Dharman arrives five years after Annaatthe, and that gap makes the reunion feel special. Few pairings stay fresh across this many films, and fans clearly still love this one.

Shooting is reportedly set to wrap by November 2026, with the film aiming for a Summer 2027 theatrical release. Anirudh handles the music, so expect a big soundtrack.

Reports suggest Ram Pothineni may play the main antagonist, and that Sreeleela could be part of the film. The makers haven’t confirmed either, so treat both as rumours for now.

Rajinikanth was last seen in Jailer 2 and is also set to star in KHxRK alongside Kamal Haasan. Nayanthara headlines Mookuthi Amman 2, which is slated for release on November 6, 2026. So there’s plenty to watch before Dharman even reaches theatres.
