great camera performance from the Realme X2 Pro as well. Also, the camera supports 4K video recording at 60fps along with Ultra image stabilization for the rear camera.

Even though there might be some compromises, but the killer specs at this price segment makes this smartphone a true flagship in the mid-range smartphone section. The glass back with beautiful design along with fast in-display fingerprint scanner, Realme has taken care of the most needed features of a smartphone perfectly.

The Realme X2 Pro is all set to launch on November 20 and will be priced under Rs 30,000 in India giving a tough competition to OnePlus 7T and the Redmi K20 Pro. There will be 3 versions of the smartphone: 6GB of RAM and 64GB UFS 2.1 internal storage and 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB variants featuring a faster UFS 3.0 storage.

AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir Zen 2 APUs to sport Vega 12 & Vega 15 iGPUs

0

We all know that AMD is very professional to make quality APUs, being the first company to start this feature. Its Ryzen APUs are quite famous among budget gamers who get decent frame rates in games by using these inbuilt Vega graphics.

When AMD launched the Ryzen 3000 CPUs, it also launched the second generation of Ryzen CPUs with integrated Vega graphics. These APUs were built on Zen+ architecture, possessing some minor improvements over the last-gen, what we were looking for was the 7nm Renoir APUs with Vega graphics.

So, according to prolific tech leaker Komachi, AMD’s upcoming Renoir Zen2 APUs could feature a Vega 12 iGPU and it is also being speculated that a Vega 15 iGPU is also highly probable. Though previously it was speculated that these APUs would be launching in November, now it seems that we have to wait until CES 2020.

AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir Zen 2 APUs to sport Vega 12 & Vega 15 iGPUs

Komachi on Twitter did identify several Renoir listings with B12 in the nomenclature indicating a 12 Compute Units iGPU. As the architecture is based on 7nm process, it does make sense more space is available in the APU to stack some more Compute units of Vega graphics, but number of cores remains unclear.

When Vega 12 is mostly expected to make its debut in the iGPU segment, hardware enthusiast Locuza even feels that Vega 13 or even a Vega 15 configuration can also be spotted.

AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir Zen 2 APUs to sport Vega 12 & Vega 15 iGPUs

Comparing the Vega CUs and their caches, Locuza speculates that the Vega 13 might have a 3+3+3+3+1 CU configuration with each CU cluster featuring 32 KB L1 instruction cache and 16 KB constant cache. Or there could be a more probable 3+3+3+2+2 config, on the other hand, the Vega 15 could be seen with a 3+3+3+3+3 configuration.

Clinging on to the Vega graphics with 7nm Renoir APUs, AMD might be reserving the Navi iGPU for Zen 2+ instead. This could be possible as AMD might not have enough time to figure out 7nm Navi for the Zen 2 based Ryzen 4000 Renoir APUs.

Also, if everything goes as expected, then the Renoir APUs can possibly beat the Intel Ice Lake Iris Plus G7 graphics and also eclipse the newer NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics, which eventually depends more on both the memory implementation and available bandwidth.

Alienware Aurora Gaming PC to feature 16 core AMD Ryzen 9 3950X

0

AMD’s monstrous Ryzen 9 3950X is already announced and will be available from November 25th. The 16 core CPU has a lot of PC enthusiasts gone crazy for it already and its leaked performance says it all, this CPU is capable to take on Intel’s flagship CPUs including the HEDT ones well.

The leaked benchmarks say that the first pre-built system to feature this monstrous CPU will be Dell’s gaming brand Alienware. It seems surprising to me that Alienware, who has been focussed to make gaming PCs clinging on to Intel CPUs shifting to AMD and be the first one to do so. Even its latest gaming PC offering is powered by Intel’s 9th Gen Coffee Lake chips.

Alienware Aurora Gaming PC to feature 16 core AMD Ryzen 9 3950X

If that so, so be it, one thing is clear that OEMs are more likely changing their path or rather considering AMD CPU for gaming as well. Now according to the leaked Geekbench scores, it seems that Dell’s latest Alienware Aurora lineup will feature the Matisse flagship.

As the benchmark suggests that this will be a special Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition and not just any Ryzen but the flagship one. We can also expect the series to be featuring all the 3rd gen Ryzen chips, making an exclusive Ryzen lineup of gaming PCs, giving the choice to the consumers to choose accordingly.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench

The Ryzen 9 3950X features 16 cores and 32 threads, comes with a base clock speed of 3.5GHz and boost up to 4.7GHz. Also, it features a huge cache memory of 72 MB and a TDP envelope of 105W. And as we see in the benchmarks, the flagship desktop CPU beats the HEDT processor – the 165W Cascade lake Core i9-10980XE in few of the benchmarks and equals it in some of them.

The chip has been paired with an X570 motherboard and is coupled with 32GB of DDR4 memory. Clearly we see how the Ryzen system outperforms the Intel Cascade Lake flagship, the Core i9-10980XE based PC.

Even though costing $749, this CPU is a bang on budget, either in pre-built systems or to be used in custom PCs the Matisse flagship just nails its age-old competition with Intel. The availability of Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition is still unclear, maybe it can be announced after the market availability of the CPU starts i.e. on November 25 or in CES 2020.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench

0

The Red team recently announced their consumer-oriented flagship CPU – the Ryzen 9 3950X that features 16 cores and 32 threads. This $749 CPU which will be available in few days sets a new benchmark against Intel.

Intel’s latest HEDT processor Core i9-10980XE is here and how well does it compare to the new Threadripper CPUs? Well even though we do not know what exactly but what it suggests now is that the lower-priced consumer end Ryzen 9 3950X is able to beat Intel’s flagship 18 core HEDT processor.

A few days ago, AMD launched their 3rd Gen Ryzen Threadripper CPUs with 24 cores and 32 cores along with Athlon 3000G APU. Not even close to the new Threadripper CPUs, the Intel Cascade Lake X CPU has failed to beat the consumer flagship 16 core Ryzen 9.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench

According to early benchmarks, the Ryzen 9 3950X offers a comparable performance against Intel’s HEDT flagship, the Core i9-10980XE. Though the comparison between the two doesn’t seem fair enough as the i9-10980XE is priced at around $1000 and the Ryzen counterpart is cheaper.

After a decade now, AMD’s superiority is being reflected and truly the 7nm architecture has boosted its performance. In Geekbench 4, the Ryzen 9 3950X manages to edge past the Core i9-10980XE, the Ryzen scores 5570 in the single score while Intel barely manages to score 5453.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench

In spite of featuring 36 threads, the i9-10980XE CPU scored 51180 only while the Ryzen CPU did score a healthy 52098 with its 32 threads. This is truly amazing since a desktop-level CPU is beating a flagship HEDT CPU even though being priced less.

Even in Geekbench 5, AMD’s superiority has been noticed against the Core i9-9980XE, the Ryzen 9 scoring 1363 and 16722 in single- and multi-core tests, respectively. These scores easily beat the Core i9-9980XE’s scores of 1205 and 15823 in the same tests.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X beats Intel’s Core i9-10980XE in Geekbench

Even though being focussed to satisfy desktop users who need more cores for content creation and heavy workloads, the Ryzen 9 3950X performs better or is on par with the Cascade Lake flagship. Being a HEDT CPU the Core i9-10980XE will enjoy its own benefits that the Ryzen 9 3950X cannot provide you with.

Losing out in the memory benchmarks doesn’t matter for a consumer-level CPU but what excites me most is the performance that this new $749 CPU will give you. If this CPU can be beastly, imagine how well the 3rd Gen Ryzen Threadrippers will be.

AMD Radeon RX 5500 crushes GTX 1650 in benchmarks

0

Launched a few weeks back, the new Navi based Radeon GPU is exclusively available for OEMs i.e. for pre-built PCs and laptops. Already being featured in MSI’s Alpha 15 the new Navi GPU is on a trend already.

Recently, a leaked sales guide by AMD has been flooding online which gives a good idea of this card’s real-world gaming performance and some benchmarks against its competitor GTX 1650. AMD’s marketing team is lining up this budget GPU against NVIDIA’s current budget GPU i.e. the GeForce GTX 1650.

AMD Radeon RX 5500 crushes GTX 1650 in benchmarks

Not comparing the GPU with the likes of GTX 1660 or 1660 Ti, AMD wants to show how it totally dominates NVIDIA’s counterpart. The leaked sales guide compares the RX 5500 with the GTX 1650 in numerous modern gaming titles including eSports and triple-A ones.

Being powered by RDNA architecture, the Radeon RX 5500 provides up to 1.6X higher gaming performance-per-watt than current Radeon graphics cards based on the Graphics Core Next (GCN) architecture.

The RX 5500 and RX 5500M cards will ship with 22 CUs, 14 fewer CUs (-39%) than the next card in AMD’s stack, the Radeon RX 5700. The new GPUs have higher clock speeds carrying a maximum game clock of 1717MHz, 92MHz (6%) higher than the RX 5700, also the maximum boost clock is higher as well, of 1845MHz.

AMD Radeon RX 5500 crushes GTX 1650 in benchmarks

The RX 5500 series will have a peak compute/shader throughput of 5.2 TFLOPs and will come with a 128-bit memory bus. AMD will be using the faster GDDR6 memory and a 224GB/sec memory bandwidth.

The desktop GPUs will have both 4GB and 8GB of VRAM options. AMD’s product pages list the Radeon 5500 series with a 110W TDP and AMD has recommended a single 8-pin power connector for them to boot.

Talking about the RX 5500M, it has similar specs like the desktop variants, it will have a base clock speed of 1.4GHz and 1.64GHz boost. It will feature 4GB of VRAM and a lower 4.6TFLOPs, rest all specs remains the same.

AMD Radeon RX 5500 crushes GTX 1650 in benchmarks

As per the sales guide, the RX 5500 provides up to 75% more frames per second (fps) in Battlefield 5 and up to 85% more in World War Z against GTX 1650. In other titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Grand Theft Auto V, the AMD GPU provides up to 49% better performance than Nvidia’s SKU.

Overall in modern triple-A games, this GPU attains 60+ FPS in each of the titles. Also, it attains even 100+ FPS in some titles depending upon the preset (high, medium or ultra and other settings).

Coming to the eSports titles, the AMD GPU just blows the NVIDIA counterpart by huge margins. The Radeon RX 5500 can churn out 90 fps in titles like Fortnite (high), Apex Legends (ultra-high), and PUBG (high).

AMD Radeon RX 5500 crushes GTX 1650 in benchmarks

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 struggles to keep up and loses in all eSports games including Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege. On an average, AMD card scores up to 37% better than NVIDIA’s budget card.

Also, with support for features like FidelityFX, AMD FreeSync, Anti-Lag, and Image Sharpening, this GPU is a modern and capable one for 1080p gaming. The GDDR6 memory really pushes the GPU’s performance, it will be interesting to see how it competes against the likes of the upcoming GTX 1650 Super.

Overall as per the sales guide the new RX 5500 seems great honestly in that budget segment. Even though the price has not been leaked, still we can hope it to be priced similar to GTX 1650.

Lionel Messi has equaled Cristiano Ronaldo’s record for the most LaLiga hat-tricks

Messi scored a hat-trick against Celta Vigo to take his tally to 34 equalling Cristiano Ronaldo’s record.

To date, Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo had the record for the most no of LaLiga hat-tricks scored. He scored an astonishing 34 hat-tricks in his 9 seasons at Madrid.

Lionel Messi scored a penalty and two free-kicks in Barcelona’s 4-1 win over Celta Vigo, to match Cristiano Ronaldo’s record of 34 LaLiga hat-tricks. The win helped Barcelona to ease back to the top of the table after a tough week in which they lost to Levante in LaLiga and then drew with Sparta Prague in the Champions League.

Barcelona head coach Valverde commented about the Argentina international’s importance, telling reporters: “It’s impossible not to depend on Messi. That’s how it works. He lights up everything. Today we were fluent and he scored three times. It is an advantage that we have, that our opponents fear and that is fine.
When we win, we all win. Those who play are many, besides Leo. Everyone does their job.”

Valverde also admitted the defeat at Levante created an unsettled atmosphere at Camp Nou, saying: “When you do not win, there is uncertainty surrounding your environment. It’s good that it happens because you have to react. Because when you are used to a regular feeling, it forces you to improve.”

Valverde said about the coming international break: “We will take the opportunity to rest. Some players leave, others stay, but after this break come very strong matches in which we play a lot.”

messi

Barcelona are on top of LaLiga on goal difference after 12 games. They will travel to Leganes on 23rd November before meeting Borussia Dortmund at home in the Champions League.

Cristiano Ronaldo, now a Juventus player spent nine seasons at Madrid and became the club’s record LaLiga hat-trick scorer (34) ahead of Alfredo Di Stefano (22) and Ferenc Puskas (12).

While Messi is in his 16th season as a first-team player at Barcelona. He has scored eight goals in seven LaLiga games so far. Considering his red hot form, it appears likely that Messi will surpass Ronaldo’s record in this season only.
