Realme C17 confirmed with 90Hz display

As we reported in a previous article that Realme is going to launch its C17 model in Bangladesh. Now the tipster Mukul Sharma has tweeted the company’s officially promo poster where it is clearly seen that the display of the phone features a 90Hz of refresh rate.

The Realme C17 model is expected to be a lower budget phone from Realme. Let’s check what are the specifications we can expect from it.

This phone features a 6.5 inches (16.51 cm) IPS LCD display (720 x 1600 pixels) with a pixel density of 270 PPI in a hole-punch design and a confirmed refresh rate of 90Hz. This phone will come in two different color variants: Navy Blue and Lake Green.

This dual SIM phone runs on the Android v10 (Q) OS (supported by Realme UI) and is powered by an octa-core (1.8 GHz, quad-core, Kryo 240 + 1.8 GHz, quad-core, Kryo 240) processor that has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset.

The Realme C17 will come with the variant of 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded via an external microSD card up to 256GB. It has a decent battery backup of 5,000mAH, which supports fast charging (USB Type-C).

The Realme C17 has a rear quad camera setup on its back featuring a 13 MP primary sensor, 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor (119 degrees), 2 MP macro sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor (supported by an LED flash). The rear module has facilities like Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, Touch to focus, and so on.

Coming to the selfie section, this phone features a single 8MP selfie shooter in that water-drop notch. This phone supports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The good thing is that this phone has the support of a 3.5mm headphone jack. Apart from it, the Realme C17 has other connectivity features like 4G (supports Indian bands), 3G, 2G, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, and so on.

The price range of this phone might be around Rs. 13,000 and it will get launched in Bangladesh on September 21, 2020.
