How Single QR Code Works

The unified system revolutionizes guest experiences through one QR code that handles:

Instant Park Entry – Real-time scan access at multiple gates eliminates ticket hassles
Meal Redemption – Pre-booked meal plans work seamlessly across all F&B outlets
Locker & Costume Access – RFID-enabled locker management and quick costume rentals
Cashless Shopping – Secure, seamless transactions at retail and food counters

This mobile-first POS platform unifies all park services into one connected interface, removing the need for multiple tickets, tokens, or payment methods.

Operational Benefits

Beyond guest convenience, the digital platform drives significant operational improvements. Integrated billing, finance, and inventory systems increase order throughput while reducing queue times. Real-time data visibility enables faster, data-driven decisions across all locations.

The system supports new revenue initiatives including combo offers, digital wallets, and loyalty programs designed to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

Industry Leadership

Dheeran Choudhary, COO of Wonderla, emphasized the guest-first approach: “With the Single QR Code solution, we’re removing the hassles of tickets, tokens, and queues so our guests can focus only on the fun. This transformation will delight our guests while driving operational excellence.”

Varun Tangri, CEO of QueueBuster, highlighted the technical achievement: “Managing high-footfall, experience-driven destinations requires technology that is agile, scalable, and guest-centric. QueueBuster is helping Wonderla deliver more seamless, cashless, and memorable experiences to millions of visitors.”
