What’s Streaming This Weekend

A Quick Look At Each Release

Super Subbu follows an unlucky small-town man forced into a government job promoting relationship and health awareness — think comedy with genuine heart, and it’s already trending on social media for its writing.

Isakapatnam is a seven-episode gangster drama led by Samuthirakani and Aishwarya Rajesh, set in a fictional 1980s port town where a power-hungry outsider’s rise triggers generational fallout between his daughter and rivals.

Mollywood Times takes a darker, satirical route, following an aspiring horror filmmaker navigating industry politics, creative failure, and personal setbacks, with Naslen leading a strong ensemble cast.

Kohrra Season 2 returns with a fresh murder mystery, pairing Mona Singh and Barun Sobti as it digs into class, power, and small-town secrets.

Ghuppi centers on a teenager torn between his football dreams and his father’s expectation that he become a traditional Ragi singer — a coming-of-age story about choosing your own path.

Avatar: Fire and Ash continues James Cameron’s Pandora saga, introducing the mysterious Ash People as Jake Sully and Neytiri’s family faces a new, dangerous threat.

Beyond scripted content, sports fans have plenty to look forward to too — the 2026 FIFA World Cup reaches its final stretch this weekend, hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico with an expanded format and record team lineup, streaming live for football fans nationwide.

Which One Should You Watch First?

If you want laughs, start with Super Subbu. Craving intensity? Isakapatnam and Kohrra Season 2 deliver on that front. And if live sport is your Saturday ritual, the World Cup final is unmissable.
