A Wrap Full of Warmth: “The Prosecutor’s Proposal” Cast Says Goodbye On Set

Filming has officially wrapped on the BL drama “The Prosecutor’s Proposal,” and stars Kim Yoon Sik and Park Si Woo just gave fans an emotional, playful look behind the scenes with a brand-new making-of video.

What the Video Shows

Based on a popular web novel, “The Prosecutor’s Proposal” is an office investigative BL drama following rookie investigator Lee Chae Ha (Park Si Woo), who carries the stigma of being a killer’s son, and perfectionist prosecutor Joo Tae Sun (Kim Yoon Sik). What begins as a tense, suspicious partnership slowly deepens into complicated emotional territory as the two work together on a case.

The clip opens on a lighter note, with Kim Yoon Sik happily reflecting that a scene wrapped faster than expected and turned out well. Park Si Woo then teases him about supposedly badmouthing him off-camera, prompting a quick, good-humored denial. Later, while filming a hospital scene, staff ask Park Si Woo what message he’d want to give his character’s love interest — and he laughingly responds with a simple request to take good care of Chae Ha.

By the time the final scene wraps, both actors take a moment to express gratitude toward their characters and each other, reflecting on the fun and effort that went into bringing the drama to life.

BL dramas have grown into a major genre within Korean television over the past several years, drawing dedicated global audiences — you can read more about the format’s rise on Wikipedia.
