The Traitors 2 Winners Revealed: How Krystle D’Souza and Rida Tharana Outsmarted Everyone to Win Rs 66 Lakh

The wait is finally over. The Traitors Season 2, the Karan Johar-hosted reality thriller that had fans hooked on betrayals and backstabbing, has crowned its champions — and this time, it’s a double win. Actress Krystle D’Souza and content creator Rida Tharana walked away as joint winners, pocketing a prize of Rs 66 lakh after outplaying five other finalists in a season full of twists, alliances, and calculated risks.

The Traitors 2: A Finale Packed with Drama

Unlike most reality formats, The Traitors borrows its DNA from social deduction games — think Mafia or Werewolf, but played out in a lavish setting with real stakes. Contestants split into “Traitors” and “Faithfuls,” where trust is currency and every alliance could be a setup. The format, popularised globally as an adaptation of the Dutch show De Verraders, has become one of the most talked-about reality concepts worldwide — and its Indian version proved no different.

Who Made It to the Final Six?

Krystle’s Game-Changing Strategy

Krystle’s run through the season was defined by calculated moves rather than loud confrontations. Her gameplay earned praise even from host Karan Johar, who repeatedly called her one of the smartest players in the house. She managed to stay under the radar just enough to avoid exposure while quietly building the alliances that carried her to the final stage alongside Rida.

Why This Season Stood Out

Two winners instead of one is a rare outcome for this format, and it added an extra layer of unpredictability to an already tense finale. It also reflects how far the Indian adaptation has evolved — leaning into genuine strategy over manufactured drama, something audiences have clearly responded to.
