Apple is expected to hold a separate, second fall 2024 event in October and this one will focus on those next-gen M4 Macs, with some potential new iPads thrown in for good measure.

Upcoming Apple Products

iMac: The 24-inch iMac will be refreshed with an M4 chip in the third quarter of 2024. The new M4 should boost performance for those AI tasks, and reports suggest additional cores in an updated Neural Engine.

MacBook Pro: The MacBook Pro range is expected to update to M4-series chips in late 2024. If rumors are true, the 14-inch MacBook Pro will feature an M4 chip, a 14-inch and 16-inch version with M4 Pro and M4 Max.

Mac mini: The Mac mini release is probably going to be released after the revamped MacBook Pro in late 2024. Expected to be completely redesigned in a smaller form factor Apple currently has a plain M2 variant and an M2 Pro model, so we expect the setup to remain with the new M4 family. And now, the M4 as well – not just for the M4 Pro!

iPad mini 7: The next iPad mini is expected to keep its existing design but could come with a more powerful A-series chip and better front and rear cameras.

iPhone SE: The iPhone SE is set to get updated in 2025 with a 6. And it might be the Apple 5G modem’s first device.

Budget iPad: The all-new 11th-gen low-cost iPad is in the works with a faster chip and Wi-Fi 6E, and may debut as early as 2024.
