According to sources, the RDNA2 graphics cards will have 18.31 x 18.27 mm dies, which equates to 334.52 mm². It merely means that the Navi 22 GPUs will have a third more extensive than the RX 5700 XT die.

According to sources, the Navi 21 GPUs will also offer up to a 192-bit memory interface split across six chips. The SKUs with a 192-bit bus width will also have a TGP of 146 W. additionally, the Navi 22 SKUs with 90, 110, and 135 W TGPs will be limited to a 160-bit bus on five memory chips.
