Zinedine Zidane left Real Madrid at the end of this season which marks his second time leaving the club. He felt that he didn’t receive support from the club management and couldn’t continue in that manner.
Real Madrid has once again gone to one of their former coaches, Carlo Ancelotti who made their La Decima dream come true in 2014. The Italian have signed a three-year deal at the Bernabeu.
Real Madrid’s latest Galactico signing Hazard had a pretty tough time at the club till now but he doesn’t see him outside of Real Madrid and want to prove himself. Hazard joined Chelsea one year after Ancelotti left the London club, so this will be the first time that they will work together. He has now said his on Carlo Ancelotti being appointed as the new Real Madrid manager.
Hazard told RTBF, via Marca: “Everyone at Real Madrid knows what Ancelotti has brought to the club,”
“He won the Champions League with this group and he knows a lot of the players. We know that he is a coach with a lot of experience.
“He knows the city and the fans. I think we can do great things together.
“I don’t know him personally, but from what I’ve heard of him he’s a very nice person who just wants to win, and that’s what we all want.
“We’ll have the chance to work together. It’s good news for me.”
Hazard concluded by commenting on Zidane: “It was great to be around him every day as Real Madrid’s coach,”
“To be coached by your idol, there’s nothing better.”
