OPPO India has added a stunning new dimension to its flagship lineup with the Velvet Red variant of the Find X9, launching just ten days after the series debuted on November 18, 2025. The bold new color option arrives alongside impressive sales momentum—the Find X9 Series recorded 3x higher sales compared to the previous Find generation within just seven days of availability.

Quick Overview: OPPO Find X9 Velvet Red

Velvet Red: Bold Design Meets Premium Craftsmanship

The addition of Velvet Red responds directly to high consumer interest and strong demand for a more expressive color option in OPPO’s flagship lineup. According to Peter Dohyung Lee, Head of Product Strategy at OPPO, the response has been phenomenal with the series recording over three times the growth of the previous generation in just the first week.

The new variant complements existing Titanium Grey and Space Black finishes while maintaining the series’ design philosophy of minimalist aesthetics, precision craftsmanship, and balanced in-hand feel. Velvet Red carries identical flagship hardware and features as other color options, ensuring a uniform premium experience across the range.
