1. One-Room TA: Opposites Under One Roof

This comedy is based on Jibung’s manhwa and gets going immediately. In the first episode, Uyun confesses his feelings to Jin Young, the introverted TA at his university. Then they end up sharing a room, and Uyun discovers that Jin Young’s “quiet” reputation hides a very different personality, which is where the chaos begins.

The charm lies in their contrast. Uyun is friendly, popular and idol-handsome, while Jin Young barely speaks unless he has to. Yet they get along surprisingly well, and the story soon becomes a funny slice-of-life of two guys who keep landing in the middle of ridiculous situations.

2. Debug My Heart: When the Villain Knows His Creator

Game developer Jiang Cheng is pulled into the very game he built, a familiar isekai start. The twist is that Su Ye, the villain who should be a scripted non-playable character, has gained consciousness and wants revenge for the suffering he’s endured.

Jiang Cheng first plans to edit the source code and escape, but the pair soon face challenges that could collapse the whole game world and get them killed. What really hooks viewers is Su Ye’s obsession with the creator he calls “God.” What begins as a vow of revenge slowly drifts toward something much closer to love.

3. 4-Week Lovers: A Deal With an Expiry Date

Based on Maroron’s webtoon, this one leans on the classic close-proximity trope. High-achieving Jeong Do Jun starts college and is assigned a dorm roommate: Song Jae Hee, his former high school classmate, whom he briefly dated and then ghosted.

While keeping his distance, Jeong Do Jun accidentally injures Jae Hee’s arm. To make up for it, Jae Hee asks him to date him until the cast comes off, a period of four weeks. The story runs on two timelines, present-day college and high school, and gradually reveals why Jeong Do Jun ended things in the first place.

4. Quiet Please!: A Noise Complaint That Changes Everything

Don’t be fooled by the title, which is basically one neighbour pleading for peace. Yi Hyeok just moved into a new apartment, hoping for a calm life, but his neighbour Min Eum keeps blasting music at all hours. His plan to politely mention it goes wrong, and they somehow end up at a police station.

After that rocky start, the two talk things out and start becoming friends, though their relationship is about to change again. Beyond the sweet bond, the show stands out for its emotional layers. Min Eum isn’t simply a rude troublemaker, and his story turns out to be bigger than it first appears.

5. Seeing Double: A Love Triangle With a Mystery

Based on Lily’s web comic, this story follows Ra Ohn, a student who avoids men because of past trauma, and twin brothers Jae Woo and Seo Woo. In high school, shy Seo Woo falls for Ra Ohn and asks Jae Woo to pretend to be him to get closer. Along the way, Jae Woo falls for Ra Ohn too, and things get complicated.

The mystery is what makes it stand out. The first episode jumps to the present, where Ra Ohn is a teacher who spots the school’s sports teacher outside. Which twin is he? That question keeps you watching.
