Tips for Trainers

Maximize Your Event:

Arrive at meetup locations early to connect with local trainers
Activate Incense at event start for 3-hour duration
Save evolutions for during the event window (or within 4 hours after)
Use the extended trade bonuses (2 PM – 9 PM) for special trades
Take snapshots during the event for surprise encounters

Shiny Hunting: With increased spawn rates and 3× catch XP, this is an excellent opportunity to hunt shiny Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix while leveling up efficiently.

The extended trade bonuses give trainers six hours (versus the standard three-hour event window) to complete special trades at reduced Stardust costs—ideal for coordinating with friends after the event concludes.
