Sony specializes in various fields, television is one of those. The image processing power paired with its signature audio output satisfying users’ content viewing experience throughout a long time period. Now, it is pushing its boundaries further with its new Bravia XR TV series. The specialty of these new products is Sony’s Cognitive Processor XR. In simple words, the Cognitive Processor XR is the upgraded brain of the new Bravia XR series TVs, and what are the capabilities of this chip? Well, as per the company the new chip can replicate the ways humans see any object and listen. The chip divides a particular scene into several zone parts and then look for the “vocal point” in the picture, thanks to the power of cognitive intelligence. Opposite to cognitive intelligence, artificial intelligence can only read and analyze picture properties like color, contrast, and all.
