PlayStation Boss Claims More Acquisitions and Biggest Surprises hit in this year

PlayStation President and CEO Jim Ryan claim more acquisitions with the much-anticipated spin-off of PS Plus. It just does nothing but burns the flame of excitement on the internet. In the last few years, there has been such massive combat happening between Microsoft and Sony.

At the starting of 2022, Microsoft declared they ate going to get Activision for billions of dollars just hardly after a year but the deal become closed with Bethesda. Now PlayStation comes into the field and gives a good rivalry.

However, the new PlayStation subscription service is set to come with three tiers without featuring the day-one release of such exclusives as Microsoft’s rival services Game Pass. In the official PlayStation Podcast, Jim Ryan revealed that there are more acquisitions on the horizon as he stated, ” we are growing through acquisition. We acquired five studios in 2021. We are in discussions with Bungie. And we have  more planned.”

Actually, it is not a bigger surprise to anyone as the company previously declared it this year. Just before some weeks, Sony declared a  deal with Haven Studios, the Montreal-based improvements team has been established by Jade Raymond. Now the news comes as the hot topic with such five acquisitions created by PlayStation in 2021 in which we will see Housemarque, Nixxes Software, Firesprite, Bluepoint Games, and Valkyries  Entertainment.  They have made a huge deal of $3.6 billion with Bungie.

We are getting some smell of the possibility that Sony also looking to purchase other partner studios like Deviation Studios or Firewalk Studios both have been working as triple-A multiplayer live service games like Haven Studios.

The current literally surprises us as it points to much bigger on the way from PlayStation. It seems that based on the Funny Games podcast, host Greg Miller and GamesBeat’s Jeff Grubb declared that they have just heard the latest and much bigger acquisitions on the way to launch.

This year Sony has hardly done $10 billion cash remain for the acquisition deals, there are some major Japanese publishers like CAPCOM  with a capital of $5.273 billion, Square Enix with a capital of $5.553 billion, SEGA with a capital of $4.027 billion,  and KONAMI with a capital $8.459  billion.
