0

The world of smartphones is transforming at a rapid pace. The awareness of gaming smartphones is also increasing at a break-neck speed. So, the question “What can we expect from Next-gen Gaming Smartphones?” becomes more even more intriguing.

Black Shark 3 Pro launched last year with a 1440p display screen. It is one of the very few smartphones which was launched with this big display screen. The phone came with Physical pop-up gaming triggers as well. It has been seen that customers who desire to buy gaming smartphones wish to have phones with a larger display.

The two priorities gaming smartphone users have are a healthy long-life battery and a large display screen with a quick touch sensor. According to the reports, the refresh rate of gaming smartphones will reach 144Hz or even higher. Currently, most of the devices are available at a refresh rate of lower than 120Hz.

The company might launch a new device with a higher refresh rate. If that refresh rate touches 144Hz, customers will surely applaud the company’s efforts.

Also, they are speculated to have a 144Hz or higher refresh rate.

These are just a few of the modifications which customers want in gaming smartphones. In the future, we might see manufacturers innovating with a lot more features and built a product no one imagined before!

Rio Ferdinand doesn’t want to be highly optimistic with Manchester United to avoid the chance of becoming a ‘meme’ again

0

Manchester United is slowly picking up the pace this season. They are now joint leaders with Liverpool with 33 points. The Red Devils have the chance to took the lead in the table against Burnley on Tuesday. United fans have already started to dream about their 21st Premier League trophy this season.

But former Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand does not want to comment anything so early as he doesn’t want to be a meme material again.

Former Manchester United defender said, “[It’s a] huge week, they win against Burnley and go top and put pressure on Liverpool.”

“As quick as you can get there, you can fall away, Spurs and Chelsea were up there and fell down and people are saying it’s the end of managers in charge there. Ole’s experienced enough not to get too carried away. That’s living life at big clubs.”

“The highs are high, and the lows are lower than a snake’s belly. I don’t want to jump the gun as I’ve done before.”

Ferdinand Solskjaer Rio Ferdinand doesn’t want to be highly optimistic with Manchester United to avoid the chance of becoming a ‘meme’ again

“I don’t want to become a meme again, but as a football fan, it’s part of it to become emotional, to get hyped up and get excited about things.”

“United sitting pretty at the top, after the game against Burnley we hope, I’ll be excited 100 percent.”

“But then it’s a massive game after that against Liverpool to say we’re not just flybys, we’re here to stay.”

After the game against Paris Saint Germain in UEFA Champions League matchday 1, he commented, “Ole is on the Wheel!’ His comment became meme material when Manchester United failed to qualify to the knock out stage.

Yesterday Manchester United beat Watford by 1-0 in the FA Cup Third round. Ole had given the chance to some of the fringe players of the squad like Donny Van De Beek, Jesse Lingard, Brandon Williams. But they failed to perform to challenge the first-team squad.

Ferdinand said, “This game was about opportunities for the fringe players. He’s not a fringe player but McTominay was probably the only player who performed to the standard you expect or exceeded that.”

“Maybe a missed opportunity for those trying to force their way into the manager’s plans on a more regular basis. But the most important thing was to get into the next round.”

Derby County takeover to go through this week

0

After a long wait, Derby County’s takeover by Derventio Holdings is set to be completed this week. The club will now be owned by the cousin of Sheikh Mansour and owner of Manchester City, Sheikh Khaled.

One of the first changes that the new owners hope to bring to the club is the appointment of Wayne Rooney as the permanent manager of the first team. Moreover, the dues of the players as well as the other staff at the club will be cleared by the money invested by the new owners of the Rams.

The players have not been paid their salary for the month of December, and there were rumours of the takeover getting done within 2020. However, there was a delay in the process, but now the long negotiations are set to conclude.

The current transfer embargo that the club find themselves facing will also be lifted once the deal officially goes through. This sets up a rather busy end to the ongoing winter transfer window.

The current owner of the club, Mel Morris, is expected to stay at Derby and act as a counselor to the new owners of the Rams.

Wayne Rooney Derby County takeover to go through this week

A rather disastrous campaign so far in the Championship has pushed Derby County down to the relegation zone. A turnaround in form is essential if there is any hope for the club to not be further relegated to League 1.

In the long term, we could potentially be seeing the Rams come up to the Premier League and stay in the top flight for a long time.

Xiaomi reported 20 million Redmi Note 9 series phone sales in just four months during the pandemic

0

“Pandemic? What’s that?” – though Xiaomi never stated this line, for the company, it’s not irrelevant. We all know that the Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro were came to the market in early May last year. As per the recently published report by the Chinese brand, it sold over 20 million Redmi Note 9 series smartphones back then. Needless to say, the number is not a small one, even at a time when the coronavirus outbreak was at its peak acceleration.

Point to note, to calculate this figure the data till 27th September was taken. After that Xiaomi further sold so many units of the Redmi Note 9 series for sure. It is expected that the sale again got a boost last month as the company introduced the Redmi Note 9 4G, Redmi Note 9 5G, and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.

In this time period, the global economy slowed down and at that time 20 million units of global shipment is an exceptional case. You can hardly get this kind of example in the beginning of 2020.

Atletico Madrid turn to sign Moussa Dembele as Diego Costa replacement

After looking at Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik and Real Sociedad’s Willian Jose as possible targets, Atletico Madrid have decided to settle on Lyon striker Moussa Dembele as the replacement of Diego Costa.

The table toppers recently terminated Costa’s contract, allowing the player to become a free agent. The Brazilian born striker is currently yet to agree his next project, but is one of the most sought after players in the world right now.

diego Costa at Atletico Madrid turn to sign Moussa Dembele as Diego Costa replacement

According to Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, Madrid are closing in on Dembele and are looking to sign the player on a loan deal with an option to buy in the future. An agreement has been reached between the two clubs, and the medicals will take place soon.

Dembele has only started 6 games for Lyon this season. He has come off the bench 10 times, and has only managed to find the back of the net once in the French league. The Frenchman previously featured for Celtic, and came through the ranks at the Fulham academy, making 64 appearances for the Cottagers and scoring 19 goals for them.

Although Lyon find themselves at the top of the table right now in Ligue 1, they have done most of the hard work without a lot of involvement from the 24-year-old. His talents will be much better utilised at Atletico Madrid, with a partnership alongside Joao Felix that could take the Rojiblancos to the La Liga title this season.

Fabrizio Romano has stated that the deal will soon become official, and given the track record of the Italian journalist, it is only a matter of time before we see Dembele holding up a red and white shirt.

Leeds and Aston Villa players excel statistically

0

While they might not influence matters on the pitch as much, the statistics add a completely different dimension to the modern game of football. This makes for some interesting readings, comparisons and some rather surprising revelations. And that is what we will be exploring in this post.

Patrick Bamford has the highest xG from open play

Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford was once written off as a Chelsea flop, but has now managed to find himself as one of the top scorers in the Premier League. He is second in goals scored from open play, only behind Spurs’ Heung-Min Son.

However, in a season where penalties are awarded in almost every game, Bamford has managed to earn the highest xG from open play, with 10.3 goals expected. He has also managed to register more shots on target than any other forward in the Premier League, with 28 attempts.

Under Marcelo Bielsa, Bamford has truly managed to become a player reborn and possibly one of the most underrated forwards in the league.

Anwar El Ghazi has the highest goals per 90 ratio

The former Dutch international was not used for Villa’s first six games this season, but has slowly been reintroduced into the squad. El Ghazi recently hit a purple patch, and has scored 5 goals in his 9 appearances in the Premier League, with 4 of them coming in his last 4 outings.

With 0.94 goals per 90, El Ghazi has the best numbers in the division, and statistically speaking, if he keeps this form up, he could end up scoring as many as 25 goals at the end of the current campaign.

Aston Villa have the third-best defensive record in the league

Staying at Villa Park, having only been promoted to the Premier League last season, Aston Villa’s second straight campaign has been extremely ambitious. With unexpected wins of the likes of the 7-2 thrashing of Liverpool, Villa have managed to surprise many.

Villa Leeds and Aston Villa players excel statistically

It is even more surprising when you look at their defensive record of having conceded only 16 goals so far. Only Manchester City and Spurs have conceded less, with 13 & 15 goals scored against them respectively.

Paul Pogba top target for PSG in 2021

Paul Pogba seems set to stay at Manchester United till the end of the current season, but that is when another long transfer saga surrounding the 2018 World Cup winner will begin.

Not many clubs in Europe can afford to have Pogba on their books, and given the current financial situation worldwide, that list has been narrowed down even further. And of the clubs in the small list, Paris Saint-Germain are the strongest in terms of the finances.

Mauricio Pochettino has prioritised Paul Pogba as the top target for the summer transfer window, with a fee worth £75 million being quoted as the potential transfer fees for the French midfielder.

Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola came out with the shocking announcement that Pogba would move on from Manchester United for sure, right before their heavyweight clash against RB Leipzig in the Champions League. United went on to lose that match, despite Pogba making an appearance.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has applauded Pogba’s professionalism and has confirmed that the player will be a part of the team till the end of the season.

The likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli have been heavily linked with a move to the French capital. The main reason behind these rumours is Paris’ need for creativity in midfield to reduce the burden on the front three.

With Pogba’s amazing ability to be creative even while lying deep in midfield, a return to his home country could be exactly what is needed not only for Pochettino but also for the 27-year-old.
