Despite the unsuccessful smartphone market, LG is still a big name in the television sector. Not only that, but it also brings quality accessories for that too. Following the same way, a few days back the company announces its new GX soundbar.
The new accessory is a figure of 15×144.6×3.25 cm. The company says it is the perfect match for the 65-inch GX Gallery Series TVs. You will get the flexibility to install it as per your choice and condition. You can either mount it on the wall or use the solid steel stand that comes with the soundbar.
LG knows the priority of good audio quality service. For that, it adds the Dolby Atmos support along with the DTX:S. To deliver low-frequency bass signals, LG builds a subwoofer for the GX Soundbar. You can connect these two via wireless Bluetooth but unfortunately, LG will sell it separately. Besides, the soundbar has the 4K Pass-through so that it can support Dolby Vision.
It can deliver audio at 24bit/96kHz and the Hi-Res Audio certification is proof of that. To play the high-resolution audio formats like Dolby True HD and DTS Master Audio it’s equipped with eARC support. Lastly, it has the LG AI Sound Pro technology.
Though the price tag is not revealed, it is confirmed that the GX Soundbar will release for sale at the end of this month in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Already bagging the Silicon giant, Intel’s investment recently, Jio is just not stopping here as the Mukesh Ambani backed Reliance Jio platforms has attracted another Silicon giant – Qualcomm. Yes, it’s the leading mobile chipmaker who has invested into Jio with ₹ 730 crores, buying 0.15% equity stake in Jio Platforms.
This marks the 13th investment in Jio Platforms within twelve weeks (since 22nd April 2020) joining the likes of Facebook, Silver Lake Partners (two investments), Vista Equity Partners, General Atlantic, KKR, Mubadala, ADIA, TPG, L Catterton, PIF, Intel Capital, taking the total investment to ₹ 118,318.45 crores, diluting a total of 25.24% equity stake in Jio Platforms
Qualcomm Ventures, the investment arm of Qualcomm Incorporated has joined into the biggest digital revolution in India and this shows Jio’s capabilities even after clearing all its debts, more companies around the globe are investing in Jio platforms. The investment is said to deepen the ties between Qualcomm and Jio Platforms, to support Jio Platforms on its journey to rollout advanced 5G infrastructure and services for Indian customers.
Much like Intel, the chipmaker Qualcomm’s investment in Jio platforms signifies how much importance companies are giving to India’s growing economy. A strategic partnership with the US chipmaker is a significant move which marks the next step in the digital revolution – 5G. Obviously, Jio now has the most number of subscribers in India, so joining hands with most disruptive tech company in India is a smart move from Qualcomm.
Jio has been everywhere in the country from telecom to shopping, from broadband to petrochemicals, it’s a wide array of business in India makes it more favourable to gain investments and easy enough to make an ecosystem of products that people can trust on. It’s a recent development with tech companies will help it to infuse a wider partnership to improve their service and eventually offer more new tech services and products.
Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries, commented, “Today, I am delighted to welcome Qualcomm Ventures as an investor in Jio Platforms. Jio Platforms has led the digital revolution in India through its extensive digital and technological capabilities. As an enabler and investor with a longstanding presence in India, we look forward to playing a role in Jio’s vision to further revolutionize India’s digital economy.”
Yes 5G is happening and with the likes of Intel and Qualcomm in its pocket, Jio is aiming big this time, hopefully, we will get more info from Mukesh Ambani on the 15th July, when Jio’s AGM will be held.
An unusual thing has been spotted in the desktop CPU market is that in the entry-level AMD Ryzen 3 3200G processor boxes, a more powerful Ryzen 5 3600 CPU has been found. This very surprising to see Ryzen 3000 CPUs getting shipped in a Picasso based APU packaging, and this is not just one case but has occurred for an entire batch of Ryzen 5 3600 CPUs.
As reported by Hardware Times, a user on Facebook shared such weird experience, also the strange thing to notice is that both the serial number and the final seal on the box were replaced with correct one stating it to be a 6 core, 12 threaded Ryzen 5 3600 CPU.
It is speculated that this might have happened as a result of the high demand of the Ryzen 5 3600 CPUs due to the Chinese mid-year sale in June. So, it might have happened that due to shortage of boxes, the Ryzen 5 3600 processors were shipped in the Ryzen 3 3200G boxes to meet the demand somehow, this is obvious as the Ryzen 5 3600 is the best selling CPU globally now.
So, if you have thought of purchasing a Ryzen 5 3600 at the price of the Ryzen 3 3200G then you are mistaken because AMD China team is smart enough to keep the pricing of the original Ryzen 5 3600 as we see in the seal. This is rare thing you could have ever imagined…🤣
