Bigg Boss 20: Salman Khan Draws the Line After Rhiti Tiwari’s Harsh Diss Track

Bigg Boss is no stranger to explosive confrontations, but this week’s episode is set to spark a bigger conversation about where entertainment ends and disrespect begins. Host Salman Khan is expected to publicly reprimand contestant Rhiti Tiwari during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, after a rap battle inside the house crossed a line few saw coming.

Bigg Boss 20: Overview

What Sparked the Controversy?

The drama unfolded during a rap-based task inside the house, when Uditi Singh initially opted out of participating, prompting Qazi Touqeer to step in instead. What was meant to be a competitive diss battle quickly escalated, with Rhiti Tiwari making harsh, derogatory remarks directed at both Uditi and Qazi — remarks strong enough that even fellow contestants visibly reacted with discomfort.

Salman Khan Steps In

According to reports, Salman Khan didn’t hold back while addressing the incident during Weekend Ka Vaar. He reportedly called it one of the harshest disses he’s witnessed on the show, emphasizing that disrespect has its limits and that Rhiti’s language crossed that line entirely. He also pointedly asked her to consider whether she’d have found the same diss acceptable had it been directed at her own sister — a question meant to push her toward genuine self-reflection rather than dismissiveness.

Salman reportedly made clear that Weekend Ka Vaar isn’t just about humor and entertainment, but also about understanding where boundaries need to be drawn.

The Aftermath Inside the House

The confrontation left Uditi visibly emotional, and she reportedly walked away from the situation altogether. Qazi also raised objections about the language used during the exchange. Despite the backlash, Rhiti initially seemed unfazed, telling Captain Kushal Tanwar (Gullu) that she felt she’d nailed her performance — though Gullu gently pushed back, explaining that using slurs wasn’t appropriate regardless of the competitive context.

Fellow contestant Aman Gandhi later tried a different approach, encouraging Rhiti to think about how her family might react upon watching the episode. While the conversation appeared to give her a moment of pause, Rhiti maintained she didn’t believe her father would think any less of her because of the comment.
