The Indian Premier League (IPL) returns with its 16th edition, IPL 2023. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had already unveiled the official IPL 2023 schedule, with matches commencing on March 31, 2023. IPL 2023 will be contested in ten cities by ten teams and will comprise 74 matches spanning six weeks.
After a four-year hiatus, the league has reverted to its original Home and Away format for the current season. Neutral venues were used for the previous three seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the IPL is set to host “fan parks” in 45 cities, the last time it was held was in 2019. Furthermore, the opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League also returned after a four-year absence.

IPL 2023 Jerseys
In the past, we have witnessed teams wearing jerseys made of recycled materials, as well as sporting jerseys for important causes.
