Back in February a Realme smartphone appeared in MIIT certification and it was a 5G smartphone. The images of the smartphone gave us a hint of the new design that was going to be used by the company in their upcoming mid-range smartphones. The smartphone has a model number RMX3161. For the first time, it has been spotted in the EEC (Russian) certification.
Recently the same model number has been spotted in the Geekbench listing. The phone has already shared some of its key specifications from February. The phone has been listed with a 6.5-inch display LCD display. The smartphone is showed to be powered by Snapdragon 750G and Adreno 619 GPU paired with 8GB RAM. The phone will run on Android 11 and will have a 4,880mAh battery. The phone is said to be 8.8mm thick.
The images from MIIT certification shows a similar design like the current Realme Q3 (China) or the Realme 8 Pro (India). The phone has a quad rear camera at the back along with the ‘DARE TO LEAP’ logo. The phone has the side mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone seems to have a 64MP primary rear camera sensor.
The exact name of the smartphone has not been revealed yet. Right now the upcoming smartphone that looks similar to the design of the RMX3161 is Realme Q3. But we do not know this yet as Realme 8 Pro 5G, which launched last month in India, also looks like the same here. So it is not yet clear about the name of the smartphone, but it seems that it will launch sooner than ever now.
