What’s the Story?
“See You at Work Tomorrow!” is a romance drama starring Park Ji Hyun as Cha Ji Yoon, an office worker stuck in a career rut. After becoming entangled with her prickly boss Kang Si Woo (Seo In Guk), she winds up making a fresh start both in her career and in her love life.
The teaser wastes no time setting the emotional tone. It begins with a weary Cha Ji Yoon, who is suffering from burnout, narrating “Work is hard. It gives you a headache, and people are difficult,” after which she begins drafting a letter of resignation.

Then Seo In Guk’s Kang Si Woo enters — and suddenly the whole energy shifts. Despite being notorious for never smiling and for keeping people at a distance, Kang Si Woo flusters Cha Ji Yoon by smiling only for her and her alone, going on to set her heart aflutter by confessing, “I like you, Cha Ji Yoon.” soompi
The closing line from Cha Ji Yoon nails the premise perfectly: the reason she’s going back to work isn’t the job — it’s the fact that a new kind of excitement has begun.
It’s a setup that will feel instantly relatable to anyone who’s been through workplace burnout, which is exactly why this webtoon-to-drama adaptation has real crossover potential. Webtoon-based K-dramas have consistently performed well with both domestic and international audiences when the source material already has a proven fanbase — and this one does.
Why This Is Already on the Watchlist?
Seo In Guk playing a cold, never-smiling boss who only softens for one person? Park Ji Hyun as the relatable, burnout-ridden office worker finding her spark again? The chemistry in just 60 seconds of teaser footage is already doing a lot of heavy lifting. June 22 can’t come soon enough.
