A Love Other Than Yours Next Episode: Seo Kang Jun and Ahn Eun Jin’s Muddy, Heart-Wrenching Fight

Ten years of dating, and suddenly nothing feels familiar. That’s the heart of KBS 2TV’s A Love Other Than Yours, and the next episode, airing October 11 at 9:20 p.m. KST, pushes its couple to a breaking point. Literally rolling-in-the-mud kind of breaking point.

The Story So Far

The drama is a realistic romance about a couple in their 10th year of dating, who face unexpected emotional changes in a relationship that once felt comfortable.

In the last episode, Namgoong Ho (Seo Kang Jun) was deeply hurt to learn from Han Tae Seung (Lee Joo Ahn) how Lee Mi Do (Ahn Eun Jin) truly felt about filmmaking. After hearing that Tae Seung had “flipped a switch” for Mi Do in a life that had gone dim, Namgoong Ho surprised everyone by suggesting she try dating Tae Seung before coming back to him.

A Love Other Than Yours: Overview

What Happens Next?

In the upcoming episode, Mi Do turns the tables. She suggests that Namgoong Ho try seeing Park Soo Ah (Jo Aram), accusing him of knowing that his younger colleague likes him.

After the two encourage each other to see other people, Mi Do shows up at the mudflat where Namgoong Ho is collecting samples for work. The conversation explodes into a heated wrestling match in the mud.

What the Actress Says?

Ahn Eun Jin described the scene as one where the pair “truly lay bare” their honest, innermost feelings before making their next choice. She said every line was relatable and painful. Because the scene is long, the cast rolled around in the mudflat all day to film it. She called it physically demanding, but a scene she really liked, and one that stands out in her memory.

Why It’s Worth Watching?

Plenty of dramas celebrate the start of love. This one is about what happens after years together, when comfort turns into questions. The mudflat fight promises raw emotion rather than polished romance, which is exactly what makes it feel so real.
