Wamiqa Gabbi Thrilled to Make a Comeback to Telugu Cinema After a Decade with Adivi Sesh and Emraan Hashmi in G2!

Wamiqa Gabbi takes on the female lead role in G2, an espionage thriller directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi and the sequel to the 2018 hit Goodachari.

Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi’s G2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 spy thriller Goodachari, has announced an exciting addition to its cast. Wamiqa Gabbi will play the female lead alongside Adivi Sesh and Emraan Hashmi. To reveal the news, Sesh shared a striking poster featuring himself and Wamiqa.

Hinting at Wamiqa’s role as a fellow spy, Sesh took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote:

Wamiqa echoed the excitement on Instagram, posting:

The actress recently completed a filming schedule in Europe with Sesh and shared her enthusiasm for returning to Telugu cinema after a decade. In a press statement, she said:

Wamiqa was last seen in Telugu cinema in the 2015 film Bhale Manchi Roju.
