New Delhi, 15 December 2021: Google Cloud today announced that Mogi IO, an AI-based media tech startup, has selected Google Cloud as its preferred cloud partner to accelerate its growth and provide solutions that will enable it to offer next-generation media delivery solutions to customers and build the media company of the future.

Mogi IO offers solutions in three categories – video tech, image tech and white-label OTT (over-the-top) platform. This partnership will strengthen Mogi’s capabilities to deliver high-quality, low latency content and enhance its customer experience.

Migrating to Google Cloud’s infrastructure will help Mogi IO benefit from having reliable scalability, robustness and provide security during increases in viewership spikes and help them provide traffic stability. Google Cloud will also help Mogi IO remove operational complexities and modernize its technical and production systems and help them handle complexity, scale and data.

Fortifying Mogi IO’s business will also be Google Cloud’s high-performance private network, Cloud CDN which supports modern protocols and improves site performance for mobile users and/or users in emerging markets and optimize for last-mile performance. Cloud CDN is also integrated with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging, providing detailed latency metrics, as well as raw HTTP request logs for deeper visibility.

Speaking about the partnership, Vikrant Khanna, Founder, CEO, Mogi IO, said “As the demand for video streaming is overtaking the content distribution network capacity, it becomes extremely critical to have top-notch partnerships for infrastructure support. We have observed that during peak traffic hours, the client traffic could be between 5 to 10 times their average traffic.

To handle this level of rapid scale-up and variability, we need rock-solid technology that can scale seamlessly to support millions of concurrent users. With this collaboration with Google Cloud, we are extremely confident of providing a highly scalable & robust solution to our clients globally. We are also on track to joining the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program and making our offering available globally, on Google Cloud Marketplace next year.”
