New research from Brand Finance says that Amazon, with a brand value of $299 billion, will be the most valuable brand in the world in 2023. Amazon was recognized as the second most valuable brand in 2018, with a revenue of $107 billion.
With a brand worth $299.3 billion, e-commerce giant Amazon has overtaken all other brands as the most valuable in the world.
Apple dropped to second place in 2023 with a brand worth $297.5 billion. According to a previous assessment by Brand Finance, Apple Inc. had the highest brand value last year.
According to a survey provided by Brand Finance, Google’s brand worth climbed by more than 7% from the previous year. Google is comfortably the third most valuable company in the world with a brand value of $281.4 billion.
With an increase of 4% in brand value to complete the year with a brand value of $191.6 billion, the IT giant Microsoft maintained its ranking as the fourth most valuable brand from the previous year.
Walmart, the largest retailer in the United States, held the fifth spot with a brand value of $113.8 billion, maintaining its position from the previous year.
Samsung is among the most well-known manufacturers of smartphones and a tech behemoth. The corporation, which has a brand worth $99.7 billion, also succeeded in maintaining its position as the sixth most valuable brand in the world from the previous year.
ICBC, the world’s largest bank by assets, has risen from eighth place to seventh place as the world’s most valuable brand this year. ICBC’s brand worth is $69.5 billion, according to Brand Finance.
The American telecommunications company Verizon rose from 10th to 8th place, a two-rank improvement over the previous year. Verizon’s brand value was $67.4 billion, according to the Global 500 2023.
The ninth-most valuable firm is Elon Musk’s Tesla, which rose significantly from the previous year. Over the last year, the brand value of the producer of electric vehicles increased by 44%, reaching a total value of $66.2 billion.
The social media company Tiktok, which has experienced massive viral success, was ranked as the tenth most valuable brand in the world. With a brand net value of $65.7 billion, it attained its position.
